《Netheril’s Glory 》Chapter 143: Shattered.

The spell, "Kinetic fragments," was an Official-level incantation spell, that if cast, would create a large number of fragmented semi-translucent kinetic energy crystals and release them at high speed.
A purple spiral of light slowly converged on top of Punk's staff. If someone looked closely, they would see a large number of fragmented lavender crystals spinning at high speed inside this spiral light column. These were actually kinetic energy fragments that would soon be launched like bullets.
Under the system's guidance, the trajectory of all the metal pieces was analyzed inside Punk's mind. He then raised his staff and fixed his aim at the fast-moving metal pieces. Then, just like a COD player using an LMG, a large number of kinetic energy fragment was shot like bullets from the light column on top of Punk's staff.
Under Punk's relentless attacks, the metal pieces that couldn't dodge in time were quickly shot down. In less than a minute, before all the summoned Chilla rabbits could be killed, Punk, together with Kang Kai, was able to take care of all the metal pieces making them scrap iron.
"It's settled. Now we should hurry and help Mr. Bahanger."
Unlike uncaring Punk, Kang Kai was very worried about the situation on Bahanger's side, so after the last piece of metal fell from the air, Kang Kai picked up the short sword and urged Punk.
"Great, I was already getting impatient from all this waiting. However, this big guy really has thick armor. See if you can do something about its tortoiseshell."
Seeing Kang Kai rushing over to help, Bahanger increased his attack intensity, but facing the armor of the giant alchemy puppet, he could only reluctantly express his helplessness.
"I'll try."
Even after sensing the helplessness in Bahanger's tone, Kang Kai didn't feel discouraged. He flexibly avoided the attack of the giant puppet, then jumped high in the air and began to accumulate battle qi. He was getting ready to once again launch the wheel saw battle skill.

"Wait, Mr. Kang Kai, I might have a way to deal with this tortoiseshell. You should join Mr. Bahanger and my golem and try to restrict the movement of this big thing. At most, you have to resist three attacks. That will be enough to complete my move."
Punk quickly dispelled the remaining summoned rabbits. Then, regardless of what Kang Kai and Bahanger thought, he immediately retreated to a corner and began to chant a spell.
"If you think I need help to block a few attacks, then you are underestimating me too much. Let alone three, with the blessing of grate Moradin, I can stop hundreds of such attacks."
Hearing that Punk had a way, Bahanger immediately became excited once again. While bragging non-stop, he held the hammer against his chest and slammed into the alchemy behemoth.
At the same time, No. 1 once again released the "steel binding", and a large number of steel branches started to entwine on the feet of the alchemy puppet, destabilizing the behemoth's balance in the process.
Kang Kai also didn't lag behind too much, and activating his battle skills, rushed toward the alchemy puppet. He knew that Punk usually took about two seconds to prepare a spell, so, during this time, he decided to use the maximum power of his skill, "The wheel saw".
The alchemy puppet launched three consecutive strikes, but all of them were stopped by No. 1's steel binding spell, but it seemed that the behemoth sensed that something was not right and raised its head and released the "Roar of the soul" for a second time.
But this time, the three people, including Kang Kai, were already prepared, so the only effect its "Roar of the soul" could achieve was a slight pause in Bahanger's footsteps.
Although this big guy might have other hidden methods, but it no longer had the chance to use them.
Punk, standing in the shadowy corner, began to exude a mysterious mana fluctuation. His eyes began to reflect a lavender coloured flame. Then a colourful energy ball slowly condensed on top of the emerald staff.

