The Revenge Turned To Love Chapter 125

The demise of Yuwan's father made Mishi and Xian to postpone their engagement and marriage. But the incident triggered that part of Xian's memory which he never wanted to recall. The day when his father didn't come home. He was waiting for his father everyday but he never used to come home.
He was inside his room thinking about his past, the things he encountered as a child. Unknowingly, years started flowing from his eyes. He reminisced about the day when he was admitted to the hospital.
"M...mom….dad isn't coming. Where is he? My head is aching severely...mommy," murmured Xian. Biyu caressed his head and called on Xian's father's number. She called his number five times but there was no response.
Putting the phone inside her pocket she went to the small room. She made him wear a small rain coat and then she wore a raincoat too. Carrying Xian on her back they both went to the hospital in the stormy night.
At that time they used to live in a suburban area, so to get to the main road she walked at least 500m. From there she booked a taxi and they left for the hospital.
As they reached the hospital, Biyu made him sit on a chair there. She rushed to the receptionist and started speaking when a doctor came there. She started pleading with the doctor to save her son.
Xian's eyes were closed but he was shaking with the high fever. The doctor came there, called a nurse and took him inside. There were faded memories of being on a ventilator for 5 days in his mind.
"Today is the 6th day, the boy is out of danger. Where is your husband?," asked the doctor while checking Xian's reports. Xian was half conscious but was able to hear every single talk.
"He has gone for some work," murmured Biyu. "The kid could've died." Xian's index finger moved hearing this and Biyu started crying.
"Please hold yourself together. I've bought the medicines for the boy. Give him these at time as I told you. He will be healthy soon," stated the doctor. The soothing words of the doctor gave warmth to Biyu.
Days passed like this. Xian was recovered fully. For two weeks, his father didn't come once to meet him in the hospital. In the children ward he used to see the fathers with their children but Xian's father never came.

"Mom, I'm feeling good now. That doctor uncle was good," murmured Xian and sat on the small sofa in their house. Biyu prepared some light meals for Xian and then gave him the medicines.
As he took the medicines, his father came home. He was banging at the door. Biyu rushed out to open the door. He pushed Biyu and came inside. "Dad," called Xian excitedly.
"Go inside. Your mother and I have to discuss something important," muttered his father. The smile on Xian's lips disappeared and he ran inside the room. Closing the room tightly he saw the things through the door knob.
"Why didn't you come for two weeks? You didn't even pick my calls. Why?," asked Biyu. She had thousands of questions in her mind.
"Listen, I'm not here to listen about those things," grunted Wang Shui.
"Our kid was almost on the verge of death. Don't you love him?," asked Biyu. Wang Shui glared at Biyu and said, "he just got a normal fever and earlier I saw he was fine. I have office work too. Should I leave my job for him? Moreover, I never wanted that kid but you insisted."
Xian couldn't believe that he was an unwanted child for his father. Tears started flowing from his eyes and he understood why his father never once went out with him.
"How dare you say this?," shouted Biyu and slapped Wang Shui hard which made him lose his temper. He was almost going to slap her when Xian got stuck with his dad's leg and muttered, "don't hurt my mother."
He pushed Xian but Biyu caught him. "Xian," murmured Biyu and held him tightly.
"Ahh….let's get to the point. I want a divorce. Tomorrow we will take a divorce. I can't be with you neither can I see this child of yours," grumbled Wang Shui.
Tears started flowing from Biyu's eyes. She walked to Wang Shui and grabbed his hands. "What are you saying? I know I made mistakes but don't divorce me. Think at least about Xian," murmured Biyu.
"This woman!," muttered Wang Shui under his breath with an angry tone. "I don't care. Come to the court tomorrow. I'll give you the money you need on divorce agreement settlement," murmured Wang Shui.

Before Biyu could speak further Wang Shui walked out from there without even glancing at Xian.
Reminiscing all these things tears poured down from his eyes. "He never loved me. He's the cruelest man on this earth. I don't want to recall but I'm not able to stop thinking about this," murmured Xian and wiped off his tears. He got up from the couch there and walked inside the washroom.
Standing in front of the mirror, he was thinking about the same thing again and again. He held his head and then went towards the bathtub. Filling it with the warm water, he went in and felt relaxed.
"That man….How can he still affect me? He's nothing to me," murmured Xian and placed his head on one of its edges. But the memories were not leaving his mind. The night was revolving in his head time and again.

Qiang came inside Yuwan's room who was sitting on the sofa and was in some deep thoughts.
"Yuwan, today is the 3rd day. Mishi has taken over the work of yours for a few days. She's also working on the project which Xia has signed." Stated Qiang. He kept telling him but Yuwan didn't listen to any of his talks.
When Qiang realized Yuwan wasn't listening to him, he shook him up which made him come to reality.
"Qiang, I have to fulfill my dad's wishes. Where's Xia?," asked Yuwan. Qiang looked into Yuwan's eyes and said, "she has got fever."
"Why didn't you tell me?," asked Yuwan worriedly and got up from the couch. He took out the medicine box from a small wooden cabinet and walked out from there.
Knocking at Xia's room's door, he got in. He saw she was lying down on the bed. "Yuwan," whispered Xia and tried getting up. He rushed to her and told her to rest.
Checking her temperature he said, "you are sick. Don't get up from the bed at least for a day," prescribed Yuwan. "Why didn't you tell me?," asked Yuwan.
"It's not a big thing," murmured Xia while closing her eyes.
"What? It's a big thing!! I'm preparing some soup for you and then…" Yuwan's words were cut by Qiang who came inside the room with a tray in his hand. "I've already prepared. Xia, now drink this and then eat the medicine." Xia thanked him.
She took the medicine after drinking soup and laid down. Yuwan and Qiang came out of the room when Yuwan said, "Xia and I are marrying tomorrow. Please consult the lawyer regarding this and then inform me," murmured Yuwan and sat on the couch of the living room.
"Okay. I'll prepare everything, don't worry." Stated Qiang and assured Yuwan. Yuwan thanked him. "I'm in guilt for not agreeing with dad. He wanted to see me married," murmured Yuwan with a broken voice.
Qiang caressed Yuwan's shoulder and said, "don't blame yourself. Uncle will see you two from heaven." Yuwan rubbed his eyes and then laid his head back on the couch.
After a while he got up and told Qiang that he should leave. Qiang nodded and left the house. Yuwan went to the kitchen and took a big bowl, filled it with water and went to Xia's room. Sitting beside her on the edge, he put the water soaked towel on her forehead.
"You are also sick because of this. We two with each other are more comfortable so I'll take care of you till the end. I won't let my only loved one go away from me," murmured Yuwan.
Putting her hair strands away from her face he said, "I also liked you but that time, that day I wasn't sure. If I hadn't run away then I think I could make things good today. And dad would've witnessed our marriage and you don't have to lose hope in relationships."
He removed the soaked towel from her forehead and then with a dried towel wiped her forehead gently. "I will try to give you all the happiness you deserve. I will be an ideal husband and will always take care of you just like you did when I was alone." Murmuring this Yuwan gave a light kiss on Xia's forehead. Leaning back he picked the water bowl and walked out from there.
