Mark went to meet Yin in the jail. After clearing all the formalities, the police took him to the room where he can have a talk with Yin. He was waiting for Yin to come there. There was a glass window between them and the telephones were put on both sides of that glass barrier. Yin entered the room with the jailer and he told them that they could talk for 15 minutes.

Both put the phone on speakers to talk with each other.

"Why did you do that? You were our best friend. We trusted you more than anyone else," said Mark.

Yin smiled and said, "Mark the one whom I wanted to see didn't come but you…. You still love me?"

"Yin my feelings have no meaning now. Just answer my question," said Mark.

"You looked into the matter then why are you asking?," asked Yin and turned her face away.

" You knew that Xian would never accept you, yet you still held feelings for him. Not only this you almost killed Mishi. You aren't the Yin I know all these years," said Mark with teary eyes.

"Mark, that's why I did this so that he can look into my eyes with love. Yes I tried killing her because I wanted his love. Let me tell you some interesting things. You say that you both were my best friends. No you're wrong. My family abandoned me long ago." Mark looked at her with an utter shock.

"Don't stare at me like this. You both were never bothered about me but what I did. I was with you in your bad times too. Xian has forgotten all those things because he's madly in love with that woman. But it's fine...I did wrong and I'll complete this sentence of ten years. Mark I hope you won't ever come here because I'm not gonna meet you from now on," said Yin. She hung up the call before Mark could say anything. The jailer took her from there.

Mark couldn't believe that Yin was going all through this. He got up from the chair and left from there. Mark drove to Yin's house which she has mentioned in the address box in the employee details. He reached there after three hours and rang the bell. After five minutes a maid came outside.

"Can I meet Ms Yin Mei's father?," asked Mark.

"Father? Sir is no more. It has been eight years," said the maid. A tear fell from his eye. He calmed himself and asked, "What about her brothers?"

"She has been thrown out of the house when sir died," said the maid.

"Threw her out? Why?," asked Mark.

"You're her friend Mark?," asked the maid. Mark nodded. The maid came out of the house and took him aside with her so that they can't be seen in the camera.

"You've indeed grown to such a handsome man.Son, she was their step sister. After sir died her condition was bad, she used to have painc attacks every night. I used to take care of her but one day she said she's going as her friend is in distress and he needs her. I tried hard to stop her because he's condition wasn't that good at that time but she didn't listen to me," said the maid aunt.

Mark was devastated hearing this.

"Where is she?," asked the maid.

Mark couldn't tell truth to her so he lied and said, " She's in America. Her phone was off so I thought to come to her house to meet her father. She didn't tell me about this."

"Hmm...She doesn't want to trouble anyone because of her," said aunt. She looked around and said she has to go.

Mark thanked her and then came back to his car. He got into the driver seat and laid his head back. "How can I not know? She was going through so many things and we both never cared for her," murmured Mark. He started the car and drove away from there.

Xian came out of the meeting room when he saw Mark who had a sad expression on his face. Xian walked to him and asked him why he was carrying such a face.

"Xian, I made a big mistake," said Mark with teary face.

"About what?," asked Jun.

"Yin has no one Xian. She has no one," said Mark. Xian held his hand and took him towards his office. They both sat on the sofa there when Xian asked him why was he saying such a thing.

"I went to jail to meet Yin for the last time. She said she's feeling guilty now. I asked her why she did this. To which she replied it's because of us. We always call her as our best friend but we were never there for her. She said we never bother to ask about her life because for us, Xian was important. Yin supported you that time but then she didn't get the love she wanted from you.

As a friend we both failed because we never found the reason why she is so depressed. Xian her father died eight years ago and her brothers threw her out because she was their step sister," said Mark and started crying.

Xian's eyes got teary and he asked, "What happened to her father?"

"It has been eight years for his death. Yin was depressed because of this reason but that time you were going to a difficult phase so she didn't say a word about this. She said she just wanted your love which you showed to Mishi. Xian we both failed to understand our friend and it was our fault that things turned this way. She took a step to kill Mishi to get you…. Xian what we have done to her," said Mark with tears on his cheeks. "I always told her that I love her but I couldn't see through her that she is suffering from this. Xian, I should've looked after her."

"Mark it's my fault. I'm the biggest culprit here. I cried for the girl who never loved me and I failed to see a friend's pain at that time. Let's meet her family first then we will see what we have to do," said Xian, wiping away Mark's tears.

"Nothing can be changed now. She has to serve the jail term for ten years. The only thing we can do for her is not to meet her as she told me she won't come out to meet," said Mark.

"Not even me?," asked Xian.

"I don't know," said Mark.

"Let's go and meet her tomorrow evening, " said Xian. Mark looked at Xian and shook his head in acceptance. Xian took out his phone and called Li Wei and told him to search everything related to Yin Mei.

He hung up the call and patted at Mark's shoulder.

Xian reached outside TMS in the evening and called Mishi. She didn't pick his call so he kept on calling her till she answered his call.

"What happened that you're bothering me calling so many times?," asked Mishi angrily.

"I'm outside your workplace. Come here quickly in 10 minutes. I'm waiting for you in front of the gate," said Xian and hung up the call.

"Wait there for one hour," texted Mishi to Xian and then switched off her phone. Xian got her text so he called her but then her phone was switched off.

"My wife loves to play games with me. I will show you how to play games nicely tonight," murmured Xian.

After an hour Mishi came out of the building and saw Xian's car. She quietly got into the car. "You're really excited to tell my friends how bad I am as a husband," said Xian with a smile.

"Yes. They should also know who Xian Zhang is," said Mishi glaring at him. Xian gave a slight laugh and then leaned closer to her. Faces of both of them were inches apart.

"Get back," whispered Mishi looking into Xian's eyes. He grabbed the seat belt and tightened it across her.

"Wife I won't take your kisses without your permission," said Xian and got back. He started the engine and drove away from there.

"You've already changed your clothes to something nice. My wife has finally got my taste. Your red lipstick is giving the perfect look to you in this black dress of yours ," said Xian. His gaze was fixed on the road.

"You're checking me out? I never knew you look at women with those eyes too," said Mishi and crossed her arms.

"What's wrong in checking out my wife? Is it crime? I don't check out the women randomly. I just check out my wife because in my eyes she's the most beautiful woman in this world so yes, I should check her out," said Xian and looked at her.

"Don't stare at me and focus on your driving. Yes, checking out your wife is a crime too," said Mishi and looked out of the window.

"Who says this?," asked Xian.

"Mishi Xin," replied Mishi.

"This is the reason I'm falling for you even more," said Xian. Mishi turned her head to look at him.

"Don't stare at your husband with those eyes especially when he's driving. He can see only thing at a time," said Xian and smiled.
