The trio and their resources were instantly ripped to shreds by the soundwave which continued on like it didn't even feel anything…

For the remaining figures chasing after Min Hong, the twelve ahead who were the soldiers sent by the Emperor of the East Wind Empire to retrieve Min Hong saw this and instantly, the captain tore open the space and dived into it, followed by six more people who were slightly lucky enough to enter before the shockwave passed through them…

But as for the remaining five, they were all obliterated into a cloud of blood and gore which was still swept on by the soundwave…

The soundwave shattered the space where the captain and his remaining subordinates were hiding, blasting them back out into the open, and forcing them to puke several mouthfuls of fresh blood before plunging downwards into the dirt…

As for the final five figures who left the innermost District of the Desert Sun Sect, only one of them stepped forwards and clenched his fists at the incoming soundwave, as the space in front of the soundwave crumpled like piece of paper and shattered with a loud bang, following which the void was revealed and finally the sound wave flowing into the void whilst the rest past by the sides of their group…

Then after unclenching his fist, the space repaired itself and went back to normal after sending a slight ripple which slammed into this white bearded man causing his blood to roil…

With a single backward step, this white bearded man stabilized his body and calmed the turmoil within his body…

Then as they were about to move further, they were stopped by the middle aged man at the back of their group;

"Hold on, let's watch the event play out a little bit more… though this phenomenon is so unusual and incredulous to be tied to such a kid, it is better we wait a little bit more before we conclude that he is the person the Imperial Emissary is talk-"

The middle aged man who seemed to be the Sect Leader of the Desert Sun Sect from the level of respect the four other old white bearded men were dishing out to him, had yet to finish his statement when another thunder boomed across the sky…

This time, it was so loud that the hearts of these old men trembled along with it...

But back in the spirit realm, another Karma thread had latched onto the roiling thunder clouds…

Then all of a sudden, thirty karma threads abruptly surfaced from every angle and latched onto roiling clouds, taking its fury to another level as the intensity of the thunder reached a hundred thousand times, and then;

The thunder boomed this time and just the descent of the soundwave blasted everything within a 400 mile radius, eradicating the remaining seven soldiers from the East Wind Empire…

The Sect Leader of the Desert Sun Sect and the remaining elders began to flee but were tragically slow compared to the speed of the soundwave…

Deep within the Imperial Palace of the Dogon Empire, and within the Patriarch of the Chu Dynasty…

A familiar figure sat there with powerful aura vibrating around his body as several spatial cracks began too creak open and close around him…

Yes, this was the same man that had an encounter with the old man treading through the void…

This was, Chu Huang; the grandfather of the interim Emperor of the Dogon Empire…

"I can't believe I didn't even have to wait for too long…"

He said with a happy smirk as he opened his eyes which was currently glowing with a shimmering silver light…

Then his vision zoomed in and he saw the fleeing elders, and then his eyes shrunk open when he saw what they were fleeing from…

It was a ginormous sandstorm carried by nothing else but the soundwave that erupted from the skies…

Without moving from his cross legged position, the space around Chu Huang liquefied and morphed before stretching crazily like the most durable elastic and finally contracting abruptly catapulting Chu Huang through space a very great distance…

Instantly, Chu Huang had reached the fleeing elders in less than a tenth of a breath…

This is a level of insane speed that could only be achieved by a Saint or Ancestral stage expert and above…

On getting to the scene, Chu Huang muttered without any much action other than gazing at the elders;

"Sound gets tamed when it travels through water…"

Boom! Swoosh!

A megalodon Moby dick appeared in the sky above Chu Huang's head as it threw up a literal sea of water towards the incoming sand storm wetting all the loose sand that was within it before Chu Huang muttered again;

"Earth…"

Then he squinted his eye a little as the all the sand gathered together and were captured into the sea of water…

But he wasn't done yet, Chu Huang muttered once more;

"Wind…"

The a cyclone from nowhere spun into being and slammed into the incoming wet sandstorm, but despite even spinning in reverse, everything still didn't stop, in fact, the sandstorm was only stalled for like 1/100 of a breath before continuing towards the Sunfire City…

Who was he kidding, this sandstorm was caused by a soundwave which was created from the tribulation cloud that people on the level of the old man in the void have manipulated using the Karma Dao…

How could a weakling like Chu Huang possibly deal with it, and the worst thing about the situation was that, it was heading straight for the Sunfire City and was going to raze the city to dust and possibly even continue into the Empire itself…

But just as Chu Huang was about to call out to a mysterious person for help, a calm, leisurely and unbothered elderly voice rang across the space around Chu Huang;

"Don't you dare stain my karma by linking your filthy karma thread to mine!"

*Sigh*

It was Just a light sigh… nothing more than a light sigh, and the space in front of Chu Huang shattered to pieces as the voice spoke once again ever so calmly and leisurely;

"Still!"

That was all it needed and the massive soundwave that was threatening to level the entire Sunfire City, including the Chu Huang and the five elders abruptly vanished into the thin air…

It was like everything that had just happened was a figment of Chu Huang's imagination, but the stench of blood that was in the air from those who have died to the first blast reminded him that it wasn't…

"I gave you all that insight and you are still in the Saint stage… what's more even only the First Level?" the voice calmly continued;

"If it isn't because I still have some little use for you and your Empire, I would have made sure your people lost their Patriarch today…"

Chu Huang wanted to apologize and beg for his life, but something kept telling him that it would be a gravely bad idea to do so at this point, thus he kept mute…

The old man's tone held a little helplessness and melancholy as the roiling clouds finally reached the peak and then a silent, -yes I meant silent- but massive white colored divine ancient dragon descended towards Min Hong as Min Hong who had been waiting to see how angry the heavens was finally made his move…
