Mishi reached the people's court with Yuwan. Xian was looking at her but she didn't look at him and walked to Lan Zhan to talk with him about the case. The bench was set and Yin and the goons were brought by the police inside the courtroom.

The judges came inside and everyone stood from their seats in their respect. The judge told Mishi, the victim, to come forward and tell the truth which wasn't disclosed yet.

"Why did she want to kill you?," asked the judge. Xian was desperate to listen to the answer, the truth that Mishi hid from him for two years.

Mishi looked at Yin and then said, "I am married to Xian Zhang. She wanted me to disappear from his life. She told me if I won't sign the divorce papers she will hurt my siblings and will destroy Maximus, thus people associated with this company will be destroyed. I had no option left because for me my siblings' life is important so I did what she told me. I never thought that she would try to kill me," said Mishi.

Xian couldn't believe that Yin blackmailed his wife.

"Do you want to say something?," asked the judge looking at Yin. There was no defence lawyer from her side. She refused by shaking her head.

"The evidence is all against Ms Yin. This was clearly a murder attempt by Ms Yin Mei, so this court give her 10 years imprisonment. The goons which she hired already have criminal cases so they will be given a lifetime imprisonment," said the judge and then adjourned the court.

Yin was taken away by the police. Xian came there and asked her, "why? Why Yin? You were my best friend."

Yin turned her face away and said, "I want you to suffer like I did. I always loved you but you never once looked at me. Now you will feel the pain of being away with your love."

Mark took Xian away from there and said, "Xian right now you have a bigger problem than that."

"What problem?," asked Xian.

"Your divorce. Mishi has applied for the divorce already and today you both have to sign the divorce papers. The hearing is in the next 15 minutes.Yuwan told me that you've to come to the marriage department court," said Mark.

"But I didn't sign the papers," said Xian.

"Xian, she took the sign of yours when her Secretary came there to sign a few papers of deals," said Mark. Xian recalled he was busy in the meeting that day and he signed the papers thinking Mishi had sent some important papers.

Hearing this Xian rushed out from there with Mark. They reached the family law and divorce department. Xian ran to Mishi and grabbed her arm, ready to take her from there when Yuwan stopped Xian.

"You shouldn't come in between us," said Xian glaring at Yuwan. Yuwan stepped towards him and said,"Xian you don't have any right to take her. She doesn't want to live with you. As I told you before too, she's my patient so I can't let you take her."

"Yuwan I know you saved her but I really need to talk to her," said Xian. He was pleading with his eyes to step away from his path but Yuwan went close to them. He released Xian's hand from Mishi's.

"Mishi, just listen to me," said Xian but she walked away from there to the side where she has to sit. Lau Lan was also there. He came to Xian and whispered in his ear, "Xian, don't do anything for now. This is court and if you will get angry here then the divorce procedure will get pretty fast. Calm down."

Xian was almost on the verge of crying. He looked at Lau and said, "Yin did all this and I wasn't able to see this. What if…." Saying this Xian got broken down but he wiped off his tears so no one can notice him.

"Xian, nothing has happened now. You are still husband and wife. Prove before the bench that you don't want a divorce. Do anything but ask for a one month period to work on this marriage, " said Lau looking at Xian.

"He's saying right. Ask for time so that you can make her understand your love for her," said Mark. Xian looked at Mishi who was talking with Yuwan.

"Yes, I can do this. Thanks I know what I have to do now," said Xian looking at them.

The family court judges came there and took the seats.

"Mr Zhang and Mrs Zhang please come forward and sit here on this desk," said the head judge. Lau Lan patted Xian's back and gestured to him that he can do this. Both Xian and Mishi walked ahead and sat beside each other.

"Mr Zhang according to your wife you don't have any husband wife relationship. You both don't understand each other and for two years you don't even live with each other. Is it true?," asked the head judge.

"Yes.. But she disappeared two years ago," mumbled Xian.

"Mrs Zhang, where were you for two years?," asked the other judge.

"He threw me out," said Mishi.

"Is it true?," asked the judge looking at Xian.

"Yes but I ran after her when I realized my mistake to find her. But she wasn't there. I searched for her for two years…. I don't want this divorce," said Xian.

"Then why did you sign the papers?," asked the head judge. Xian didn't say anything.

"Mrs Zhang, why don't you want to give a second chance to this marriage?," asked the judge.

"Because we have differences in personalities. We don't understand each other a little bit," said Mishi.

"Mishi how can you say this? You told me that you love me. I want to give a second chance to this marriage. How can she say this when we were together for two months?," said Xian, looking at Mishi.

Mishi looked at him and then said, "I don't want to live with him."

"Mishi, you were the one who told me that you love me a lot before disappearing. I tried hard to maintain this husband-wife relationship even before your disappearance but then you got shy," said Xian and smiled looking at Mishi.

Mishi tried speaking but then Xian cut her and said, "Mishi you are angry with me I know. Sir, I'm a business man so it's obvious I'm busy with work. Give us a month at least so that this marriage can work."

"Sir, I want a divorce. He's just saying the rubbish things," said Mishi angrily.

"Calm down. Looking at your arguments it seems like you both still want to consider this marriage. You both just want time for each other. Mrs Zhang, you are making decisions in an irrational way. But we want best for you both. We want you to give this marriage a chance. Two months this bench will give you and if you both still find the problem then we will proceed for the divorce," said the head judge.

Mishi couldn't believe her ears. "You both can go….the divorce filing will be put on stay for the next two months. After two months we will check the things further and accordingly give the judgement," said the head judge. The judge gave the break of ten minutes for the other proceeding.

"Let's go to our home, wifey," said Xian and grabbed her hand gently. Mishi tried to release her grip from him but he didn't let her go. They came out of the court followed by Yuwan, Lau and Mark.

"I told you I won't let you divorce me," said Xian.

"Leave my hand," said Mishi angrily.

"Yuwan, sorry but from today onwards my wife will live with me," said Xian.

"Xian, don't be harsh on her. Her family is still in my house so she should meet them first," said Yuwan.

"You didn't listen to the judgement inside, I guess. We have to live together to understand each other. Her family is in your house so I'll come there too to live because I'm also a part of her family," said Xian looking at Mishi lovingly. He put his arm around her shoulder and grabbed her.

"Xian, leave me. I will tell them that…"

Xian put his finger on her mouth to prevent her from saying anything. "I didn't tell inside that you made me sign those divorce papers without my permission. If the judges will know about this then they will be suspicious about you. Don't worry I won't tell them as I love my wife very much. I can forgive her for these small mistakes," said Xian and smiled looking into Mishi's eyes.

Mark and Lau were smiling seeing this. "It will be best if Xian will stay there. That way, Yuwan, you can check on Xian if he's behaving properly with her," said Lau looking at them.

"Yes that would be great. I will live there for two months," said Xian and kissed lightly on Mishi's cheek. Mark smiled seeing them. Mishi looked at him in utter shock and tried to release her grip. Xian is finally happy because after two years he will stay with her.
