Lau Lan in the morning went to Yin's room. After knocking many times at the door when he didn't get any response, he got inside. He saw Yin was sitting on the sofa thinking about something. She was in a deep thought when Lau Lan slightly shook her. She came out of her thoughts and raised her head.

"Lau," whispered Yin in a low voice. Lau understood something was off with her. He sat opposite to her on the couch first. Clasping his fingers together Lau without beating around the bush questioned Yin. "What happened to you yesterday after getting a call from someone?"

Yin stared at Lau and then lowered her eyes. "It wasn't because of a call. Actually I'm not able to free myself from that guilt. I know everyone is going their best for me but the feeling which I get from my inner self is eating me. It's like I'm not worth all of you, especially Mark. I felt disgusted thinking about the day when I lost my mind and harmed Mishi. Even if it was indirect but all the things were initiated by me."

Yin put her heart out. The feelings that she had buried inside herself were out now. With a choked voice she further spoke, "even if you all don't consider myself as a criminal it doesn't change the fact that I was." Her eyes were red and her breathing got heavy.

Lau held her hands and gently caressed them. "I know it's hard for you. But by doing this you're hurting yourself. There are many people who don't even get the opportunity to grow up because sometimes that's their last chance. You've got one life and if in this one life you've to do every single thing for yourself. There's no use thinking about the past, the future isn't seen by anyone.

The present is the only moment where you can know yourself and do every single thing which you dreamt for you. Until when you'll blame yourself. After some period of time we all will go ahead with our lives and no one will look at you. I mean everyone will be busy and then what? You'll lose that time. Mark is still holding on you but who knows the future? Why are you repeating the same mistake again from two years ago?"

Yin looked at him in confusion. "You also know what I mean. Don't waste this chance of yours. This could be your last chance so just forget about your past and accept the things as they are. We all love you and are with you but only for a certain time. I may sound a bit bitter to you right now but this is the harsh truth you have to accept. Just enjoy your present.

Look at Mishi. She suffered more than any of us but today she has changed everything and you can see that. Chances are for everyone, it's up to you how would you like to use that chance. I believe that you will also enjoy your life from today onwards." Lau Lan rested his words finally and released Yin's hands.

Yin thought something for a while when she said, "Actually I got a call from Bai. She was asking me how I am doing. When I was in the jail she told me that Mishi did wrong with her and she will take her revenge from her. But then I don't think she will do something like this as she's inside the jail." Yin was quite worried saying this.

Lau was scared of hearing this. "Don't worry. She won't do anything now as she is in jail. Criminals usually say such things to make the person terrified," stated Lau Lan.

"Sorry for hiding this from all of you," said Yin in a low voice. Lau smiled and said, "it's fine. I'm happy that you have finally shared this with me. I think you should go now as I have to leave for work." Saying this Lau got up from the couch and went towards the door.

"Thanks Lau." Yin expressed her gratitude. Lau Lan nodded and left her room. Lau thought to tell about Bai's threat to Lan Zhan.

Xian came out of 'The Bliss' restaurant as he was invited for lunch by one of his business partners when he saw Zhao Bin coming towards his direction. He didn't like him a bit because of his closeness with Mishi and he's the only guy who made him feel jealous.

A broad smile carved on Zhao's lips as he saw Xian. Xian didn't want to smile but he forced himself to fake a smile. He forwarded his hand to shake with Zhao but to his surprise, Zhao hugged him tightly.

"It's good to see you, Xian Zhang. Why don't we go inside my cabinet." Zhao said in a happy tone. Xian released the hug and congratulated him for reaching such a high level. He refused saying he had to leave to some other place so he couldn't be late there.

"Well, I remember the day you said you destroy me. I know you were just angry seeing Mishi with me but then I took it to my ego. Thanks for making me realize that I should reach your level," said Zhao.

Xian smiled and said, "Why is it feeling like you are indirectly putting a sarcasm at me? Well I'm sorry for that time. I hurted you also that time." Xian politely said.

"Ahh, it's fine. I'm happy that everything is fine between you two. Mishi and you are finally together. I was surprised to learn about the betrayal from Bai. Mishi trusted her so much," muttered Zhao.

"Hmm. Even I didn't know earlier but then the truth was found. Mishi's parents' murderers are behind the bars and everything's fine. Mishi and the two kids are finally happy after so many years," murmured Xian.

"Hmm. What about your marriage?," questioned Zhao excitedly.

"Ahh we haven't decided the dates yet. Soon we will and I'll personally invite you. You're Mishi's friend so your presence is important there," said Xian with a happy tone.

"Actually we are more than the friends," muttered Zhao with a smile.

Xian's facial expressions changed hearing this.

"Ahh, Xian, your face. Don't think it the wrong way. I mean I am her closest friend….like we know each other for a long time. I'm saying in that sense," Zhao explained himself.

Xian slightly smiled and said, "Zhao I really wanted to talk more with you but then time doesn't permit. It was great to talk with you after such a long time. Okay then, see you later." Zhao nodded and told him the same.

Xian then left for the parking lot and got into his car. While putting his seatbelt on he reminisced about Zhao's talks. "It feels like that guy hasn't given up on Mishi but I also did bad with him in the past so of course he must be showing his anger towards me," murmured Xian and started the engine, leaving from there. He had put on the bluetooth in his ear and called Mishi.

Mishi was signing the files when her phone buzzed. She put the Bluetooth in her ear and answered the call.

"Mishi, how are you?," asked Xian from the other end.

"Good. What about you? Have you taken your lunch?," asked Mishi.

"Umm….yes. I met Zhao by coincidence today. It seems like he doesn't like me," stated Xian while focussing his gaze on the road.

"What? You're thinking too much," said Mishi and giggled.

"His talks feel like he wanted to curse me but he couldn't. I really don't like that guy but because he's your closest friend I kept my cool," said Xian annoyingly.

"Xian, you're jealous." Muttered Mishi and smiled. Xian slightly laughed hearing her. "Why would I be? You love me and I love you. See there's no jealousy," murmured Xian.

"I know but Zhao makes you feel jealous. I've observed many times," Mishi said in a low voice.

"Okay. I accept. I feel jealous of him. I mean I never felt like this way but with that guy I just..…" Xian sighed saying that. Mishi laughed hearing him and said, "don't be jealous. I only love you. In my heart there's only one man that's Xian Zhang whom I love a lot."

Hearing her confession, Xian smiled and said, "I love you a lot. Okay I'm on the highway. See you in the evening." Saying this Xian hung up the call. Mishi put off the bluetooth from her ear and continued her work when she thought to give a surprise to Xian.

She picked her phone and called someone. "Thank you so much. Yeah that theme I liked a lot. Please make it perfect. Thanks once again." Talking with the person she hung up the call.

"Xian, be ready for this surprise. You'll be happy and at the same time surprised seeing that…," murmured Mishi and giggled.
