Celestial Peak Chapter 406

When Alidia came out of the room she wore red robes and on her right waist hanged a sword with a red scabbard. She looked at Wang Ling and asked him, "Oh yeah, I heard the Great Ancestor kills his every enemy no matter the gender."
"How did you know?"
"It is one of the teachings of the Tower I belong to. Can you answer a question of mine? Why did you let me live if you're Great Ancestor?"
Wang Ling was intrigued, "So you were a part of a Tower, who would have thought and to answer your question it is Enlightenment. Unless it is necessary or I have a reason to, I won't kill. I just didn't have to kill you. Why want to die? I can cleave your body in two right here if you lend me your sword."
"…is the Great Ancestor truly like this?"
"Hmm? No, of course not, I was more aloof in the past except when I am with a close acquaintance, family or a Xue. I'm just trying to live a freer life, it's not that bad if I say so myself. After all, I no longer have to care about anything else. I can see why frivolous young nobles act in this manner." He explained as he sat on a couch.
"I suppose there's nothing wrong with showing you this, seeing how you don't even care about my identity." Alidia passed Wang Ling a letter.
"What's this?"
"Everything you want to know."
Wang Ling accepted the letter, at first, he was amused seeing how Alidia cut her ties with the Tower, but the further he went on, the more he grew intrigued. There were several of him, all of which used the Blood Seeking Sword technique, and depending on the situation and cultivation carries any of the two qis.

[I don't remember leaving any spawns and neither did I know a way to clone my body.] Wang Ling was left in a bind where he's put in the rare occasion of not know what's going on despite the knowledge he gathered for years.
"Oooh, the Great Ancestor must be really interested in the situation if your smile is that big."
"Huh? Oh, I apologize, I did not mean to show such a sight." Wang Ling covered his mouth and just showed Alidia a pleasant nod of appreciation, "Well, that would be all I'll ask of you, I am going to the mountains now to wash my clothes."
"You were serious about that?"
"I told you, I'm trying to live life to the fullest… you do not know when the hammer of fate would come crashing on you, after all." Wang Ling's words stopped as he stood up.
"Wait, what about the matter of the other Wang Lings? Will, you not do anything about that? Many lives are being lost; will you not make a move about the matter? I thought you were enlightened after your death? If you don't do anything I'll—"
Wang Ling turned back to Alidia, without anyone noticing he moved with blinding speed. Alidia tried drawing his sword but Wang Ling held her wrist and stopped her. He pushed her back against a wall.
"Wha-what are you… doing." She struggled and resisted his grasp on her neck, but after the earlier battle, Wang Ling was still stronger than her.
"I know what you're going to say, threaten me about my identity. What do you expect me to make a move just because you hold my identity in your hand? Don't be a fool and remember that I can kill you any time that I want, just because your cultivation realm is higher than mine by a single notch don't you dare threaten me, unless you want your existence erased in this universe, Soul, and everything."

Wang Ling did not appreciate being threatened, "This is your only chance because you provided my evidence, do not talk about me to anyone or else not only you but the entire Universe will suffer. Do you really think I'm laying low just because I want to? I'm not playing around, kid, so don't push my buttons!"
Slash!
An unlikable smell filled the air Wang Ling looked down and saw that Alidia had actually released urine from fear, "So-sorry, I-I will not say anything… please, don't kill me."
Alidia was trembling and when Wang Ling let go of her, she plopped down on the ground. Her eyes were stuck on the ground, her fear towards Wang Ling had reached new heights, [Did I go too far? I just wanted to ensure she won't say anything so I won't need to kill her, but it seems like she's a coward… I can now see why she left the Tower.]
"Stop thinking too much about the fate of the Universe, the cycle of life and death will continue and will never stop. The dead will enter the wheel of reincarnation and the living will strive for change, there's nothing more to the process. You may feel sympathy for those left behind, but that will pass with time."
Wang Ling turned around; he now knows that Alidia won't be saying anything to the Tower. He risked telling her his true identity in hopes of getting her to lower her guard and collect information. He got what he wanted and the prize she would receive would be keeping her life.
Wang Ling began walking away, his mind had already moved on and now, he's about to exit the house when, he felt someone tugging his robes from behind, "You are so persistent, you know that?"
"Please, just help us… if you have so much strength then you'll be able to resolve the situation."
"I told you, I cannot do as you wish… but I see that you really want to help others so instead of saving the Universe, why not come with me for time being? I'll you release some steam for the night."
Alidia did not know what Wang Ling was talking about but she nodded her head and then was prepared to step outside when, Wang Ling stopped her, "Do you really plan on going out like that?" he pointed at her wet crotch.
Her face became flushed, "I-I apologize, I'll change right away."
His mind then wandered, [What would happen to the Universe with so many Wang Ling wandering about? How many will die? How many will be fooled? I wonder, who's stronger, me or them?]

Magriculture
When Aurum Industries announced the first Full Immersion Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (FIVRMMORPG if you're hip) Limitless Online, most people saw it as an opportunity to live out their sword and sorcery fantasies. John, however, saw it as the opening of a new and as of yet uncrowded job market. One he was willing, and eager, to exploit. Determined to make money through virtual hard work and effort, John sets his sights not on the heights of magic or the perfection of the sword, but instead upon the tilling of the soil and the sowing of seeds as he explores the wide and wonderful world of magical agriculture all from the comfort of his own bed. Disclaimer: This is, at best, a very rough draft. I have already had to do one major rewrite and several minor rewrites of entire sections of the story, and it is a virtual certainty I will have to do re-writes again. Such changes may be as small as editing a few numbers (such as going back and changing how much mana an object holds) or it may force me to re-write entire chapters (this has happened once already, and I'm really hoping it doesn't happen again, but... life). Minor re-writes will probably never be posted here. Major rewrites probably will.Anyway, what this boils down to is: If you're looking for a fully cohesive story with few to no errors and publisher level editing, this is not the story for you. If your looking for a cohesive plot that's more than "Man farms, man farms, man farms well, man maybe makes money" you're probably also in the wrong place, but I will attempt to entertain you anyway.

A D&D Gamer in Garweeze Wurld
He doesn't know how he got here, and while the trappings are familiar, he doesn't actually know where he is, either. From the perspective of those around him, Duromar is a half-ogre barbarian, an uncivilized brute by any standard you care to use. But from his perspective, he's a character created in a gaming system. From either one, he must live within the rules of that system. This is the story of a gamer who ends up in a game that's just a bit off from what he knows. ---- I wanted to write something a little bit old-school. Most of the LitRPG I've found seems to be based on computer RPG styled stories. Progression through levels is fast, and depending on the game, skills and even attributes can be trained with or without class levels. This wasn't true with the older pen and paper games, and that's the style of leveling I wanted to write.
