“It’s me.” Wang Yu nodded his head as he silently complimented this old fella’s sharp ears.
“Not bad.” Reynolds sized Wang Yu up before continuing, “No wonder you’re the legendary Martial Artist. You are indeed quite strong.”
“Of course, Old Bull is very impressive,” Ming Du added.
“Eh? Why are the smartest and strongest men always not a Magician?” Reynolds sighed as he almost angered Ming Du to death.
“Are you dying or not!” Ming Du raged as he had never seen a fella like this. To think that a mere NPC dared to humiliate a player so daringly.
Reynolds laughed. “Don’t forget that you are still my named disciple. I still have the rights to take back all your skills.”
“Shifu!” Ming Du knelt on the ground without any hesitation.
“What? Ming Du, where is your pride?” everyone mocked.
“What is pride?” Ming Du’s face was filled with disdain since he was already on his knees. Anyway, this was merely an NPC and he had no other choice since this NPC knew how to waste his cultivation in the blink of an eye.
Initially, Reynolds was only trying to frighten Ming Du. However, looking at Ming Du’s reaction, this old fella grew happy.
“Alright! You can get up and stop embarrassing me now.” A helpless Reynolds sighed before looking back at Wang Yu. As they exchanged glances, a golden light appeared on Reynolds’ hand.
Shortly after that, the six Atlanta fragments on Reynolds’ hand started merging together. Seconds later, the six fragments turned into one glorious looking staff.
Reynolds handed the staff to Wang Yu before saying, “When the people of Atlanta City were exterminated by God, they swore that whoever can rescue them shall be their God.”
After Reynolds said that, a blue radiant flew from his body to Wang Yu’s body at the same time.

Wang Yu received a notification: You’ve received the blessing of Grand Wizard Reynolds. All attributes magic increase by 20.
Other than Magicians or magic related jobs, other jobs could also obtain magic attributes attacks through the use of equipment and skills.
Different attack attributes would result in different effects. For example, ice attributes reduce speed while fire attributes increase firepower.
A Qigong Master’s [Rippling Wave] belonged to the light attribute while Wang Yu’s [Thunder God’s Stomp] and [Flaming Tornado Kick] belonged to the electric and fire attributes respectively.
During the early stages of the game, everyone faced low-level monsters which was why nobody felt the difference in attributes of the skills. Once a player reached level 40, they would slowly realised the importance of attacking the right monsters with skills of the right attributes.
Wang Yu was currently wearing the double attributes badge “Power of Wind and Thunder” which would increase both attributes by 20. In addition to Reynolds’ blessing and all the other equipment he had, his electric attributes immediately increased to 76.
One must know that even Ming Du, whose attacks were mainly focused on the attributes, only had his electric attributes increased to 100 just yesterday… The fact that an ordinary Pugilist could increase his attack attributes to an extent like this, besides the side-effects, the damage done could be comparable to same level Assassins.
Assassin was a classic damage-type job. If a Pugilist could have damage at the same level as an Assassin, this showed how terrifying this increase in attributes was. Moreover, Wang Yu obtained an all-rounder increase in attributes.
The Power of Wind and Thunder’s double attributes increased was already considered a peak grade item by Ling Longmeng. Now that this was an all-rounder increase of attributes, wouldn’t it be priceless? Looking at the reward, Wang Yu couldn’t help but feel shocked.

“Old Bull, let us see the attributes of the staff.” Just as Wang Yu was dazing out, Ming Du nudged and reminded Wang Yu.
As the finisher of this quest, Ming Du was naturally curious as to whether the reward Wang Yu obtained was any better than his.
Wang Yu responded by displaying the attributes.
Atlanta’s Honour (Scepter) (Legendary) (Sealed)
Attack: Yet to activate
Magic: Yet to activate
Attributes: Yet to activate
Job Requirement: Available to all
Level requirement: 1
Item Description: A monster among the Atlanta’s tribe. Holding this scepter will gain the conviction of the tribe.
Light of Conviction: Unique skill. Every person from Atlanta in the same scene can give the holder 1 point of the energy of conviction.
Power of Conviction: Unique skill. Every ten points of conviction can give the holder an all attributes increase of 1%. Attributes will be activated by trigger.
“F*ck this rubbish…” When Ming Du saw the attributes of the Atlanta’s Honour, he almost cursed. Fortunately, he noticed that Reynolds was still beside him which was why he hurriedly took back his words.
This was, after all, still a legendary equipment yet there were no current attributes. The last two skills were even more ridiculously useless.
The consolation was that this skill could be activated even with the scepter kept in the bag and not take up any space in the equipment list. However, 10 Atlanta people in the same scene will only give him an increase of 1% in attributes. Currently, if they were to count the number of Atlanta people left in the game, it seemed like Reynolds was the only one. Therefore, this skill was as good as nothing.
Of course, this was considered an additional quest reward. After all, it was still labelled as a legendary weapon by the NPC. Any item labelled as legendary, even if it is sealed and unknown, it was still rare.
When Wang Yu saw the attributes of this scepter, he couldn’t help but feel dejected. This plaything was vastly different from the Reynolds’ Blessing. After seeing the attributes, Wang Yu casually threw it into his bag. It wasn’t that Wang Yu didn’t like legendary items but when he saw the word ‘seal’, his head started to hurt. He also had another sealed item with him which he still had no idea how to unseal it even up till now.
After bidding goodbye to Reynolds, Wang Yu and co. left the Magician Academy. Just when they arrived at the pier, a system announcement appeared above their heads.
After the announcement was repeated three times, Fearless said, “Eh? Why the sudden update?”
Ming Du replied, “Hasn’t the game always been like this? Who cares? They might be preparing to give us even newer items.”
“Makes sense.” Everyone agreed.
> has such a huge world with countless players every day. Therefore, it wasn’t surprising that they needed to constantly renew the scenes or storyline.
After a few chats, the Quan Zhen Sect went offline.
After gaming for so long, this was the first time Wang Yu went offline so early in the day. Wang Yu stretched his body as he walked to the balcony and started punching the air.
At this point, Mu Zi Xian had always gone offline. Looking at Wang Yu, who was praticising his martial arts, her heart was full of emotions.
“How is it? How is my martial art?” When Wang Yu sensed that Mu Zi Xian was staring at him, he stopped to ask.
“Hubby, how long have you not practiced like that?” Mu Zi Xian asked.

And Simon answered their call with a single statement that nobody understood "Et super mos absit hoc hodie!" "Yah!" "WWWaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!" "AAAlllllaaaaallllaaaaallllaaaa!" "EeEEellllleeeeeelllllleeeeeeuuuuuuu!" I, too, yelled a battle cry at the top of my lungs. I had no idea what Simon had just spouted but from Camilla's giggling, I could guess that Simon thought that spouting nonsense was his way of getting out of the earlier predicament. "I forbid death upon this day," Camilla said. "What?" I answered a bit at a loss. "Ancient Latin," she replied smugly, "He said 'I forbid death upon this day'." I laughed aloud "Then he is gonna be really disappointed in everyone here," Camilla did not reply and instead took a deep breath. I did the same, zoning out everything in my surroundings.
