Celestial Peak Chapter 222

Inside the Mindscape Wang Ling was focusing on calming himself after his encounter with the grey figure. He had no idea what that figure was or if it was dead or not.
"That's the closest feeling with death in a long time." He breathed out a long sigh and began meditating and observing the Mindscape if anyone was there other than him.
To his relief, there was no one else other than himself which made him feel relieved. Returning to his original place, he exhaled before managing the knowledge he had just gotten out of nowhere.
Rearranging his thoughts, he found the gibberish words were a kind of language. But he had no idea where that language originated from. He knows how to speak the words aloud but he had no need to do so because no one other than him could understand it.
But he had a thought, "Will I be able to use this when I move up to the second level of Overturning Nine Heaven Art? I am only still at the second level and there are whole nine levels in total…"
Now that he thinks about it, he had not made any improvement in the Overturning Nine Heaven Art for the past years. He had already formed a connection to the Heavens with his soul so it was finally imperative for him to move forward.
"It has to wait though. Maybe after the Ten Year Bout? It is after all, too dangerous." Wang Ling thought of postponing about ascending to the next level even though it would have no effect on his Overlord Soul because if he is not prepared, he will lose his life.
Putting that aside, Wang Ling shook his head and began paying more attention to the walls. The mixture of gold and red did not create words, but the inkling he got that the two different things were a single technique was the single fact it both had similar feels to one another and as he put his attention to it a little more, he could see get a glimpse of the technique.

As he closed his mind, he could see something that resembles that of a wasteland. In that wasteland, weapons were sticking to the ground and all of these weapons either radiated white gold aura of a dark red one.
These two aura resembled the aura of the two walls he had created in the mindscape. It was a wasteland but with the number of craters in the surrounding and cracked bones, it resembled more of a battlefield more. If that was the case, that explains the abundance of weapons lying on the ground.
Wang Ling was not inside the battlefield, he was only at the edge of the space where the battlefield was. The pressure of that battlefield was too rough. It would tear his mind and soul apart if he dares to step onto that space in his current level of strength.
In the middle of this battlefield was a long man who wore a golden armor laced with red lines.
The man had a helmet that hid his countenance. Standing in the middle of the sea of swords, the man was like an unmovable mountain and just as Wang Ling was wondering what the man was doing there, the sky parted and golden light descended onto the battlefield.
Cries and shriek of hundreds of people came from beyond the parted sky and as the cries reaches its peak, hundreds of men and women wearing white armor with eight halos appeared and a burst of angelic qi exploded.
A grand show of different element with destructive might then descended to the man with the clear intent of killing him. Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, Air and many more elements roared towards the man but the man merely took on a horse stance and kept both hands to his waist.
He motioned his body and extended his palms gently. Upon doing so, a grey light bursts out and then a chaotic kind of qi escaped from his palms. An ethereal force flew out and formed into a grey palm that forcefully grabbed the elements rushing towards the armored man.

The destructive might of the elements were terrifying. It might just have the ability to destroy a world if it touches the ground, but the palm of the man was mightier.
It flew out unhindered and as it reaches the elements, it grabbed it like it was some kind of ball. And with a motion, he twisted his wrist and destroyed the oncoming elements as he closed his palms.
Such a sight had rendered Wang Ling speechless, but the man was not done. He retracted his left hand and planted his feet to the ground and stabilized his body. He grasped the world with his toes and then threw his right fist with enough force to make the moon crumble.
The fist was thrown and the force it generated caused the world to tremble at its might and the hundred white figures to crumble. Limbs flew into the air as a festival of blood followed shortly thereafter.
Boom!
With a single fist, the world that was filled with golden light reverted to being a battlefield and as the armored man reverted to his stance, he stared into the distance and waited for time to pass.
Wang Ling slowly opened his eyes and stood up from the ground. Inside his head was the image of the armored man, and as he woke up and stood in the middle of the mindscape, Wang Ling began recreating the steps of the man.
Taking on a horse stance and then planting his feet to the ground, before slowly extending his hands forward with an open palm. He coordinated every muscle in his body and every bit of his qi to a single blow.
Fwoo!
A light wind passed, "I failed?" Wang Ling questioned as he found himself unable to generate the force he wanted to create.
Instead of feeling downcast, Wang Ling just practiced the moves without saying anything.
But inside his head, the nameless techniques had been given a name.
There were two techniques, hence there were two names.
"[World Grasping Palm] and [Moon Crushing Fist]." Two martial techniques born of Heaven and Hell amidst Chaos.

Having a Common Game Ability In Normal Life
As long as i can remember, i can see something other people can't see Yes, on the top right of my vision, i have something that looks like a map, does it useful? how does something that blocks 1/32 of my vision to be useful? Does it have to be useful.. right? As i get older, this looks like "mini-map" in a video game that i played, so i decided to call this Mini-map at least I'm not the only one with this kind of thing.. from what I've found, everyone has different ability, for example my little sister can see another person status, there's a person that can heal wounds by eating meat, there's a person that once a day can spin roulette to get reward, there's a person that can jump twice in the air and there's a person that can throw fireballs..... wait a minute!? the story will be slow, since i just write this to train my english anyhow the idea of this story will be if someone can throw a fireball does their hand burns? if someone can jump for 30m can they survive the fall? if a bard play a song that can regen their allies, why’s the enemy isn’t regenerating? if a cleris creates a barrier can their allies attack from inside barrier? and About the first few chapter i know the grammar was really bad but it’ll help me if you guys read the first few chapter and go straight to the last and tell me have i improve or not P.S i hope The world has “common language” feature so everyone speak in the same tongue lol
