As soon as Henry Blanc arrived with Katy Blanc, Lin Lihua who was in the living room left and went to her room.

Katy Blanc looked at Henry Blanc guiltily. "Daddy, it's all my fault."

Lin Lihua was sitting on her bed with a laptop on her lap, typing away. She didn't look up. "They do now."

"But we have been married for years. Why are you still..."

Lin Lihua was not in the mood to bicker with him and cut him off. "As long as you dislike Ruoxi, I will never stop hating you."

In truth, she had already sued him for a divorce. However, he was not willing to divorce her so the court had decided to make them stay together for six months in attempt to save their relationship. This was the fourth month.

Henry Blanc didn't know what to do about her. He pinched his nose bridge in defeat. "Lihua, she hurt Katy. She knocked Katy's head with the butt of a gun. If I didn't reach the scene in time, Katy would be long dead. How do you expect me to like her, huh?"

Lin Lihua's attention was finally piqued. "Henry Blanc, how old were they, huh? Are you trying to say that a fourteen year old girl would have the motive to kill?"

"She had a gun in her hand, Lihua. Why don't you ever consider this fact?"

"Because that was your gun which you left lying around carelessly and was picked up by Katy, who went out to play with it."

Henry Blanc found it laughable. "You only believe that because Ruoxi said it. Do you think I would leave a gun lying around carelessly? Luckily it was not loaded. Katy wouldn't still be alive now."

"Are you trying to say that Ruoxi stole it? She stole your gun and went out to play with it, then deliberately started a fight with Katy so she would have an excuse to kill her?"

Henry Blanc swallowed and remined silent.

"Henry Blanc, please leave. I do not want to speak to people who made up stories to slander my daughter."

Actually, their relationship had started breaking many years ago. It was all because of the girls.
