Drarus's was attacked by Lilith's breath, his beam was devoured by her breath and his flesh burned once again, pain rushing through his nerves.

Drarus roared, seemingly tired of this, he raised his Aura and shaped it into a giant lion, protecting his body from Lilith's breath and then releasing a barrage of slashes from his claws and those of the lion-shaped Aura Beast.

"Your breath attack is nothing but a feeble technique! Piercing Golden Claws! Light Ray! Blinding Explosion!"

Drarus controlled the Aura surrounding him with immense precision, unleashing both techniques and spells, the powers clashed against Lilith's jewel barriers, mixed within the magic were his powerful fists, penetrating her barriers and making them all crack into pieces.

"Hahaha! Go on! Mountain Splitting Slash! Armor Piercing Smash! Mother's Earth Rage!"

Lilith raised her Axe and Mace, hitting Drarus wildly. However, the Lion Prince intercepted her with powerful blows of his own, his claws were said to be as hard as a Legendary Rank blade, capable of resisting the blows of her weapons.

Charlotte glanced from above.

"Hmm… Lilith seems too immersed, should I intervene? Well, I kind of want to test my new physical capabilities after evolving, they had become quite amazing if I say so myself… Mechanical Transformation, Body Armor Transformation,"

Charlotte was suddenly covered in plates of magic metal, her entire appearance changing to that of a super mech armor, although it was rather tight, showing her curves, slim legs, and such, it covered her entirely. This was one of her greatest dreams since she heard the tales of 'mechas' from Kireina and the Rin Sisters. Now that she had finally accomplished, she could not wait any longer.

She flew with immense speed through the propulsors that appeared in her feet. Her bat-like wings became wide and mechanical, becoming sim and sharp, to enhance her speed while flying.

Flash!

Lilith and Drarus were having an intense fight, exchanging both techniques and spells wildly.

"Oh, you're finally here!" said Lilith, glancing at Charlotte who appeared above the two.

"Yes, I want to join the fray, as they say. Cannons," said Charlotte, shapeshifting her mechanical armor and generating cannons from her shoulders, chest, belly, and hands, charging into magic and her aura, they fired tremendous blasts of energy against Drarus.

"What?! GAAAAAHHH!"

Drarus received the attacks into his large body while unleashing techniques and spells to destroy some.

"What kind of armor is that? It looks too strange! Since when can armors shift like that?!" wondered Drarus, fighting for his life.

Charlotte appeared above him in an instant, shaping her mechanical suit hands into sharp claws and unleashing powerful attacks with them, punches, slashes, and smashes crashed against Drarus's flesh, easily tearing it apart.

"Guaaaaah! You damned fiends! You and your strange tricks! Golden Lion Howl! Golden Lion Aura Armor! Golden Lion Aura Beast Attack!" shouted Drarus, unleashing his golden Aura and covering his body with it, the lion-shaped aura roared fiercely, enhancing his stats, while it flew towards Charlotte, opening its large jaws.

"I wonder how effective it is against an advanced Aura Beast such as this… Transform, Fists, Claws!" shouted Charlotte, as the fists of her mechanical armor became sharp claws covered in her alchemical aura, converging with different components of alchemy.

Slash! Slash!

"GRAAAOOOO… GEH?!"

Two slashes were enough for the Aura Beast Lion to be sliced in half, its presence slowly becoming golden dust and dissipating.

"It is… I suppose my Aura helped there…"

Unlike others, Charlotte Aura held unique properties, as it converged chemical components that she had consumed or assimilated into the Aura, the more she added, the lethal it was. And this was enhanced by her own Magic and perhaps Divinity Devouring.

As chemicals were not an attribute by themselves but just elements present in several items, they deal neutral damage to everything, and no matter how high the level of 'Magic Resistance' of someone confronting her was, it would bypass such correction in damage.

"Shadow Eclipse Blast," said Charlotte, opening a cannon on her mechanical armor chest and firing a blast of shadow energy against the enraged Drarus.

"Golden Lion Blast!" shouted Drarus, creating a new Golden Lion while flying through the skies by using Levitate and releasing a golden blast to intercept Charlotte's.

Both dark and golden forces clashed against each other in an explosion.

Boom!

"Hm, not as effective… let's go for a simpler approach," said Charlotte.

Charlotte flew through the magical smoke and kicked Drarus on the face, while Lilith appeared behind him.

"Guh…! …Eh?!"

"Missed me? Gaia's Rage! Slicing Catastrophe!" said Lilith, raising her sharp Battle Axe, directing it towards Drarus, several techniques were unleashed, falling over the lion beastmen.

"RAAAA!" roared Drarus, raising his Aura and protecting himself by creating a barrier.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

"Cannons, user Chemical Compound Number 15," said Charlotte, commanding her mechanical armor, which opened its cannons from her chest, belly, shoulders, and hands and released a bright purple beam.

"Purple now?! That is nothing! RAAA!"

