Zhao was in the hotel with the inspection team when his secretary came there, whispered something in his ear. Zhao stopped at his place and then turned to the inspection manager of his company. "Please continue the food inspection. I have an urgent work," muttered Zhao and left from there.

As he came in the parking lot, he called Mishi but she did not answer the call. "Xian again caught into an accident. Did Bai do this? We met her in the jail and right after that he got into an accident. But how did she do this?" thought Zhao when his phone rang. It was from his fiancée Zhu Rui. He hung up her call and then held the handle on car, to open it up when Zhu Rui cam there, put her hand on the handle.

Feeling her touch, Zhao immediately turned to her. "Leave my hand," said Zhao but Zhu Rui smiled and said, "I did not hold your hand to leave it." Zhao glared at her and jerked his hand from her grip.

"Zhao, we soon are going to be husband- wife and if you will behave like this then I might have to use the force," asserted Zhu Rui. Zhao ignored her, opened the car door when Zhu Rui pushed it off and then pushed Zhao against the door. Her hands were either side of his head.

"What are you doing?" Zhao mumbled when Zhu Rui started tracing his face using her index finger and stopped beside his lips. They both looked at each other when opened his mouth to speak. "Do not think of doing anything without my permission," stated Zhao.

"Okay, I will not do. But tell me when you will give me my first kiss," Zhu Rui said, looking into Zhao's eyes. Zhao looked away and replied, "I do not think that will ever happen." He then grabbed her both hands and then put them down. "Did I not tell you that we will be husband and wife only in front of the world," saying this he opened the car's door, got in and then drove away.

"I think I have to work upon that," murmured Zhu Rui, crossing her arms.

Zhao reached the city hospital and asked about Xian. Getting info he went to 5th floor towards the designated room for Xian. As he reached the door, he saw Mishi and Xian were kissing from the small circular window on the door. He stopped right there and turned away. He turned back to get inside but again stopped. His hand was still on the door handle while he was watching them from the window.

"Why do you have to love Xian only? For four years I tried to be around you but you never once looked at me. I do not love but I still love you. I wished for a happy life with you but I do not think I will ever be happy now. Seeing you happy with Xian makes me think that I can never take place of him in your heart," thought Zhao. He then released his hand from the door handle, stepped back and left from there.

As he came out of the hospital, he saw Zhu Rui, standing in front of his car. This made him angry. "What are you doing here? I told you I do not love you at all nor I will in the future." Zhao shouted at her. The people who were passing by looked at them. "Your keys fell there so I thought to return them," said Zhu Rui in a low voice. Tears formed in her eyes but she did not let them flow down.

Zhao took a deep breath and said, "Zhu Rui, forgive me. I am stressed." Zhu Rui nodded and then handed the keys to him. She stepped back and then left from there. Zhao ran his fingers through his hair and then hit at the bonnet of the car.

Ru Shi was struggling to free her hands as it were tied from a chair while a black mask was covering her eyes, thus making her unable to see anything. "Leave me," shouted Ru Shi nut her voice was only echoing in that giant empty place.

Suddenly she heard the footsteps. "Do not struggle too much," voiced a man. Ru Shi recognised his voice and said, "Gan Dewei, release me this instant else you have to bear the consequences."

Gan Dewei laughed hearing her and then walked to her. Stopping right in front of her, he removed the eye mask from her eyes. She gradually opened her eyes and found herself in a giant hall with no furniture at all.

"You are beautiful," murmured Gan Dewei and smirked. Ru Shi shot glare at him when Gan Dewei bent on his knees. "Why are you so desperate to fight against me? Beautiful girls do not look good when they fight. I never knew the old man has such a beautiful daughter else I would have asked from him something else," muttered Gan Dewei.

"Gan Dewei you will be behind the bars soon. You might be thinking that nothing can happen to you but you are wrong," asserted Ru Shi.

Gan Dewei started laughing and then asked from Ru Shi if she would think that Chang Xin would help her. "No one can fight against him. I gave him a trailer what would happen if he will try fighting against me," muttered Gan Dewei.

A man in his late 20s came to Gan Dewei and whispered something in his ear. The colours on Gan Dewei face went away and he told the man to go away. He took out his phone and saw his father's message to him. "Why that oldie has to come now?" thought Gan Dewei. Ru Shi noticed his reactions.

He then shifted his gaze at Ru Shi and said, "I wanted to talk with you face to face. I do not harm beautiful ladies so it is better to stop fighting against me." The same man came there and released Ru Shi's hands. "You can go," said Gan Dewei. Ru Shi got confused but that time she thought to run away from there as fast as she could. Once she was out of the mansion she looked up for her phone.

She recalled it fell outside the court when she was being pulled inside the car so she left for the court again.

Zhao came back home and he saw Zhu Rui's family there. Her father smiled seeing him and asked about Zhu Rui. Zhao looked at them confusedly. "Zhao, where is Miss Rui?" asked Lee Shan Bin with a smile.

"How was your date? Did it go well? She had prepared a surprise for you so did you like that?" asked Zhu Rui's mother with glistening eyes.

"Mrs Feng, of course Zhao would have liked the surprise. Am I right, son? But where is she?" asked Chynaa, looking at Zhao.

Zhao slightly smiled and answered, "She has not told me about the surprise. We did not meet till now." Zhao lied to them.

"Oh my...we told you....son, pretend you did not listen anything, okay," said Zhu Rui's mother. Zhao nodded and then thought he had to meet her then else his father would be angry at him again.

"Why did you come home leaving the work?" asked Lee Shan who was suspicious of his son. Zhao looked at his father and replied, "I forgot a file at home. So, I had to come." Lee Shan Bin nodded hearing the reason. Zhao went upstairs to his room. Closing the door, he called Zhu Rui but she did not answer her call. He again called her but no reply came from her side. "This girl is giving me headache," murmured Zhao when his phone rang. He looked at the screen and it was from Zhu Rui.

He took her call and asked, "Where are you?"

"Come to the Bells cocktail lounge," said Zhu Rui from the other side.

"What are you doing there?" asked Zhao but she hung up the call. He walked out from the room when Lee Shan Bin observed Zhao had no file in his hand. Zhao quickly drove for the lounge and then in an hour reached there. He saw Zhu Rui was sitting on the sofa. Zhao walked to her and sat beside her.

"Have you planned any surprise for me?" Zhao asked. Zhu Rui smiled slightly and then offered him the cocktail drink. Zhao refused so she drank that. "It hurts sometime to see the person you love does not love you. Same thing happened to me. The first day I saw you in the lecture when you answered a query and you can say that was the first sight when I fell for you. I tried approaching you but then I found you like Mishi. Years passed like this, I went abroad for doing masters. But I could not forget my first love," said Zhu Rui, looking at Zhao.

"I am sorry but-" Zhu Rui put her index finger on his lips, thus stopping him from speaking. "I know that you do not love me. I just do not want to hear this from your mouth," stated Zhu Rui. They both looked into each other's eyes under those dim lights.