It was the official level incantation spell, "Secondary Decomposition." This spell targeted energy, so naturally, it was good at shattering magical runes on enchanted items.
Unfortunately, the mana consumption of this spell was alarming, so after casting it, Punk felt that nearly half of his mana reserve was used up in just one breath.
But such mana consumption was justified, especially when considering the power of the "Secondary Decomposition."
As soon as the spell was completed, an inconspicuous colourful ball was shot toward the alchemy puppet and hit its alchemical armor. Then, the colourful ball turned into a water-like substance and merged into the energy layer of the armor.
For a moment, it seemed as if nothing had happened.
But in the next second, the alchemy puppet's energy armor suddenly began to glow with magical patterns, and then without any sound, the indestructible alchemical armor shattered into square brick-shaped energy pieces like dark chocolate. Then the blocks rapidly turned into a light blue mist and dissipated in the air. Although at the last moment, the alchemy puppet tried to fix it by desperately pouring more energy into it, but at last, it could not stop this process.
Bahanger, seeing that the behemoth's outrageously strong armor was finally broken, laughed excitedly, and then with his heavy hammer, started to hit the side of the alchemy puppet's head with greater vigour.
"Hehe, you metal lump's tortoiseshell is finally broke. Now watch how I slap the shit out of you."
In fact, the alchemy puppet still had a pretty strong inner armor, but this level of defense was incomparable with that previous layer of energy armor, so for Bahanger, smashing this layer of metal armor was no different from cracking a walnut.
The alchemy puppet hit by Bahanger hammer staggered back two steps, and half of his head was torn into scrap iron by the fierce battle qi. Also, the destruction of many energy-supplying lines made its head continuously emit a bunch of electrical sparks.
If its processing core was in its head, then Bahanger's one hammer alone would have been enough to solve this battle. But even if this guy was not killed by a single blow, its end was not far away.
"Aaaaaaa!!!"
The alchemy puppet wailed and tried to avoid the next attack, but No. 1 quickly added a second "steel binding" on its legs.
At this moment, the behemoth whose limbs were bound by two layers of steel finally lost its ability to move.
"Mr. Kang Kai, you should try to destroy its eyes as those are its main information collection devices. We have to solve it before it can restore its shield module."
"No problem, leave it to me."
Kang Kai answered with a cold glint in his eyes. Then he instantly accelerated and shredded the alchemy puppet's four eyes with his Oscillating knife skill easily.
Even though the upper half of its head was gone, the behemoth still tried to bite Kang Kai with the lower half of its head which was its mouth.
But its speed was too slow, and the big mouth only bit the after image of the agile ranger.
At this time, the giant puppet had lost its defensive power, lost its ability to move and lost its vision, so it was only a matter of time before it would be dismantled into scrap metal by three official-level powerhouses.
And Punk eagerly contributed to the following manufacturing process of scrap iron.
"Official level incantation spell- Super magnetic orb."
"Go!"
Punk precisely aimed at the gap in the alchemy puppet's head and shot the dark blue sphere with countless electrical arcs in his hand.
"Now, only the final boss is left!"
"Ti Xiaer"
Punk thought coldly in his mind as bright sparks reflected in his deep eyes.

Follow Prof on his road to be rich without working, touring a whole new world without a care and witness his realisation, that despite having read the Rulebook the folks living with the System for untold millennia know more about the rules. Important notes: 1, I'm not a native speaker, so be prepared for occassional typos, iffy grammar and maybe awkward sentences. The spell check was running, when I wrote the chapters, but it works in strange ways... If you point out mistakes, I will try to correct them 2, Scheduling will be two chapters a week, posted Saturdays before noon (CET). Depending on how much new chapters I can write consistently there will be probably more but as long as I have leftover chapters, the two per week will be posted no matter what. Chapters will be around 1500-2500 words as MS Word counts it. 3, I did not and will not post this novel on another site, if you find it somewhere else, please inform me 4, The Main Character's progression is slow, there will be no Levels, Skills, Abilities, Feats, Perks and Cheat Powers raining down on him 5, I've put Comedy as a genre because of my writing style not because the novel is a comedy per se. On the other hand, Traumatising Content is there because there is a lot of speciesism - those Elves are not nice people. 6, I put a lot of pop-cultural references into the chapters, try to find them! Enjoy!