While defending against Lilith's onslaught, Drarus bravely roared against Charlotte, raising his nightmarish Aura and merging it with his Golden Aura, generating a monstrous Lion from it, with crimson eyes and tentacles, that received Charlotte's purple beam with a powerful beam produced from its crimson eyes.

However, his beam was not even capable of doing much, as it was completely consumed by Charlotte's purple beam, which seemed capable of corroding and melting anything!

"Oh? So you're using that now, Charlotte!" said Lilith, flying away while Drarus tried to evade the blast in time, but had its left arm impacted by it.

"Ngh?! GAAAH!"

But instead of the sharp pain of his burning flesh, his flesh was instead completely melted in an instant! Becoming a bloody and foul-smelling puddle in the ground.

"Just what was that?!" shouted Drarus, in agonizing pain as he flew away from Charlotte's range.

"So Megusan's poison is just as effective if applied as a component… Redgaria was right, it's a strong weapon… though it was highly unstable…" muttered Charlotte.

Drarus fell to the ground, glancing at his left shoulder and seeing the scarlet flesh, the bones, blood, and even a part of his innards melting like soup. The poison was now just slowly corroding his flesh.

"So that's is what you planned to do with the poison, huh?" said Lilith, flying towards Charlotte's side.

"Indeed, it is a weapon after all. Megusan's poison is a remarkably interesting chemical, it is indeed created by his deep knowledge about the Poison Attribute. Although I call it Megusan's Poison, it was really made by Kireina, as she inherited Megusan's powers… though this one compound of mine mixes both Megusan's original poison and Kireina's poison… do you like it? It contains divinity capable of melting almost anything" said Charlotte, through her mechanical armor.

"Gahh…! Y-You bitch!" shouted Drarus, enraged. His Golden Aura merged with the nightmarish Aura of Geggoron's split soul and regenerated his left arm, although this time it grew as many tentacles covered in hard scales and fur.

"GRAAA! Nightmarish Whip!" shouted Drarus, jumping towards Charlotte and Lilith while unleashing powerful whip techniques with his tentacles.

"Are you using it again?" asked Lilith, ignoring Drarus.

"No, using this compound puts a lot of restraint in my body, so it has a cooldown, for now, let us try more skills on this guy, he seems very resilient," analyzed Charlotte.

Flash! Flash!

The giant tentacles approached the two as they kept still in midair.

"Alright then! Aura Golem! Draconification!" shouted Lilith, smiling as she unleashed her Aura, which shaped itself as a golem floating above her shoulder, she gave it her weapons as she enhanced her arms and feet, the claws and scales grew sharper and longer, as they became gauntlets and strong talons, the muscles of her body bulged intensively as well.

Her sharp teeth grew even longer and sharper, and her eyes became like those of a reptile. Her horns spiraled above, piercing the heavens. Behind her back, her tail grew longer and sturdier, and she also created two long dragon-like wings, with brown colors and red membranes.

"Oh? Is that?"

"I acquired this Skill when Merveim-sama blessed me! Just watch!" laughed Lilith, flying towards the tentacles created by Drarus, her wings helped her maneuver through the air with swifter movements and precision.

Opening her jaws, she unleashed a powerful breath made out of different colors, burning the tentacles as she used her draconic claws and feet to slash the tentacles into pieces. Meanwhile, her Aura Golem used her Battle Axe and Mace while releasing even more techniques.

"GRAAA! Y-You!" shouted Drarus, generating more tentacles while trying to slap Lilith. However, she flew with immense speed while evading his attacks and spinning with her claws and weapons held by her Aura Golem, slashing all of his tentacles in a high-speed rush towards his body!

"I got you! Jewelry Claws Storm! Draconic Kicks! Consecutive Slashing Attacks! Gaia's Rage! Gaia's Outrage!" roared Lilith, unleashing many techniques and attacks at the same time over Drarus.

Even with his Nightmare Barrier, Aura Armor, and his own limbs, the attacks held immense sharpness and precision! Cutting through his flesh as if they were a warm knife through butter!

"GAAAOO! Don't mess with me!" roared Drarus, mutating more tentacles over his entire body alongside scarlet eyes. Each time his wounds regenerated; such mutations would happen.

"Crimson Nightmare Beam! Nightmarish Whipping Chaos! Catastrophic Golden Destruction! Lion Hero Grand Shield! GRAAA!"

The grotesque crimson eyes covering his wounded body began to fire countless scarlet lasers while his tentacles attacked with powerful whip techniques, his golden aura converged with his nightmarish aura and generated an incredibly pressuring force that unleashed blows of pure strength to whatever he touched with his tentacles, meanwhile, countless barriers in the form of shields with the head of a lion appeared, protecting him from Lilith's fierce attacks.

Lilith laughed as she danced through the air, slashing the tentacles, and destroying the barriers, while devouring the scarlet lasers with her breath, however, she was being slowly overwhelmed.

"Alright, you already had your fun, Lilith!" said Charlotte, appearing above Drarus and shaping her mechanical armor hands as long blades.

