Mishi was getting ready for the office when Chang came there. He handed the car's keys to Mishi and told her to drive safely. "Don't worry. Well, I was thinking about uncle Shui. I didn't see him after that day. Did he leave the job? He didn't even tell me," said Mishi worriedly.

"He told me and I almost forgot to tell you because of my work. He won't work anymore for you." Chang told his sister, Mishi.

"Oh. He's really good. He was telling me how I encountered him. He is really a good man," stated Mishi with a slight smile.

"Um- hmm. I think my Sisi is good, that's why people around her are also good to her," stated Chang. Mishi smiled and said, "Mark and Yin are getting married. So, we have to leave with them tomorrow evening."

"Yes, aunt Biyu and brother Mark came yesterday here when we were at work. Brother Lan Zhan will come to pick us up. Chunhua and brother Wei are also coming today," said Chang with happiness.

"That's nice. Well, I should leave, else I'll be late. See you in the evening," said Mishi and carried her bag. Chang nodded and told her to go safely. As Mishi left the house, she got into the car and called Shui. But he didn't answer her call. Putting the phone aside, Mishi left for her workplace.

As she reached there, she first went to Zhao's cabinet to tell him that she can't accompany him for the business trip. As she pushed the door lightly, she found he was being scolded by his father.

"You're of marriageable age. Why didn't you go on a date with the girl which I have chosen for you? Do you know how humiliated I was when I asked for apologies from her father?" Shouted Lee Shan Bin at him.

"Sorry, dad. But try understanding your son too. I won't be happy with any random girl I guess. Give me time. I know your worries too but I seriously won't be happy if you tried pushing me into a marriage with the girl of your choice," muttered Zhao.

Lee Shan got up from the couch there and without saying anything walked out with his manager when Mishi swiftly got aside and hid behind a pillar. When he was gone from there, Mishi again pushed the door lightly and asked for permission if she could get inside.

Zhao, who was running his hands through his hairs, immediately turned to Mishi and wore a smile on his lips. "Of course, Mishi! You should've called me there," said Zhao, trying to hide his worries.

"Zhao, you don't need to hide anything from me. I happened to hear your conversation with your father. I'm sorry for that." Mishi apologetically said.

"Mishi, you don't need to apologize. Come, have a seat," offered Zhao. Mishi nodded and sat on the couch comfortably. "You can tell me if it's bothering you too much," said Mishi in a low voice.

"Will you help me then?" Asked Zhao.

"Um- hmm. I will," assured Mishi.

Zhao refuted saying he won't trouble her for such minor problems. He then asked Mishi if she had some work.

"Yes. Zhao, I won't be able to accompany you for the business meet in Shanghai. Well, my presence isn't that necessary there. I've to attend Mark's and Yin's marriage and if I don't he will be angry at me," said Mishi.

Zhao clenched his fist tightly but then he didn't want to show Mishi so he kept his cool in front of her. "It's fine. Since you're a close friend so I'm agreeing on this else as a company employee you had to accompany me," stated Zhao.

"This is the last time. For me work comes first so I won't neglect this thing in future. I should leave now as I've a meeting," said Mishi, got up from the couch; ready to leave when Zhao asked, '' Don't you wanna know who's the girl I like?"

Mishi looked at him and asked, "who's the girl?"

Zhao raised his head and said, "I'll tell you some other day. You should go now." Mishi nodded and left Zhao's cabinet. Zhao on the other hand threw the things from his desk to let out his anger and got injured at hand. "I know you all are planning to make them together. But I have to solve the problems from my father's side then I'll do anything further," murmured Zhao.

Xian looked at the time which was showing 3 p.m. He quickly packed up his things, told Li Wei to keep a check on the work behind his back and told him to attend the marriage which is after 3 days.

"Don't worry. Enjoy there and I'll definitely come," assured Li Wei. Xian thanked him and left to pick Mishi up. As he arrived at Mishi's workplace, he called her. Mishi didn't pick his calls so he decided to go in and took her out with him.

Stepping down the car, he went inside the huge rotating door. Talking with the receptionist, he went towards her cabinet. He reached outside her cabinet and pushed the door lightly when he saw Mishi was immersed in her work that she didn't even realize that Xian was at the door.

