Chasing After My Wife Chapter 34

Jillyanna booked a ticket for her flight next week after she had lunch with Jenny. She asked Jenny to take care of her mother's plants when she's away and she would give her an additional allowance.
Jillyanna helped her because she can see herself in Jenny when she was left alone. She didn't want a child to be alone in this time of needs.
There's no class yet so Jenny have so much time in her hands. Aside from studying in advance for the upcoming school year, she used her time to do some gardening behind her small house. So taking care of plants was actually her forte.
When the night comes, Jillyanna checked her post which was the puzzle of her picture.
"Goddess, please send us the next puzzle already >_
She clicked on the reply button and typed in a statement. "I will post it in a few minutes."
In the mansion, a loud scream was heard from Valkyrie who was sitting on the porch with his phone.
"What's wrong with you? Are you really someone from the military?" Brown dissed him and walked back to the house.
"Can't I be happy just because I'm from the military?" Valkyrie responded with a raised eyebrows.
"Alright. It's fine. Stop arguing you two." Thomas calmed them down. Savannah and Hawk were sent to a mission leaving the two of them to rest for few days.
They were checking on the drug den which was located near the fish port of the northern part of the city.
The last two days was Valkyrie and Brown's duty to watch over the port, disguised as buyers. This time was Savannah and Hawk's turn to check. They didn't act as buyers or anything, they just keep a night watch to the people around the area.

While they were busy on their mission, the two fighting cat and dog was resting in the mansion. They haven't made up yet. Brown was still giving Valkyrie a cold shoulder and Valkyrie didn't know how to pacify him so in turn, he checked on his goddess who recently gave them puzzle pieces of her picture.
Valkyrie couldn't keep his cool anymore and went inside the mansion. He pocketed his phone and walked to Brown's room.
"Evan, let's talk." Valkyrie called out Brown's real name while knocking on his door.
The door was opened and Brown showed up with a scowl on his face. "Don't call my name! I hate it!"
"Why do you hate it? It's my father who gave it to you." Valkyrie didn't even bother to ask permission and went inside the room himself uninvited.
Brown didn't mind either. He just closed the door behind him and walked towards the bed. He loosened up his shirt by unbuttoning two buttons from the top. He sat down on the bed before answering. "It's exactly why I hate it. I hate it because it was your father who gave it to me."
Valkyrie looked at him silently, his face not showing emotions. His eyes were dark and Brown couldn't tell what he was thinking.
Unexpectedly, Valkyrie strode towards him and pushed him to the bed. Both his legs were placed on the bed, holding both Brown's hand above his head. He was trapped underneath him with no chance to escape.
Brown was not as strong as Valkyrie. People won't even believe that he's someone from the military because of his small body. Most military men were buff and big, tall and muscular, but he wasn't like them.
Brown has a white skinned that turns pinkish under the sun. He didn't have any muscles aside from his sexy abs. He even looked fragile with his big brown eyes and his lips were red.

"You still have feelings for me." It wasn't a question but a statement that came from Valkyrie's mouth.
"I don't. Stop imagining things to boost your ego." Brown responded but he turned his head to avoid looking into his house.
"Why did you stop?"
"Go to hell! Stop asking me questions!"
"You can't stop." Valkyrie whispered before lowering his head.
Valkyrie bit his exposed collarbone making Brown utter a curses. "Damn you! Go die!"
"You'll cry if I die."
"Who the hell will cry for you?"
"You."
"Never."
"Didn't you cry when I was shot four years ago?"
"Shut up!"
Valkyrie laughed out loud before stepping down from the bed and walked out of the room without clarifying anything.
"Matthew Anderson! You're the most bastard of all bastards!" Brown mumbled to himself as he curled his body on the body. A tear fell from his eyes. That night, a decision was finally made in his mind.
Jillyanna posted another puzzle piece of her picture. It was a picture of her smiling lips. The caption this time was an explosion to the music industry.
I USED TO SING WITH MY OWN SONGS. I WROTE MY OWN LYRICS. IT WAS A FULFILLING JOURNEY AND I ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF IT. AT THE END OF THIS MONTH, A NEW SONG WILL BE RELEASED FOR ALL MY FANS WHO NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. I INCLUDED A TEASER HERE.
A video was linked to the post and within a few minutes it was liked and shared thousands of time.
"It's a music video! My goddess made a music video for us! I can tell that it was her after comparing the eyes and lips!" this comment was liked by many people and there were several replies expressing their agreement.
"I read the caption a couple of times and I have a feeling that our goddess is leaving. I must be wrong." this comment came second with hundreds of likes.
Because of this statement, many people read the caption once again and thought of the same idea.
Jillyanna was mentioned in comments and was tagged in posts regarding her caption but she didn't answer them. Not yet. And she hadn't made a decision to leave the industry permanently or just temporarily for her pregnancy.
Cielo and Lucian looked in each other's eyes confirming their thoughts when they received the notification of her new post.
Cielo immediately dialed her sister's number but nobody answered her. Lucian checked the location and they were relieved that she was just at home.
It's been like this for so many years. If Jillyanna can't answer the call, they would check her location. That's how protective they were for her.
In her own home, after posting on her account, Jillyanna turned her phone to silent knowing that people who knew her would be asking her questions.
She fell asleep as soon as she hit the pillow and cover herself with the thick quilt.

System Prime
The legend of System Prime is one that has been told and retold many times over the eons. About how she, along with her trusted partner, travelled the worlds of Ahunna (a.hoon.a), sharing the [Gift of System] to all who needed it. It is a great story. Somewhat factual too. As long as you overlook the fact that System Prime was never a woman. —— If this story seems familiar to you, then congratulations, you're psychic. Well, that or you've read it before on my old account, Eli8iR, which I had to delete because of a probably silly reason that will need a shitton of weed to make me spill. If you don't recognize this story, then unfortunately you're not psychic. On the bright side though, it has been scientifically proven that reading my stories might make you psychic. Or blind. But that only happened twice, and those guys should not have badmouthed my work. Enjoy.