"Mana Blade! Shadow Eclipse Alchemical Aura! Aura Slash! Alchemical Slash! Eclipse Slash! Half Moon Slash!"

Using techniques of her own, Charlotte joined the fray and began to unleash slashing attacks with the long blades generated from her mechanical armor, slicing through the flesh of Drarus and slowly cracking his soul through the effects of the Divinity Devouring Skill conjured by Kireina's Slime Clones, which were already inside of Charlotte's mechanical armor.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

"GRAAAAAA…! I am not going to die to you two, whores! GAAOOO!" roared Drarus, harboring the last remnants of his energy and strength, unleashing his gold and dark Aura, and shaping it as giant lions, attacking both of the girls while trying to create some distance to recover his wounds.

"GROWL!"

"GAOO!"

"ROAR!"

The Dark Lions covered in tentacles and crimson eyes attacked Lilith and Charlotte, but were quickly slashed into dust through their attacks, barely winning any time for Drarus!

"S-So fast! No…! I cannot lose! I cannot! For Geggoron-sama! GRRAAA!"

Drarus roared, as his body began to mutate into a grotesque lion similar to the Aura Beasts he created, jumping towards the girls with rage, like a berserk beast at the blink of death!

"DIE!"

"Cannons," said Charlotte, as her mechanical armor transformed, generating cannons on her chest, shoulders, belly, and arms.

Flash!

The cannons were all purple-colored!

"G-GAO?!"

Clash!

Each beam was charged through Megusan and Kireina's deadly venom, penetrating Drarus's flesh

directly and melting it like a slime!

Drarus roared in agony as he infused all of his soul and Geggoron's split soul Aura, Mana, Soul Energy, and Divine Energy, desperately trying to regenerate his wounds as he fell down the ground.

Boom!

His flesh had been melted yet he kept regenerating, becoming a melted creature made out of flesh, bones, and blood soup, releasing a deadly and poisonous aura. Its size had increased, reaching seven meters.

"Gryyaaaaaa! Gryaaaa! Gggrrrooowwwl!"

It moved slowly while constantly melting and regenerating, its face already degenerated and it seemed like an open mouth filled with bones and sharp fangs, countless crimson eyes melting all over its slimy body, and tentacles surging from within, trying to kill the girls as they evaded.

"Oh, what an interesting specimen! It mutated?!" analyzed Charlotte.

"There is no time to inspect this thing, let's kill it first!" said Lilith, as she flew with Charlotte, combining their slashing attacks against the slime-like creature that was once Drarus, a proud lion hero.

"Grrooowwwl!" roared the grotesque monster, firing lasers everywhere through its deformed and melting eyes, its tentacles whipping against the air, trying to catch the girls.

Lilith and Charlotte sliced off the tentacles and evaded the poisonous projectiles fired by 'Drarus', as they flew towards it. Even its soul was being constantly melted and regenerated, resembling a being in constant pain and agony.

"GRAAA!" it roared.

"We'll put you out of your misery!" roared Lilith.

"This went a bit out of my expectations, I will have to check your corpse after breaking your soul~," said Charlotte.

The two girls converged their Auras into one as they flew together, spiraling and flashing like a meteor!

Charlotte transformed her arms into sharp blades once again, unleashing countless blade techniques that she had learned through her training with Kireina, before even evolving.

Meanwhile, Lilith unleashing different techniques using her sharp claws and her Battle Axe and Mace, being held by her own Aura, shaped like a rock golem with study arms.

"Dance of the Earth and the Night; Catastrophic Alchemical Apocalypse!" shouted the two girls, who had been friends since they were adventurers in Athetosea.

Converging their techniques together into a single attack, a large slash of combined energies and Auras flew towards Drarus, slicing him I half, and through the effect of Divinity Devouring, his soul was also sliced in half.

"GGGGIIIIIIIIIIIIHHHHH!!!"

Crack, crack!

Drarus's soul was a combination of his own and Geggoron's split soul, and it had already cracked into pieces multiple times, holding together only through sheer willpower.

Crack, crack!

After being sliced in half, every piece exploded into even more pieces, falling to the ground like broken pieces of dark glass.

Crash!

Its mutated and grotesque body suddenly became still, as it fell to the ground, motionless.

Boom!

Charlotte and Lilith released sighs of relief.

"It's done! I never expected it to survive after you blasted it with the Poison," said Lilith.

"Me neither, it was an interesting turn of events… Perhaps this specimen could give me some new insights about the properties of the poison, fufufu," laughed Charlotte, beginning to store the corpse inside of her Item Box. Despite the toxicity of the corpse, the item box was a feature of the system itself, capable of storing almost any component.

"Sigh, you never change, don't you, Charlotte-chan~? Well, that's not a bad thing… though that armor, I kind of want one as well, it looks way too cool!" said Lilith, transforming back to her 'normal' appearance.

"I might construct one for you if you help me out," said Charlotte.

"Alright!" said Lilith, helping her friend out.
