Mishi was working on the computer when Yuwan came into her office. Seeing him, she got up from her chair. Yuwan shook hands with her and sat on the chair there.

"You in Shanghai? ," asked Mishi with a surprising look.

"Yes. Dad told me to come and spend some time with him," said Yuwan with a smile.

"So what will you do this time?," asked Mishi.

"We will go fishing tomorrow. You should join us. Dad will be happy," said Yuwan. Mishi nodded and asked him if he wanted to drink coffee but he refused.

"There's an evening party organised by our investor. He has sent an invitation to you but you weren't here so he told me to come there. But now you're here so you can go there," said Mishi. Yuwan looked at her and said, "Let's go there together. I know you will go home and then keep on thinking about your past."

"Okay. I'm also thinking of going out so going to a party will be good," said Mishi and smiled. A slight line appeared on her face which was noticed by Yuwan. "What happened? You should tell me if it's bothering you too much," said Yuwan.

Mishi gave him a slight smile and said, "Yuwan I'm thinking about Xian. First Bai betrayed him and then I left him. I promised myself that I'll take care of him but the situation made me part my ways with him. "

"I told you that you should consider your decision again. But you were determined. Well he came to my house that day and was asking about you. He loves you a lot," said Yuwan and crossed his legs.

Mishi smiled and said, "I'm not regretting my decision. I can't be with him because of some reason. Ahh….let's not talk about that now," said Mishi and took a deep breath. She wiped the tears that were formed in her eyes and kept the smile on her lips.

"How is Xia?," asked Mishi.

"She's good. She has become more feisty than the last time I met her. Yesterday she almost threw a lamp at me in anger. She said that someone made her angry," said Yuwan and laughed.

"I like your friendship with her," said Mishi. "You can consider me as your friend," said Yuwan, looking into her eyes.

"Ain't we friends? I always considered you my friend and you are. I miss Zhao though. He was a good guy with a warm heart. I don't know where he is," said Mishi.

"Well Mishi, SJ management have signed a deal with us. I want to ask you, do you want to lead that project?," said Yuwan.

"Yes," replied Mishi. She was confident enough to bring back his father's company at all cost from her uncle Yaixi.

"Uncle has to repay for the things he has done with my family," said Mishi with affirmation and looked at Yuwan.

Xian came back after meeting Yin from the jail. He was walking towards his office when Li Wei told him that Chang has come to meet him and he's inside the office. Xian nodded and left for his office. He pushed the door. Seeing this Chang got up from the sofa.

"You don't have to get up. Sit comfortably," said Xian with a smile and sat opposite to him unbuttoning his blazer. He put his one leg over the other and asked Chang if he wanted to eat something. Chang refused saying he has already done the lunch.

"Brother I just got to know Sisi took divorce from you," said Chang with a worried look.

"She didn't tell you," asked Xian with a raised brow. Chang shook his head in refusal.

"I failed to understand her," said Xian and took a deep breath.

"Brother but she loves you," said Chang. Xian laid his head back and said, "she doesn't love me now. Let's stop these talks." He raised his head and looked at him. "Mom is missing you and Chunhua. Come home someday or tell me when you both will be free. I will come to pick you both up," said Xian with a smile.

"I have exams for now. I'll come after they will be over. Chunhua has a tight schedule nowadays," said Chang.

"Okay," said Xian.

"Brother actually I'm here because of some reason," said Chang. Xian looked at him and asked, "what happened?"

"Sisi is in Shanghai. Go there and meet her. I mean I know you both are divorced but I know you both are made for each other. Some Circumstances have made you two separate but brother you can make efforts," said Chang.

"I don't want to chase her anymore. We had a long talk regarding that's why I decided to divorce. Now all these things have no meaning left. Her happiness is also important and she asked me this thing that's why I divorced her because she wants to live her life to the fullest which she forgot to live all these years. Believe me it's the best for us," said Xian with a smile. Chang didn't say anything further. They both talked for a while and after that Xian dropped Chang to the hostel.

It was almost evening so he turned the car back to his house. After arriving at the house he found his mother had gone out for some shopping so he walked to his room.

He took an alcohol bottle from the cellar which was adjacent to his room. He poured it in a glass and started drinking. "I have known that you will act like this if you will be left alone," said Lau Lan who was at the door.

"When did you come?," asked Xian.

"An hour ago. There weren't that many patients today. Now please stop drinking," said Lau and grabbed the glass but Xian pulled it back and said, "I need this only. To forget about her I need this thing. At least I can sleep without thinking about her."

"Why don't you find her then?," asked Lau.

Xian looked at him and said," Chang has come to meet me. He told me that she's in Shanghai but I won't go there because this is what she wanted from me- to stay away from her."

Xian then pointed his index finger towards his heart and said," but then what about my heart? To forget about her I drink this because this is the only way to calm myself."

"Let's drink together then. I want to know my friend's pain too and want to know how it can make you calm," said Lau and grabbed the bottle when Xian held his hand. Xian took the bottle from him, looking into Lau Lan's eyes he said, "you don't need to drink with me. Let me drink this thing alone because it's one of the precious alcohols of mine."

"Give me water," said Mark and looked at the sky which has a glowing sun overhead. Xia gave him the water bottle and said, "you're working less and resting more."

Mark turned to her and took the bottle from her, thanking her. He drank some water and then put the water over his head. "What are you doing?," asked Xia.

"I'm feeling hot," said Mark and walked away from there.

"Hey," shouted Xia at Mark and walked behind him. But Mark didn't listen to her and kept on walking. He reached near the construction site. The chief engineer came to him and made him look at the report. He studied the report and told him that it's going perfect. Xia came after him and said, "Why didn't you stop when I was calling your name?"

Mark looked at her and said, " I didn't hear you miss bullet eyes. Let's focus on the work for now." They both checked the things there till the evening. The resting houses were made near the site. Mark as soon as he came inside his room took off his shirt and was going to the washroom when his room's door fell open.

Xia saw him and then turned her face away. "Close your door before doing such a thing," said Xia. Mark immediately covered his upper body from the towel and said, "What do you mean by 'such a thing'. You should knock before coming," said Mark.

"My mistake. I came here to give this report to you," said Xia and stretched her arm to give him the file. She walked backwards. Mark walked near him when his foot got caught on the mat and he stumbled thus making him fall forward towards Xia.

Xia turned to him when she saw he was going to fall on her and she couldn't do anything. He grabbed her shoulder and they fell on the floor. But luckily there was a fluffy mat below them. Mark was on top of Xia. They both looked at each other.

Mark immediately got up and covered himself with the towel. "Sorry, my foot… it," mumbled Mark.

"It's fine," said Xia and walked out from there. Mark hit at the wall with his hand and then walked inside the washroom.
