Chapter 320: Li Qingcang’s Caring (1)

“It’s alright. I’m also going to take a shower and rest. I will go and make your bed for you first.”

Ye Tianxin turned around and entered the book shop. She moved the sofa away and spread the cotton batting and bamboo sleeping mat for Li Qingcang.

After placing a thin blanket on the sleeping mat, she turned to look at the attic upstairs with satisfaction.

She would sleep in the attic tonight.

Li Qingcang would sleep downstairs, and she would be able to watch Li Qingcang sleep as soon as she woke up. It would definitely make her happy.

By the time Ye Tianxin was done arranging Li Qingcang’s bed, Li Qingcang had already cleaned up the kitchen.

“Elder Brother Li, I have already told you that I would clean up.”

Ye Tianxin frowned, pretending to be angry.

Li Qingcang couldn’t help but laugh. Then he said, “I already said that I was fine. I am not that weak.”

“But you got injured last time and lost so much blood. You definitely haven’t recovered from that. Leave them to me and have a good rest. It will do you well. You’ll see.”

Ye Tianxin pushed Li Qingcang to the bathroom. “Elder Brother Li, you should take a shower now,” Ye Tianxin urged.

After Li Qingcang walked into the bathroom, Ye Tianxin took Li Qingcang’s clothes to the courtyard and started to wash them under the tap in the courtyard.

She washed each of his clothes with great care. After washing the clothes, she hung them on the clothesline behind her.

A sort of undefined happiness crept upon her.

When Li Qingcang came out from the bathroom, Ye Tianxin had already done washing the clothes. When he saw his underwear flapping in the wind, he felt a little embarrassed and blushed.

How could he let his Little Tianxin do something like that?

“Elder Brother Li, I have already washed your clothes,” Ye Tianxin informed him. “You can wear them tomorrow morning when you wake up. Oh, right, go to sleep now!”

“What about you?” Li Qingcang asked, concerned.

Ye Tianxin pointed in the direction of the bathroom and said softly, “I will go to sleep as well after taking a shower.”

Ye Tianxin walked past Li Qingcang and walked into the bathroom. She closed the door behind her and could not help but flush. Her heart raced. She felt as if she was palpitating.

Elder Brother Li was really in shape, and his tanned and toned body made him more attractive.

His strong physique set her heart pounding, especially when he had just come out of the shower and there was still water dripping from his hair.

His white tank top stuck closely to his body, revealing his abdominal muscles and Adonis belt. Li Qingcang’s body looked slimmed with clothes on, but he had an amazing physique when he took his shirt off.

Ye Tianxin turned on the tap. The water that came out was slightly cool. Then, she took a shower.

Ye Tianxin stole a glance at Li Qingcang, who was sleeping on the floor. His breathing was even. It seemed that he had already fallen asleep.

Ye Tianxin crept up to Li Qingcang’s side and squatted down slowly with a flower fragrance puffed on Li Qingcang’s face.

“Goodnight, Elder Brother Li,” she whispered.

Ye Tianxin used all of her strength to force herself not to lower her head to kiss his lips.

She stretched out her hand and switched off the lamp above Li Qingcang’s head. Then, she climbed up the wooden stairs with light steps to the attic.

There was a small window above the small attic. The moonlight shone in, bathing the quiet book shop in silver light.

Ye Tianxin pulled her blankets and closed her eyes.

Goodnight, Elder Brother Li.

Goodnight, Little Tianxin.

Li Qingcang slowly opened his eyes in the dark. His gaze landed on the bookshelf that the moonlight shone on. There was a book titled, ‘I don’t like this world on the neatly arranged bookshelf. I like only you.’

He could not sleep. The flowery scent of Ye Tianxin from her bath tickled his nose.
