The Celestial Spirit Realm experienced a great wave after the news of the Qin Clan's Young Master Qin Ao died in the land of the Desolate Clan.

Desolate Clan's Clan Head showed his sympathy towards what happened with gifts and apologetic words. But Qin Lin, the Father of Qin Ao and the current Clan Head of the Qin Clan did not want to hear such words of sympathy from the person who let the death of his son to occur.

Qin Lin suspected the Desolate Clan for murdering Qin Ao as they did not want to have the Immortal Core to leave their lands despite it being auctioned off. Desolate Mi tried to explain the situation to Qin Lin, but no explanation managed to salvage the already cracked relationship of the Desolate Clan.

With the death of Qin Ao, the Immortal Core disappeared and it was never found. The murderers of Qin Ao was also never found and because Qin Lin's Immortal Will was destroyed, he did not even manage to avenge the death of his son or even learn who killed him.

This part of the event is the reason why Qin Lin believes the Desolate Clan was one who murdered his son. The Desolate Clan was the only power in the Desolate Domain who has an Immortal in their midst.

Only a fellow Immortal can destroy an Immortal Will from being destroyed. With such logic backing Qin Lin's claims, the Desolate Clan was subjected to suspicious looks and despite their pleas of innocence, no one believed them.

And even the ones who were passive about the situation had a hint of suspicions towards the Desolate Clan. The death of Qin Ao was a massive shock to the Qin Clan, the most promising youth of the Clan, heck, even the whole Realm was killed just like that, everyone knew of the implications it holds.

As to where it stands, the Desolate Clan and Qin Clan's relationship took a nosedive, and the reputation of the Desolate Clan and the credibility of the auction house they run also took a hit. In one incident, the Desolate Clan dealt with a massive blow.

With relationships being fractured and becoming irreparable, a new relationship between clans was being created. The Wang Clan had surprisingly appeared to support the Qin Clan and showed their good intentions to the Qin Clan.

Wang Hong and Qin Ao had been long-standing rivals in the eyes of the people of the Celestial Spirit Realm. Although they only fought twice, both times, it was Wang Hong who came to the Qin Clan to challenge Qin Ao so a bridge between the two had long been formed though it was a rather flimsy bridge, his show of grief when he visited the funeral of Qin Ao was enough to make many see the action of the Wang Family as realm.

Even the skeptical people did not doubt Wang Hong's actions. Why? Because even Wang Hong did not know the truth so the emotion he showed was real.

And because the Wang Family and the Desolate Clan already had a complicated relationship, it was easy to see how the Wang Family and the Qin Clan came to be on friendly terms. Just like the saying, "The enemy of thy enemy is thy friend."

The Qin Clan and Wang Family somehow formed a somewhat friendly relationship amidst the confusion and the Desolate Clan was put in a dire situation.

Moving forward, the Xie Clan's Xie Liu and Xie Qi, together with the Elders they sent to deal with the Devil's Cavern died in an unprecedented attack of an enraged [Devilish Python Emperor]. It was unprecedented, and it is said that everyone from the Xie Clan's expedition force was annihilated in a single night and no one managed to escape that unfortunate event.

The Xie Clan had been quiet ever since that happened. Wang Shu Qing was worried over Wang Ling, after all, right after they sneaked back to the first layer of the Red Lands, the first thing in Wang Ling's agenda was to push through the Dominion Realm and break the barrier of the Celestial Phase.

He knows the danger of ascending to Celestial Phase too well so it was natural for him to be worried. Wang Ling could die if something goes wrong, but Wang Ling showed him a smile and confidently said, "I am ready to break down my Domain, please do not worry about it, Father. But Wang Shu Qing who knows the danged did not budge to his request. Wang Ling was made to promise Wang Shu Qing he will not attempt to reach Celestial Phase unless he is a hundred percent sure he will not suffer any backlash,

Wang Ling did not hesitate to promise such a thing and after Wang Shu Qing left and his presence became known to the world, the Wang Family officially got its next Immortal. A month after Wang Shu Qing left, Wang Ling had finally finished setting up an [Illusive Heart Array] in a secretive area of the Red Lands. Wang Ling entered the cave and set up another array to hide the fluctuation of qi.

[This should be enough protection from intruders], he thought as he closed the entrance to the cave and Wang Ling together with Bai Xue entered it and began setting up their minds to enter long seclusion.

They began their own set of cultivation and regarding the amount of qi these two gluttons will need to raise their cultivation to Celestial Phase, only time will tell when they reach that point.

Wang Ling closed his eyes and he opened his mind, he began reading the Nine Heaven Upheaval Art and after finishing reading the Third Level of the Art, Wang Ling said inside his head, "It is time to set up the [Cosmic Veins and Meridians]."

While Wang Ling was busy advancing his strength, Xie Ro was also entering his own seclusion to ascend Immortality.
