For one whole week both Xian and Mishi were completely under examination in the hospital. They were then discharged and told by the doctors for sometime the things related to their past shouldn't be talked about.

Both the families decided to return to Beijing as Mishi's and Xian's doctor referred them to Beijing City Hospital for further treatment. As they were being taken out of the hospital, Xian's eyes fell on Mishi but Chang was standing beside her so Xian couldn't see her face properly.

Bai Lao grabbed Xian's arm and helped him in getting in the cab. Mark saw this and glared at her, wanted her to be away with Xian but she didn't. They arrived in Beijing in the midnoon when they departed their ways from there.

Days passed like this and both recovered with their injuries. Xian took more time as he had got a severe head injury. But Mark told him not to work for a while. Lan Zhan was in touch Danzae who was investigating about Xian's and Mishi's murder.

"What if it's Zhao done by Bai Lao?," muttered Lau Lan who was sitting on the sofa in Lan Zhan's room. Lan Zhan put his phone inside his pants pockets and turned to Lau.

"We suspected her only from the start. But there's no evidence against her. She's quite clever, won't easily leave clues behind but we can't accuse her without any evidence," stated Lan Zhan.

"Hmm. Not only that she's with Xian every now and then. Mishi had to be with him but things happen the other way. I also went to meet Mishi who has completely forgotten about Xian," said Lau. Lan Zhan sat opposite him on the sofa.

"They should meet at least once. Almost a month has passed and still they aren't getting their memories. What if this continues? They both will never be able to recall the things. That Bai will stick with Xian. Because of her, mom and Mark aren't in good condition." Lan Zhan said worriedly.

A knock disturbed their talks and then saw it was Bai. "Why are you here?," growled Lan Zhan and looked at her with utter hatred.

Bai smiled and said, "Why? Is it your house or Xian's?" Lan Zhan clenched his fist tightly hearing that.

"I just want to tell you that your brother wants to talk to you two. Well, let me tell you two something. Don't take Mishi's name in front of him. You two want him to lose his mind? No? Then don't talk about her in front of him," saying this Bai left from there.

Lau Lan slightly smiled hearing her. "Lan Zhan we have to make them meet with each other," said Lau with a smile.

"What are you thinking?," asked Lan Zhan. Lau quickly got up from the sofa and closed the door. He then told his plan to Lan Zhan. "Their first meeting should be natural. Let's go to Xian's room first and then we will make the plan ahead," murmured Lau Lan. They both then walked out from each other.

Xian was talking with her mother when Lan Zhan and Lau entered in. He smiled seeing the two. "Why are you so happy?," asked Lau Lan.

"You two are forgetting. Mark's birthday is near and I want his birthday to be special. He hardly celebrates his birthday. But this time we will give him a surprise," said Xian excitedly.

"It's a good idea because he is so immersed in the office work after that incident. Well, so will it be a family party or do you want to invite the others too?," asked Lan Zhan.

"We will call close friends. The hotel I've chosen for the party is 'The Bliss.' I got to know Zhao Bin is the chairman of that hotel. You told me that he gave me the blood. Please call him too. I want to thank him for saving my life," said Xian with a smile.

"Okay, we will call him," said Lau Lan. Bai Lao was taking a water bottle when Mark saw her.

Seeing her he turned back to go away from there when Bai said, "don't show your hate in front of Xian. He sometimes asks me why do you talk so rudely with me? But you know I used to love him so I thought not to tell him the truth. Be good with me, okay." Saying this Bai walked away from there while smiling.

Mark got annoyed and in anger went towards his room. Yin saw him and followed him to the room. Mark was finding a headache painkiller when Yin knocked at the door and went inside.

"What are you searching for?," inquired Yin.

"My head is acting," murmured Mark. Yin sat on the bed there and gestured to him to sit beside her. Mark did the same. Yin made him rest on her lap.

"What are you doing?," asked Mark.

"Massaging your head. Painkillers are harmful for the bodies if you take their doses in excess," said Yin and gently circled her fingers on Mark's forehead. He felt good and closed his eyes.

"Don't stress yourself too much," said Yin while massaging his head. Mark hummed and said in a low voice, "I want Xian to be with Mishi. Almost a month is going to pass. They aren't together and Bai is giving me headaches."

"She's giving headaches to everyone. Think about mom but still for Xian she's strong and tolerating Bai," murmured Yin and continued circling her fingers on Mark's forehead.

For ten minutes, she did that when Mark told her that he's fine now. Yin leaned down and kissed on his forehead. "They will soon recall everything. Don't worry," saying this she straightened up. Mark got up from his lap and then looked at her.

"I don't know when that will happen," said Mark while holding Yin's hands.

Yin caressed his head lovingly and said, "have faith. They both love each other. So, someday those memories will return."

She then kissed him on his lips lightly. Mark put his hand on her face to cup it and then kissed her back. In between the kiss he thanked her for being with him in this tough time. They released each other. Yin wiped off Mark's lips and adjusted his tie. "Today is an important meeting. Do your best, okay."

Mark nodded and got up from the bed along with her. Wearing the navy coloured blazer he left from there. "Please God make everything fine," murmured Yin.

Chang went to Mishi's room when he saw Mishi was laughing with Zhao Bin. He looked at Zhao Bin who wasn't looking at Mishi from a friend's eyes but from a lover's eyes. He walked in and seeing him Mishi excitedly walked to him.

"Sisi, don't walk. Your legs are still not healed," murmured Chang and held her both hands gently. Mishi smiled seeing Chang's reaction.

"Brother Zhao, don't you have to return to work? It has been a week and you still haven't joined your work," said Chang, which seemed blunt to Zhao Bin but he didn't say anything because of Mishi.

"Zhao, work comes first. I'm fine now," said Mishi. Zhao nodded and told her that he would join from the next day.

"No, you'll join from today onwards," stated Mishi. Zhao smiled and then told her that would go then.

"Chang, please see him off till the gate," Mishi requested Chang.

"Sisi, I'm going to the office so I'll drop brother Zhao to his house too," stated Chang. He then gestured to Zhao that they should leave now. Zhao was going to hug when Chang intervened in hugging his sister and then took her to the bed.

"Sisi, take rest. Aunt Ginni is coming and she will be angry if she will see you like this," muttered Chang and put the blanket over her legs. Zhao told Mishi to take care of herself and then left with Chang.

As they sat in the car, Zhao asked Chang. "Why are you behaving in a strange way?" Chang put on the seatbelt, adjusted the front mirror in his car and then looked into Zhao's eyes.

"Sisi is married now. Don't get too close to her," muttered Chang.

Zhao smiled and said, "Why would I do that? We both are friends." Zhao gave the reason.

"Then be like friends with her. She's married and someday she will get her memories back," opined Chang.

Zhao wanted to speak further but he didn't and just smiled at him. Chang averted his gaze from Zhao when someone knocked on the car window on Chang's side.

Chang turned to see and it was Shui Zhang. He opened the window and greeted him. Zhao got busy on a call so he didn't focus on their talks.

"Is Mishi okay?," asked Shui Zhang with concern.

"Yes, uncle. She's recovering and fine now. Please go in and meet her. She will feel good. Although she doesn't have any past memories, she will feel good seeing you," stated Chang. Shui Zhang nodded; thanked him and walked towards the gate.

"I'm coming don't worry," said Zhao and hung up the call. Chang has started the engine by then and they both left from there.
