"On the Christmas day, a person told me that on new year he will take md away. I should enjoy my final moments with my family," Mishi replied to Xian's question.

"What? You are telling me this now?" Xian muttered with an angry tone.

"That day Zhu Rui also talked to me which saddened me so, I forgot to tell you this. His words were scary, Xian. What do you think we should do? What if someone will harm any of us?" Mishi put forwarded her worries.

Xian put his arm around Mishi's shoulder such that her head rested on his shoulder. "I will not let anything happen this time. Trust me. I will not let you get harmed by him. I will protect you," pronounced Xian.

"I know you will protect me but the man openly threatening us. What do you think we should do in such a short period of time?" Mishi queried. She then rose her head up and tilted it to look into Xian's eyes. "When those calls came to you did you talk regarding that with Lan Zhan? He can help us," Mishi asserted.

"I have told him. Mishi, sorry but we all are suspicious of one person this time," stated Xian.

"Who?" Mishi questioned. "And why are you saying sorry?" Mishi further asked.

"That's because we are suspicious of Hu Shen," replied Xian. "I know he has nothing to do with your life but he came so suddenly and then he contacted you after more than 10 years. It's a long span of time and your friend recalled about you this late," stated Xian.

"Xian, because he was in Netherlands and he studied there. We two met by coincident in a taxi. He was the one who recognized me. So, if I haven't gotten inside that taxi, we two would have never met. It was purely a coincident," Mishi proclaimed. Xian furrowed his brows.

"I do not know. I am also confused about this. Let's talk about this with Lan Zhan. We have to find out the person soon who tried contacting both of us," declared Xian. Mishi nodded when the door was pushed in. Mishi and Xian immediately released each other when they saw Samuel walked in.

"Daddy, you did not come," Sam voiced and with his tiny steps walked towards the bed. Mishi got off the bed and then took him to the bed. Xian held Sam's hands and said, "you missed daddy?" Sam nodded.

"Dad has so much work to do," Xian said with a bright smile. "Go, bring your toys. Dad will play with you," Xian stated and released Sam's hands. Sam got down the bed and went towards the small cabinet where he had put his toys.

"I am going to kitchen. What do you want to eat?" Mishi asked, looking at Xian.

"Anything you want to make," replied Xian when he saw Sam was struggling with toys. Xian got down the bed and went to Samuel while Mishi left the room.

Zhu Rui and Zhao were sitting around the long dinner table, apart from each other and facing each other. "You made today's dinner?" Zhao asked.

Zhu nodded. "I hope you will like it," she said with a faint smile on her lips. Zhao picked a fork and started eating. "This is salty," Zhao said, looking at the chicken pieces. "And it feels like it is almost going to burn," he added.

He then picked the spoon to taste the vegetable broth. "Ahh…it is spicy," said Zhao and put down the spoon. Zhu Rui did not even started eating and hearing these words of Zhao made her furious.

She picked the spoon and tasted the food she had made but did not find anything wrong in that. She then turned to look at Xiao Long and told him to taste the food and tell them if it was that bad.

Xiao Long stepped forward and picked a spoon. He tasted the dishes which were prepared by Zhu Rui and then put down the Spoon. "Mr. Long, tell us how the dishes are?" Zhu Rui queried.

"For me these are perfect. There is nothing to complain about," asserted Xiao Long. Zhu Rui smiled and then turned her eyes towards Zhao. "I think you should check your taste buds from a doctor," Zhu Rui muttered.

Chuckles escaped Zhao's mouth and he started laughing. "You think I am the director of Bliss without any knowledge of food. There are spices and let me tell you something my dear wife- that your husband does not like spicy food at all. I wonder why did you marry me when you do not even know about my choices," stated Zhao Bin and got up from the chair.

"I think I have to sleep without having any dinner," Zhao declared and turned to go when Zhu Rui stopped him.

"Eat the other side dishes or should I order something for you? If you will not eat then I will do the same," Zhu Rui pronounced.

"Sir, have your food. Madam has prepared so much dishes for you with so much affection. Try the other side dishes," Xiao Long stated.

"I do not want to," snapped Zhao. "You know how picky I am! Tell her about my preferences or best thing is not to make food for me," declared Zhao.

Zhu Rui walked to him and said, "You promised that you will not throw tantrums for a month and try to understand me. Don't do this."

"I know I promised you but do you not remember what hand I asked for?! You have to win the trust over me. Can you do that? First you have to learn about your husband preferences, okay?" Zhao muttered and then left from there.

A teardrop poured down her cheek. She quickly wiped it off and then told Xiao long to threw that food. Xiao Long nodded when Zhao came back there. "Mr. Long, pack the food and send it to the nearby hotel where people can eat it. It is just not my taste but other people are going to love it," he said and then looked at Zhu Rui whose eyes were watery.

"Do not worry, young master. I will send it," said Xiao Long and bowed his head slightly. Zhao thanked him and then left from there.

Zhu Rui on the other hand went outside, to the garden to take some air. Seating arrangement was made in the garden too. A long circular couch with many cushions on it was placed at one side under the shelter. She went there and sat on the couch.

"It feels he will never be going to accept me. He will find minor faults in every single thing. Now, I am feeling guilty saying those things to Mishi. I should apologize to her sincerely. It is not her fault that Zhao is like this but because I have tied him with me. I thought of many beautiful things in this relationship but it seems impossible for me. He did not even eat," Zhu Rui murmured and started biting her nails.

The cool breeze was blowing which make her shiver in cold when she felt a warm shawl around her. She raised her head and saw Zhao who covered her from the shawl. He himself was wearing a warm coat and sat on the couch beside her.

"You gave up just in a day," he said and turned his head to look into Zhu Rui's eyes.

"I did not give up," she murmured and averted her gaze, turning her head away when Zhao made her look at him by putting his index finger under her chin. He turned her head and their eyes met.

"I also want to understand you. Have you forgotten? If you will give up this easily then you will end up divorcing me," Zhao stated.

Zhu Rui flinched her brows. "Do you not to win my heart? Then do not give up so easily. I have given a chance to you, to your love which you carries for me for more than 10 years. Do not let it fade so soon," Zhao asserted and then put his hand down.

"You are confusing me. These gestures of you make me wonder if you really want to give my love a chance or you are just faking it," Zhu Rui put forwarded her point.

Zhao slightly smiled and then said, "you cannot trust your love then how do you expect me to trust and start showing my love towards you?"

"Why did you not eat the dinner? I worked hard for that," Zhu Rui said.

"Because it was spicy and salty. If you truly love me then you should also have the knowledge of my taste buds," Zhao stated.

"You are saying as if you know everyone's taste buds," Zhu Rui snapped at him.

"In the morning, I will make breakfast for us then tell me how do I have the knowledge of your taste buds," stated Zhao.

"Do not be over confident. I am picky in my choices just like you," Zhu Rui stated.

"I know. You will going to love the breakfast meal," Zhao declared and smiled.
