As soon as they were out of Wan Jia's sight, Henry Blanc held Lin Lihua's waist and scooped her up.

She was shocked from suddenly floating in the air but held his neck. "What was that about?"

"I'm spending our thirty minutes well. It's so little, you know."

Lin Lihua didn't know what to say. He was complaining now? Who was it that came to the country silently without telling her about it? She would have picked him up. That way, they would spend more time together.

She had a sudden thought. "Why don't you dress up and tag along?"

They had arrived in his villa, he placed her on the sofa and kissed her, sitting next to her. "I can do that?"

"Why not? Everyone knows about our relationship now. Many actresses take their husbands with them to important events."

Because she had said 'husband', he was elated.

"In that case, I'll go. Of course, if your fans don't team up to riot against me, I'll be even happier."

Lin Lihua laughed. "Do you think my fans are that unreasonable? They like you. They would not riot against you."

"If you say so." Obviously, he couldn't point out the hundreds of private messages he had recieved on his account, of fans complaining that he had taken away the queen they loved.

The only way to deal with such fans was to promise to take good care of their queen.

However, their tone made one frightened. They totally sounded like they would beat someone up if they messed with Lin Lihua.

"Your fans love you so much." He casually commented.

Lin Lihua saw the look on his face, the one that almost spoke of the jealousy he had for her fans.

Of course he was jealous. Any other man in her stead would be. They could call her their queen, their goddess or their wife so freely and no one would have anything to say. Not to mention, although the larger percent of her fans were women, her male fans were more possessive. She was his wife, okay?

She laughed. "Are you jealous of them? I thought you would know that; they can only call me their Lihua as fans. But the person I truly belong to..."

She held his neck and kissed his cheek. "...Is you. Only you can truly call me your wife, and only you are my man."

Although he already knew this, Henry Blanc felt an incredible wave of happiness rush into his heart.

He hugged her with his eyes closed, letting himself feel the scent of the woman he loved.

"Master, Miss Amy is...here." the servant trembled as soon as he saw the two figures hugging on the sofa.

He had interrupted a very important moment. Would he be killed for it?

Henry Blanc looked over. Amy?

Sure enough, Amy Blanc really walked in. She had a smile as bright as the daylight. "Brother, I came to Country C as well, so I thought I may as well pay you a visit."

"What are you doing here?" Henry Blanc wasn't in the mood to deal with this woman whose craziness acted up randomly.

"I'm not welcome here? Don't worry then, I will not overstay my welcome."

Although she said that she would not overstay her welcome, she sat right next to Henry Blanc, successfuly sandwitching him between Lin Lihua and her.

Henry Blanc gave her a stern look. "Are you still waiting for me to teach you how to behave yourself?"

With that reminder, she knew that he was talking about how she had ignored Lin Lihua. She didn't want to acknowledge her, but she reluctantly flashed a fake smile. "Hello, sister-in-law."

Lin Lihua could sense every tinge of her hostility, so she wasn't that warm either. "Hello."

Seeing that Amy Blanc was here to stay, Lin Lihua decided to make herself scarce. It was not that she was scared of Amy Blanc, she just didn't want to stoop down to the level of a woman who still wanted to act like a little girl despite already being a mother.

"Chéri, it's almost time for me to start getting ready. I'll be on my way first."

Henry Blanc was yet to answer her when Amy Blanc did it first. "Is it because I'm here? You don't have to worry about me. I was leaving anyway."

Lin Lihua wasn't so stupid as to not realize the tone in her words. She was trying to paint Lin Lihua as the bully who ill-treated her fiancé's sister even before marrying into the Blanc family.

"Right. I heard you guys are adopting. Is it because you are already certain that you can't have kids? Have you reached menopause already, aunty? Oops! I mean, sister-in-law?"

For this, Lin Lihua chuckled. "You know, if you don't start acting like someone your age, no man will want to marry you. I'm suddenly not surprised that Katy had to adress her uncle as her dad."

Seriously, she was minding her own business and even ignoring her bad temperament and terrible manners. What did this little woman have against her?

Unsurprisingly, Amy Blanc exploded. "What did you just say? Are you saying that no one's willing to be Katy's dad?"

Lin Lihua shrugged. "I didn't say that before but now that you mention it, it's quite possible." She placed her hands over Henry Blanc's ears and said to Amy, "You know, if you keep trying to pick fights with me, people might mistakenly think you have incestual feelings for your brother and don't want him to get a wife."

Then, she didn't wait for an answer.

"Chéri, I'll send you the adress shortly."

As Lin Lihua left, Henry Blanc really wanted to thank her. There were things he had been unable to say as Amy's brother. Just now, she had covered his ears but he heard everything nonetheless. But, he knew what her actions meant; those words were not meant for his ears.