He tapped at her desk when Mishi raised her head and was surprised to see him. "You?" Mishi surprisingly said. Xian smiled and asked, "were you waiting for someone else?"

Immediately Mishi got up from her chair and asked, "How did you get here? No one can come to meet me unless he/she has an appointment." Mishi opined.

Xian took a step to her and said, "I don't need any appointment to meet my wife-" Mishi looked at him in confusion. "What do you mean?" Mishi inquired confusedly with a slight angry tone.

"I mean soon to be a wife," replied Xian with a smirk.

"When did I agree on this? I didn't even agree to be girlfriend. So, don't-" Xian didn't let Mishi complete her; pulled Mishi up by grabbing her hand and then kissed her.

Mishi pushed him off immediately. "What are you doing? It's the office," murmured Mishi, putting her palm on her mouth.

"Then agree to become my girlfriend," said Xian with a smirk. Mishi looked at him in disbelief when she saw through the window that Zhao was coming there with his secretary. "Xian, hide. My boss, I mean Zhao is coming here. It can create a problem if they will see you," said Mishi wirriedly and grabbed his hand.

"Let them see. I'll tell him that you're taken by me," stated Xian.

"What are you saying? You won't say anything like this. Now, please hide," muttered Mishi while looking through the window.

"First say you're-"

"Okay. I'm your girlfriend. Now hide," said Mingmei.

"Where?" Asked Xian.

Mishi looked around and said, "under the desk. Yes, do hide beneath that." Xian nodded and hid beneath the desk. Mishi adjusted her formal dress when Zhao entered in with his secretary. Seeing Mishi, Zhao asked why she was standing.

"Ahh, I just came from outside, that's why. Any work?" Asked Mishi and went towards her desk.

"I'm leaving for Shanghai for the business meet. Have a safe trip. Here a small gift from my side for Mark and Yin. Give them my wishes too," stated Zhao and took the gift bags from his secretary's hand. Mishi thanked him.

Xian, who was beneath the desk, was smiling at Mishi. "Don't worry. I'll tell them. Thanks for the lovely gifts. I'll be back as soon as the marriage will end," stated Mishi.

"Enjoy it fully. Okay, then I'm leaving. Take care of yourself," said Zhao and left with his secretary from there. Mishi took a breath of relief as Zhao left her cabinet. Xian on the other hand, pulled Mishi down. "Ah," Mishi passed a low scream.

She was on Xian's lap. "Leave me. It's the office," said Mishi in a low voice.

"Haven't you heard of office romance?" Asked Xian while stroking her hair. "Now, you are agreed to be my girlfriend and soon you will accept me as your husband so to celebrate, give me a kiss," said Xian in his deep voice and closed his eyes, awaiting for the kiss from Mishi.

"Don't try to oversmart me," said Xian with closed eyes.

Mishi was thinking of running away but Xian's grip was so tight around her that she couldn't even move a bit. She smiled, leaned closer and gave him a light kiss on his left cheek. She leaned back when Xian opened his eyelids and their faces were closer.

"I asked for a kiss here, on my lips. Why are you so shy? Should I initiate?" Asked Xian. His warm breath was hitting against Mishi's rosy lips. She blinked her eyes for a few seconds.

"I'm not shy. You said give a kiss and so did I. You didn't say that you wanted it there," Mishi replied. Xian smiled and said, "You indeed are smart. I want my wife to be smarter than me so that she can handle situations better than me."

"Okay. Let's go then. It won't be good if anyone will see us here in this position," murmured Mishi.

"Why are you afraid of others?" Asked Xian.

"I'm not. But it's not good," Mishi opined.

"Okay. Then we should leave but before that I want to return your lovely kiss," said Xian. Pulling Mishi closer, he started nibbling her rosy lips, waiting for her response. Mishi responded back. After a minute, Xian parted his lips from Mishi. Mishi bit her lower lip in nervousness when Xian said, "don't be shy. You're a good kisser." Mishi put her palms on her face to hide the blush on her cheek from Xian.

Xian giggled seeing her. "Now, I understand why I fall for you again despite our memory losses. It clearly shows how strong our love is." Thought Xian while smiling and looking at the love of his life in front of him.
