She said that she has an elder sister who was left behind with a kind family during the famine. They lost contact from then on.”

Old Madame Xie and Li Xingchen both noticed what was happening between Ye Tianxin and the old lady.

Li Xingchen walked up to Ye Tianxin and put an arm around her shoulders. She whispered, “Tianxin…”

Ye Tianxin reached out to pat Li Xingchen’s hand. “Elder Sister Xinchen, I’m fine,” she assured Li Xingchen

Then she made a request to the old lady, “If possible, could you please do a DNA test with my grandmother?”

The old lady pushed her bangs back with her right hand. There were six fingers on her right hand, which could not stop trembling.

She was the elder sister her grandmother had never forgotten.
