Biyu came home with Xian and Mishi. Yin who was in the garden saw them and walked near them. "What happened, Mom?" Yin asked worriedly. "Yin, do not worry. Let's go in then we will tell you," Mishi replied softly. They all went inside the house.

"Mishi, I am coming in a while. Give the medicines to mom," saying this Xian left the house. Yin and Mishi took Biyu to her bedroom. Making her rest on the bed, Mishi covered Biyu from the blanket while Yin put some pillows behind her. Biyu smile seeing that her daughters-in-law were taking care of her. "I am fine. Do not worry too much for me," Biyu asserted. They both sat beside her when Yin asked again what was happened that Mishi – Xian needed to come.

"Mom got unconscious while shopping. A person brought her to the hospital. Xian got a call and then we found that mom is in hospital. The doctor said it might be due to weakness and old age," Mishi narrated to her. She then turned to Biyu and said, "Mom, you will not go alone from now on. What if that person was not there then it could have been a problem."

"Mishi is saying right. I will make some light food for you. Mishi I will ask the maid to clean your room again," saying this Yin left the room. Biyu cupped Mishi's face. "Why do you worry so much about me? I am fine," said Biyu.

"Mom, what are you saying? Why would I not worry?" Mishi asked.

Suddenly Biyu recalled something. "Mishi, Xian's hand was injured. What happened now? I mean how could it heal in a day?" Biyu asked.

"Mom, Xian wanted to spend time with me. You know his naughtiness," muttered Mishi with a tiny smile.

"Mishi, I am so happy for you two. His life was so dull. I used to daily tell him- marry someone but he used to ignore me. Sometimes, he did not come home. For six years he did those things and it made me worry. But then when he met you and married you things changed. Do not ever leave him. He might be cold from the outside but from inside he is feeble. Once he loves something dearly, he cannot forget those things. You two are my gems so always be with each other in every situation," said Biyu. Her eyes were teary and it seemed as if something was going on in her mind.

"Mom, is something going on with you? You can tell me," said Mishi politely.

Biyu looked at Mishi. Taking a deep breath Biyu opened her mouth to speak. "Xian's father left us when he was 6 years old. He was very sick. The doctor had given up his hope on him. For one week he did not open his eyes but his father never came to see him. After two weeks when Xian opened his eyes, he came home, and then we had a huge fight. He then demanded a divorce. Xian was affected a lot as a young child. Give him all the happiness you can give," stated Biyu.

Tears poured down Mishi's cheeks as she heard about that. "Xian must have told me this but my memories, I have lost them. It must be so hard for you two," said Mishi and wiped the tears off her cheeks. Biyu nodded. "But for Xian, I walked ahead in my life. I wanted to give him a bright future. Mark has his miseries as a child. He was bullied in the orphanage when Xian encountered him. They both became the friends there and then I decided to adopt him. My two sons- no, no I have five sons now: Xian, Mark, Lan Zhan, Lau Lan and, Chang. Three beautiful daughters: you, Yin and, Chunhua," Biyu said with a smile.

Xian was in the car. He had his Bluetooth on his ear while he was speaking with Shufen. "Are you sure, he lives there?" Xian asked while driving the car.

"Yes, sir. He is staying in the same apartment as you," replied Shufen from the other side. Xian hummed and cut the call. He increased the speed of the car. After 20 minutes, he reached there. Quickly getting out of his car, he took the elevator and then went to the 11th floor where Shui Zhang was staying. Stepping out of the elevator, he went to room 115 and rang the bell.

Shui Zhang opened the door and saw Xian in front of him who was glaring at him. Shui blinked a few times and then decided to close the door when Xian pushed it inside and then went in. Slamming the door behind him, he walked grabbed the collars of his father's shirt.

"How dare you be in the hospital? You were the one who brought mom to the hospital and told the doctor to hid your identity," muttered Xian angrily and slammed him against the wall.

Shui whimpered in pain and told him to leave him. "Today you will not be spared. How dare you show your filthy face to her? Huh?" Xian shouted at him. He was losing his control when Shui meekly said, "she lost her consciousness so I thought-"

"Shut up! You have no right to come near us! You are the one who destroyed our lives and now we are happy so you thought to come near my mom," Xian asserted. "That day too I warned you not to ever show your face but what you did? You are living in the same residential building as me. What are you planning this time?" Xian questioned him.

"You- you are wrong. I have done nothing," said Shui in a low voice.

Li Wei got to know from Shufen that he told him everything about Shui Zhang. "Shufen, why did you do that?" Li Wei asked with a concerned look.

"Sir had told me not to tell you a single thing. Did I do something wrong?" Shufen asked worriedly. Li Wei nodded and then told him not to worry about that as he would check it out. Li Wei then left for the residential homes. "Xian will not listen to me. I should call Mishi. Only she can stop him," murmured Xian and called Mishi.

Mishi was with Biyu when her phone rang. "Mom, wait a second. Li Wei is calling me," said Mishi and answered the call. From the other side, Li Wei told Mishi to meet him at her apartment. He had some urgent work.

"Li Wei, I wish I could come there but-" Li Wei cut her words and said, "That must be why I am calling him. Please come there as soon as possible. Rest things I will tell you there only," stated Li Wei. Mishi nodded and hung up the call.

Yin came there with a tray in her hand when Mishi told them that Li Wei wanted to meet her for something urgent. "You should go then," muttered Biyu. Yin too agreed with her. "But mom I cannot live you alone here," asserted Mishi.

"Mishi, I am also here. I can take care of mom too. You should go and meet him," said Yin. Biyu too told Mishi to go. Mishi nodded and told them that she would return soon. Mishi then left from there. She booked a taxi for her and then left for her apartment. As she arrived there Mishi saw Li Wei who was waiting for her. She went to him and asked him why he called her.

Li Wei narrated the entire incident to Mishi which made her panic. "Uncle Shui is the father of Xian?" Mishi asked.

"Yes," replied Li Wei. "Mishi, let's go. Xian is with him and I do not what will happen," mumbled Li Wei. Mishi nodded and they went towards Shui Zhang's apartment. As they reached in front of room 115, Li Wei quickly inserted the password and they both got inside.

"Xian," Mishi called his name softly who was sitting on the floor there and was crying. Mishi's heart ached to see her love crying. She saw Shui Zhang who was on the other side and had a neutral face. She without wasting any second went to Xian; bent down on her knees and hugged him tightly. Gently patting on his back she consoled him. "Everything is fine," said Mishi in her soft and soothing voice.

"He- he is not my father. He told me that I should not have been born. I wanted to kill him but my hands stopped in doing so," said Xian while sobbing. Mishi broke down into tears seeing Xian's condition.

"Shh, do not say anything. You stopped because you are a nice man who cannot hurt anyone. Let's go home and then we will talk," said Mishi. Li Wei looked at Shui Zhang who was neutral as if he was not affected by all this. "Mishi- Xian, I will drop you home. Let's go," said Li Wei and walked to them.
