Lin Lihua watched her leave before walking up to him. "Henry…"

Lin Lihua put her hand on his shoulder with a sigh. "It's in the past. The past is gone too. Besides, I just did the same thing to her."

Henry Blanc's fists were clenched. "That's not enough. I'll make her pay for every single thing she did to us."

As expected, reporters were waiting at the entrance of HL Entertainment to question her.

"CEO Lin, what do you have to say about your foster daughter's accusation?"

"CEO Lin, is it true that you caused her miscarriage?"

They stormed her with questions as soon as they saw her.

Seeing that she was silent, their words turned nasty. "Does your silence mean yes?"

She was finally irked. "Why do I have to answer you?"

"This is our job. We are here to fight for justice and you are obliged to answer the questions we ask."

"Adopted children are quite pitiful."

You say that adopted children are pitiful? On what grounds do you say that? Do you have any evidence to prove that I have bullied Ruoxi and caused her miscarriage?"

She took her phone and posted two videos. "Check your phones. After this, tell me if you still find her pitiful."

The first one was a collection of many short videos of her and Ruoxi hugging, playing together, cooking or shopping. In fact, most of them were of the whole family. One could clearly tell that she was being treated quite nicely.

In the second video, Ruoxi was on a phone call. Her voice was quite clear. "Kill Katy? Probably not. That b*tch is still useful for now… who else will take the blame once I ruin the Blanc family?"

It was only a tiny part. However, it made it obvious that while the Blanc family had treated Ruoxi as their own, she harbored malice towards them.
