Wan Jia ignored his sarcasm. "I want to ask him. I still have his contact number. I'm going to call him. The last time he said to meet him if I have anything to ask."

Lu Aotian glared at her. "You like seeking danger, don't you? Is hell raiser your middle name or what?"

"I'm not seeking trouble. I'm seeking answers." She retorted.

"Which shouldn't be a problem except this man is an enemy. Do you not know that doctors can be more dangerous than special class mercenaries? Not to mention this is a genius doctor we are talking about. Don't be stubborn, okay?"

The last statement sounded as though he was coaxing Little Jia.

Wan Jia remained silent for a while. He had a point. But which part of Qian Li was dangerous? She had been scared of him from what she heard about him but that was before they met. After that flash meeting, all she saw was a young man who can do anything for the person he loves. He even risked getting exposed and consequently killed just to beg for Poisonous' freedom.

"Then we can go together. If you're there, nothing can go wrong, right?"

"I can't guarantee that I will not lose my temper at the sight of him and want to beat him to death."

Wan Jia was speechless.

Lu Aotian changed the direction of the discussion. "How's your project coming?"

"The hotel owner agreed to sell it over to me. We are sealing the deal tomorrow."

"So fast?" His wife surprised him yet again.

Wan Jia had a smug expression. "What do you think? If I can negotiate business with President Lu, what are those small fries?"

He was pleasantly surprised. She neither asked him for a single cent nor used her shares as pledge. She must have saved quite a lot of money from her sales in the past months. Still, the deal was sealed too fast. Although buying over a business that was bankrupt was a piece of cake, some owners were still unwilling to let go. "Are you so busy lately?" she remembered to ask.

"No matter how busy I am, I would never be too busy for you." Of course, his answer would display as much affection as possible.

"What's the second option?"

"Something your father should have already done. Make that person's business go bankrupt. To save his company he will have to sell out the shares of Lin Industries that he bought."

Wan Jia frowned. "You didn't use up your brain juices to think of the second option, did you? I would have thought of that even when asleep. Why is it that dad hasn't done it yet?"

"Not everyone knows that the anonymous buyer is Qian Ye (Genius doctor Qian Li's father)"

"Should I tell him?" Wan Jia asked.

Lu Aotian rolled the diamond pen in his hand. "I don't know. Do you want to be the Qians' new enemy?"

Wan Jia sighed helplessly, stood and unceremoniously planted a kiss on his lips. "Let's go talk to Qian Li."
