The morning sun rose over the horizons of Yu kingdom with the news of the catastrophe.

Bai Yu Yue and her father stood in front of the empty Yu palace, that has been the pillar of the Yu clan from time immemorial.

Other than Jade land army and common men who volunteered to fight in the war front, the entire population of Yu kingdom has sent to Mu Sect over Bai Ling Yue and Xue Lian's guidance.

Bai Yu Yue scanned the man in the fiery blood-red armour.

A pair of amber eyes and silver hair with an exquisite other-worldly countenance. An air of arrogance and the domineering aura surrounded him like a second skin.

The infamous emperor of Wei empire, the wolf of North-East,

Wei Sheng, the man who ferociously conquered half of the mainland.

One glance and anyone can say that he was honed for battles,

"You still have time to reconsider, why don't you handover your land and surrender yourself to me? I hate staining my hands in blood." Wei Sheng opened his palms and sneered.

When Yang Gongren heard his cousin's words, he was caught in surprise. The day Wei Sheng allowed his wolf to take over, the Zi Wei palace was washed in scarlet blood overnight. Every single person who conspired against the throne was beheaded by Wei Lang and he led the army towards Yu kingdom without any moment's delay to quench his bloodthirst.

Over these days, Yang Gongren was forced to believe that he had lost his gentle cousin, but it seems that his forbearing soul still exists inside the man who has turned into a beast.

"If you hate staining your hands, then you should have stayed in your harem,"

A soulful voice heard from the lady sat on the white horse.

The men in the Wei army's front line exchanged their looks with each other. What did they just hear?

When he entered through the passages, he was surprised by Yu kingdom's inefficient war strategy to let the enemies inside the boundaries and fight.

But he failed to realize the clever strategy hidden behind the sloppy move- It was a trap.

Even after hearing his words, there wasn't a single expression on the women's face. She appeared like cold and stiff like huge ice blocks, unwilling to melt.

Bai Yu Yue broke her eye contact with him to turn to her right side and nodded,

Upon her signal, Jing Junhai who remained at the end of the frontline took out a small black carved bovidian horn which is hung on his hip and blew it out,

The entire Yu kingdom was disappointed by Bai Yu Yue for bringing Xue Lian to their land. But she was the biggest Trump Card Bai Yu Yue held hidden.

Out of nowhere she pulled out a trick and turned the enemy army in favour of Yu kingdom.

When she said that she will have a word with the Qi army, It was about Xue Lian- the true heir, the lucky charm of Qi kingdom.

Even though Xue Feng was their ruler, the citizens of the Qi Kingdom was never fond of him, due to his heinous crimes. He usurped the throne by committing patricide, that too with the help of an enemy and traded off their princess.

Bai Yu Yue was not sure that the Qi army would have any commitment towards an outsider like her, that's why she tried to take a chance in the name of Xue Lian. She met with the Qi army, only to inform that their princess is in Yu kingdom.

"What is the first rule of the Qi army?" She glared at Xue Feng who appeared shivering in fear and asked in a chilling voice,

"Mobilize under the signal of heavenly Maoniu," Jing Junhai said with a proud voice and unsheathed his sword,

"Charge!!!!!"

"Betrayal!!!" Yang Gongren snarled and pounded on to Xue Feng who remained next to Wei Sheng.

"You dared to betray us?" He swiped his sword beheading Xue Feng in a flash. While the Qi army charged from the rear end, the Queen has given her command,

"Kill!!!" Bai Yu Yue's chilling voice echoed in the valley and the Jadeland army rushed towards their enemy.

Like a storm sweeping through a desert, the entire battlefield descended into chaos.

The Wei army thought, they will be trapping Yu kingdom by attacking through both of their borders, but who would expect that the one who really got trapped was the most fierce army in the mainland. Qi army and Jade land army wasn't ferocious or dominating like Wei army but their coordination and overall might was very high.

The entire mainland believed the Emperor of Wei, the wolf of the North-East was the blood thirstiest beast ever existed. But no one knew, high up in the mountain Tu, a Tigeress lived, when her territory was threatened she unleashed the boiling rage and ripped apart the heads of people who posed danger.

It wasn't enough before the humongous army lead by the devil himself, but she fought valiantly.

Like a grim reaper, Wei Sheng single-handley annihilated half of the Qi army. He purposefully left Bai Yu Yue and Jade land army alone, to enjoy their newly found quench for blood, to a little more.

The extraordinarily intense battle lasted for two days.

The fifty thousand Jade land soldiers who fought with valour, all perished, with not a single one alive. The rest of the Qi Kingdom's army soldiers met their end tragically as well. The entire battlefield was filled with dead bodies, their blood flowing to the ground painting it red.

One the third day, when the sun was about set behind the mountains, in the Yu kingdom's side, only Zhang Yi Jun and Bai Yu Yue were left alone in the battlefield, surrounded by gore dead bodies.

Due to continuous attack from the archers of the Wei army, Zhang Yi Jun was severely wounded. His armour was broken and thick channels of blood oozed through his wounds.

"Your army has been annihilated. If you surrender, I will spare your life," Wei Sheng said as he stared at the man who was drenched in blood,

"We would rather choose death than surrendering to the enemy," Zhang Yi Jun said in an unwavering voice, despite the pitiful state he protected the woman who stood beside him.

"Then die," Wei Sheng threw his spear at Bai Yu Yue,

Zhang Yi Jun pushed the woman away from his side, allowing the sharp spear to pierce into his broken armour.

Zhang Yi Jun stood erect, his body upright with unbending back, representing the steel-hard will of the warrior tribe who protected the throne of Yu clan for ages.

"First brother!!!!!!," Bai Yu Yue screamed and rushed to grab his collapsing body,

"Don't surrender!!!" His jaws clenched in pain, "Don't let him step into our land,"

"First brother!!!"

"It was an honour fighting with you, Bai Yu Yue, the pride of Yu clan," Zhang Yi Jun smiled proudly and breathed his last,

"Bai Yu Yue!!!" Wei Sheng uttered three syllables in surprise,
