As expected, around 10 o'clock in the morning, several private investigators came to their house to discuss their investigation result.

They were led to the study room for discussion and Auntie Fei served them tea.

"The person that most likely hold a grudge against you is Mr. Martin Guevarra. Among the four people on the list he's the only one who has some hacking skills." One of the investigators said.

"His father committed suicide when he was exposed to have stolen almost a million of funds from the company. It was your father Thomas who found out." another investigator added.

"His mother was so shock and traumatized that she collapsed in their house. She was hospitalized for a few months but she never woke up. Now, she's being kept at home with all the monitors and apparatus attached to her." another investigator mentioned.

"However, we don't have any evidence to use against him. The traces of his hacking activity were all erased."

Travis was just listening to them talk. Since it had come to this, he might as well talk to his father about this.

The investigators added few more details and passed him their detailed report for reference. Travis expressed his gratefulness to them and send them out. He was just about to close the door when one of the investigators came back.

He was looking at Jillyanna with an excited face. "Mr. Madrigal, is it okay to get an autograph from your wife? My daughter really likes her and it's her birthday soon. I want to give it as a present."

Before Travis could answer Jillyanna already agreed to him. After all, he was one of the men who helped them solve their problem. "How old is your daughter?" she asked him.

"She's turning 16 on the 29th of this month." he answered her.

"Okay. Can you wait a little bit in the living room? I'll just get something." Jillyanna mentioned to the man which he obediently followed.

Travis followed behind her as they walk down the stairs. She went to her little room and took out a small stuff toy that was given to her by one of the nurses when she was young.

There were some art materials in her cabinet so she made a simple card to attach to it. Travis helped her cut out some cute little shapes to stick to it for design.

She didn't have anything to wrap the gift so she just gave it to the father directly. "Thank you for helping us with the investigation. Here's my little token for your daughter."

"Thank you so much Mrs. Madrigal. I am sure she'd be very happy to receive this."

"I hope so." she smiled genuinely. The man bid farewell and walked out of their house with a happy face.

"Who gave you that stuff toy?" Travis asked cause he knew that all things inside the little rooms have great sentimental value to her.

"That was given by one of the nurses who took care of me." she turned towards him and smile. "Shouldn't we prepare to visit your company? I am planning to visit the cafe as well."

"Alright. You take a bath first. I'll just make a short phone call." Jillyanna agreed and went upstairs to prepare herself.

She chose a fitting black sleeveless, a printed white off-shoulders with a puff up long sleeves and a black skirt that was 3 inches above the knee.

Since she wasn't allowed to wear high heels or wedges, she chose a flat chelsea boots to pair with it. She put everything on her bed before going to the bathroom for a shower.

She didn't spend so much time in the bathroom anymore to avoid catching cold. After half an hour, she went out with just a robe wrapped around her body.

When Travis got inside, she was just about to take off her robe. Her white shoulder were exposed in front of her and his body felt hot.

He quickly went inside the bathroom to take care of himself before she noticed it. However, Jillyanna was worried seeing him acting weird.

"Travis, are you alright?" she called out to him.

"I'm fine. Just get dressed already. You might catch a cold." he responded to her. He always feel guilty whenever he's got a reaction in front of her. On the bright side, he was happy because it was just her that he's get a hard on. He didn't feel anything towards other women.

"Don't take too long. I'll prepare your clothes." she responded to him and went to continue dressing up. She wore the sleeveless first and then the off-shoulders to top it off. Next was the skirt.

When she finished putting on her clothes, she wrapped her hair with a towel and opened the cabinet again to find clothes for him.

After Travis took a shower, he put on the clothes she chose for him without any questions. She was currently drying her hair in front of the vanity mirror.

'How did he get such a nice body? He could actually work as a model.' she noted mentally while watching him at the mirror's reflection.

Travis felt someone watching him while he put on the shirt so he raised his head only to find Jillyanna dropping her head low.

She could act like nothing happened but her neck and ears won't lie thought. She was blushing from head to toe after getting caught peeking on him.

Travis smiled and walked towards her. "I saw that."

"Huh? What are you talking about?" she feigned ignorance even though she knew what he meant. She would never admit it even if she was caught red-handed.

Travis leaned closer and kissed her lips. It wasn't just a normal kiss like he used to do. It was the same kiss that he gave her during the night of their affair.
