Samuel mother was found and also the man whom she was running away. They both were taken to the police station for inquires. Lan Zhan turned on the desktop and filled in their details. "Why did you leave the kid behind?" Lan Zhan asked.

"He is a burden to me. Moreover he is not my son," stated the woman, Noh Liam.

"What?" Qu Han exclaimed who sat beside Lan Zhan on the chair. "What do you mean?" he then asked.

"He is the son of my ex husband who married someone but she died after giving birth to him. I have nothing to do with that boy," muttered the woman.

"He is your son," stated Lan Zhan.

"Not mine. I did not do any crime so I think you are holding me and my husband without any reason," asserted the woman. Lan Zhan and Qu Han looked at each other when Lan Zhan said, "Samuel is waiting for you. Since last night he is asking about you. Please take your child as it is not permitted to you to leave him behind."

"It is of no use. Even if we will take him, we will send the kid to the orphanage," said the husband of that woman, Gu Pang.

"How can you think an ill of a child? He did not do anything wrong," shouted Lan Zhan at them. The other officers there looked at Lan Zhan and came there.

"Lan Zhan, do not get emotional. I will make the inquiry. Get up from the chair," stated Qu Han. Lan Zhan got up and left from there. He came out of the police station and called Xian who answered his call in one ring. "Lan Zhan, did you find something?" Xian asked. "Sam is asking for his mother every now and then," he further added.

Lan Zhan rubbed his forehead and took a deep sigh. "Xian, we have found them. But his mother is not ready to take him with her. She left her behind intentionally," declared Lan Zhan.

"What?" Xian mumbled. "Are you sure that the woman you found is his mother?" Xian asked.

"Hmm. She is being inquired inside," stated Lan Zhan and then narrated the other things to Xian which angered Xian but he kept his cool. "I am coming to the police station," said Xian and hung up the call. He came inside the room from the balcony, picked the keys and walked out of the room.

He went to his mother's room and told her that he was going outside for some work. Biyu nodded when Sam asked from Xian if he was going to bring his mother. Xian did not answer to Sam's question and walked out. Mishi went after him and stopped him. "What happened?" Mishi asked, looking into Xian's eyes.

"Mishi, will you be the mother of Sam?" Xian questioned Mishi which surprised her.

"Xian-" murmured Mishi.

"Just answer," Xian stated.

"I will," Mishi answered with a smile on her lips. "But before that tell me what happened?" Mishi inquired.

"I will tell you after coming from the police station. I will call you from there," asserted Xian. Mishi nodded and told him not to get angry at anyone. Xian hummed and left for the police station. He reached the police station in half an hour and went in. He saw Lan Zhan there and walked to him. "Where is Sam's mother?" Xian asked him.

"They are over there," answered Lan Zhan, pointing his finger towards the chairs. "Do not get angry at them. We tried hard to convince them but they have refused to take the child with them," stated Lan Zhan.

Xian walked towards Samuel's mother who looked at him. "If you are here to tell me that I should take back Samuel then-" Xian stopped her from speaking further. "I do not want you to take care of Samuel. I will be his father. Just sign on some legal papers. I have called my lawyer and then we will start the procedure," asserted Xian.

Lan Zhan walked to Xian so were the other police officers. "You are adopting Sam?" Lan Zhan asked Xian who nodded. "I will be his father. Now, I have myself heard that this woman hates that kid I do not think I should handover Sam to her," muttered Xian.

"Since you are adopting him so we need money for that," said Gu pang. Noh Liam looked at him and agreed with him. "Yes, I had took care of him like a baby sitter. Since you are ready to take him with you then you should pay us," said Liam in a low voice. This angered Xian and he grabbed the collars of Gu Pang.

Qu Han and Lan Zhan came forward to stop Xian. "How dare they ask for money? Sam is not a thing whom they are selling. You have crossed path with a wrong person. I, Xian Zhang, will make you rot behind those bars for saying such a thing for Sam," muttered Xian and then looked at Lan Zhan.

"Just file an FIR against these two and throw them behind the bars," said Xian in anger. "Xian, calm down," said Lan Zhan, patting at his shoulder.

"I will not give away of Samuel then," said Liam. "It is better to send him in the orphanage," stated Liam.

"Just shut up!" Xian shouted at Liam. "How much do you want?" Xian questioned. Gu Pang told him to give them 10 million Yen.

"You two are asking for the money which is equivalent to selling a child. We are making an FIR on you two based on this," said Qu Han and asked his junior to bring the file. Gu Pang and Noh Liam asked for forgiveness. "We do not want anything. You can take him. Let us go," said Gu Pang. Noh Liam agreed with her husband.

"Diplomats," murmured Xian when Chang came there. Chang went to Xian and told him that he had the papers. Xian took the papers from him and asked where to sign. "Call Sisi and Samuel too. If Sam will agree to go with you only then we can proceed further," stated Chang.

"I am calling her," said Lan Zhan and dialled Mishi's number. He told her to come to police station with Samuel. Mishi from the other side agreed to him and hung up the call.

Zhao and Zhu Rui were on their way to home. "Please drive fast," said Zhao to the driver.

"Why did they call us?" Zhu Rui asked him.

"I do not know. Dad did not tell me," replied Zhao. "Now, do not ask any more questions because I am not in a mood to answer," stated Zhao. An hour, the car was halted in front of Bin mansion. They both stepped down the car and walked in.

They went towards the living room and greeted the elders. Chynaa made Zhu Rui sit on the couch and asked her if she liked the penthouse who nodded. "Dad, why did you call us?" Zhao asked.

"The tickets for your honeymoon. The flight is in 2 hours," stated Lee Shan.

"You called us for this thing. You could have sent these tickets there," said Zhao. Lee Shan Bin did not say anything to this and told them to have lunch with them before leaving for the airport.

"Dad, I am full. I do not want to eat," said Zhao, got up from the couch. "I am in my room," said Zhao, looking at Zhu Rui and left from there. As he walked away Lee Shan asked Zhu Rui if Zhao is behaving well with her. "Yes, father," replied Zhu Rui with a tiny smile on her lips.

"Since the day he met that girl, his behaviour towards us changes. We tried hard to make him understand. To tell you the truth, I talked with Mishi's father about their marriage but he refused me and told me that he had already seen someone for her. I never told Zhao as I do not want him to get hurt. I gave him all the years he wanted to mage Mishi agree to be with him but Mishi chose someone else.

I know I should not talk about another woman in front of Zhao's wife but it is like only you can make his life bloom in happiness. I want my son back which I lost many years ago." Lee Shan told Zhu Rui with a heavy voice. Chynaa patted at Lee Shan's shoulder.

"Mom- dad, do not worry. I came back for him. I will always keep him happy. Mishi is not responsible for this. To tell you the truth Mishi always saw Zhao as her friend, nothing more. I know as a parent it hurts when you see your child is not trying to understand you. Give him time and the things will change," asserted Zhu Rui.

"We are lucky that we got you as our daughter- in- law," said Chynaa with a bright smile on her lips.
