Their destination was a huge bar called Rose KTV.

"Yay! Why didn't you girls tell me we were going to a Karaoke bar?" Lu Meili's eyes were full of stars when she saw the name written using neon lights.

"Where would be the surprise then?" Katy mocked once again.

"You sure know how to please my sister." Lu Xian Li remarked. Everyone who knew Lu Meili even a tiny bit knew that her love for music was boundless.

"Will we get to hear the famous superstar's voice tonight?" Small Xixi was especially energetic today.

Lu Meili held her chin between her thumb and index finger. "Why not? But you have to pay to hear a syllable of music from me." Her tone was smug. Was there such a thing as free lunch? There was no such thing as free music either.

Small Xixi snapped her fingers like it would cost nothing. The following words were written all over her face in bold: Since when was money a problem? And for you, Sis Meili, to desire money so much, are you still a member of the Lu family? She sighed. "I'm paying for that. How much per hour?" .

Lu Meili's red lips curled into an evil smirk. She unceremoniously grabbed Small Xixi's hand and pulled the offguard girl towards her, holding her by the waist. "How about you repay me with your body?"

In the new KTV room, the girls ordered drinks.

"Eh? We get free entertainment from girls?" Shen Yue looked at the two girls who were preparing to perform. Wasn't there something wrong with this arrangement? Since they were ladies, shouldn't they be entertained by men?

Everyone burst into laughter. Lu Xian Li was really the youngest among them.

They all made jokes at her expense for a while. Of course, they meant no harm.

"She's still so young. I bet she's never held hands with a man before."

Lu Xian Li sneered. "So what? It's not a bad thing." She gulped down a swig of wine followed by another.

Shen Yue held her cheek in her hand, watching the drinking girl. " If I didn't know better, I would think she is heartbroken."

Lu Xian Li downed the remnants of her glass. "I'm not speaking to you guys anymore."

Shen Yue laughed at her pained expression. "It's not a bad thing to be inexperienced in love. After all, not everyone is like Meili who fell in love as a teenager. And the main point is that she didn't end up with her first love so it doesn't matter, does it?"

"It really doesn't." Lu Meili was the one to answer this.

"Ah?"

"Pfft!" Lu Meili chocked on her wine and coughed in a fit.

"Is there something wrong with what I said?" Katy innocently asked.

Fine. She was getting drunk. It was understandable.

"What about you, Xixi?" Lu Xian Li asked. The person she was most curious about was her sister's best friend. Did she know anything else aside from acting wronged and being a spoilt baby?

Small Xixi had drunk quite a bit too. She was trying to catch up with Lu Xian Li, or even compete. Her eyes looked slightly dazed. "What's there to tell? My first crush was my professor."
