Before the Flora Deity could finish her sentence, a flying claw flew towards her, catching her by her neck. With a tug on the rope, the Flora Deity’s laughter was cut abruptly and the two rings of fire on her hands vanished. Shortly after, a familiar voice said.

“Did anyone tell you that your laughter is horrendous?”

“It’s Old Bull!” After hearing this voice, everyone was pumped up once more. They turned their heads around, only to see Wang Yu holding onto a rope, cheekily waving towards them.

The Flora Deity angrily said, “Impossible. I saw you getting engulfed by the flames!”

Wang Yu laughed and said, “Have you never heard of the ability [Shadow Clone] before?”

Previously, when the flames were about to rise from the ground, Wang Yu managed to use [Shadow Clone] in the nick of time, promptly using his ability to fly to escape from the area of attack.

“Tsk, since you managed to dodge it, why did you only appear now? We all thought you were dead…” Ling Longmeng said unhappily.

As the commotion that the Flora Deity caused was huge, nobody had the spare attention to be bothered with the chat… Furthermore, given how vicious the attacks were, no one would believe that anyone was capable of surviving them.

Wang Yu pointed to the rope in his hand and cheekily said, “Hehe, I went to retrieve my tool.”

When the Flora Deity absorbed the Scarlet Wasp Demon Guard, Wang Yu’s Flying Dragon Rope was left on the ground. During the commotion caused by the Flora Deity, Wang Yu had used the opportunity to go and retrieve it.

“Despicable, since that’s the case, you can join them and die together!” As the Flora Deity angrily lashed out, fire elementals started to gather around her once more.

“Hurry up and dodge!” Fearless gave the order as he was giving Wang Yu the [Invincibility] BUFF.

Everyone had witnessed how terrifying the magic attacks of the Flora Deity were. Thus, the moment they saw the fire elementals gathering once more, they immediately thought of dodging it.

However, Wang Yu did not even move from his spot. Instead, he calmly tightened his grip on the rope, before giving a sudden pull on the rope towards the ground. The Flora Deity was like a chicken that had been caught by its neck and was flung to the ground with this move by Wang Yu. As the incantations were stopped, the fire elementals dispersed soon after.

“Despicable…”

“Come on down!” Seeing that the Flora Deity was about to trash talk, Wang Yu leapt into the air and pulled on his Flying Dragon Rope, flying towards the Flora Deity. He then activated his Thousand Pounds Drop version of [Thunder God’s Stomp].

As the Flora Deity had lost her [Earth’s Protection] BUFF, her defences once again went back to that of a normal Magician.

When the [Thunder God’s Stomp] landed on her, the Flora Deity that was still in midair was thrown to the ground in an instant.

“Bang!”

The back of the head of the Flora Deity came into contact first with the ground. She was then flung a few metres away before finally coming to a stop.

“Hehe! If you are able to cast any abilities, I will change my surname!” Wang Yu said as he tugged on to the rope latching on to the neck of the Flora Deity, one foot stepping on her chest.

“Hmm!”

When the Flora Deity started humming, a blazing meteor appeared from the ground. However, with a pull of the rope in his hands, the neck of the Flora Deity shook abruptly. The blazing meteor disappeared and the ability was cancelled once more.

“Old Bull, you are so sly!”

After seeing Wang Yu pulling such a move, the ever-shameless Fearless admitted defeat.

For a Magician to cast his/her magic, there were two phases involved. The first was the incantations itself while the second was the actual casting. If either of the two phases was interrupted before the spell could finish casting, the ability would be cancelled.

Normally, the probability of successfully interrupting a spell-cast was low, much less for a BOSS like the Flora Deity. Thus, in normal circumstances, if a player tried to do so, it would not have been very effective. However, Wang Yu’s method of using the rope to catch the Flora Deity by her neck was simply breaking the rules. As the Flora Deity was a stubborn individual herself, after getting mocked by Wang Yu, she continuously tried to struggle and cast her Magic. However, before she managed to finish her spell cast, Wang Yu would always interrupt it, causing her to waste her MP for nothing.

The other players from Quan Zhen Sect weren’t idle either, they helped to deal damage to the BOSS from the sides.

When a spell-caster BOSS was unable to cast any spells, the BOSS would simply be a huge sandbag for the players to attack. Under the control of Wang Yu, the Flora Deity was once again given a beating by everyone.

At this moment, the Flora Deity was feeling extremely depressed. As one from the legendary Elven race, as well as being an Ancient class BOSS, she was actually trapped and beaten up twice.

Furthermore, Wang Yu’s method of attack using his tools was especially humiliating. Apart from the flesh wounds she received, she was attacked mentally as well. In an instant, the Flora Deity’s heart was in a turmoil. The more she thought about her predicament, the more she felt aggrieved and tears started flowing down her face.

“Eh? Why are you crying?” Wang Yu curiously asked, with one hand still holding on to the rope.

The Flora Deity said dejectedly, “There has never been a BOSS that was as much of a failure as me.”

“You can’t blame yourself for this. It’s just because those BOSSes have yet to meet me,” Wang Yu said, sighing.

“…” Both the players from Quan Zhen Sect and the Flora Deity were speechless.

“Can we just settle things peacefully instead of resorting to violence?” the Flora Deity said, admitting defeat.

Wang Yu replied, “Of course. We are only here for your treasure chest. If you are willing to hand it over, we will stop here.”

The location of the treasure chest was only made known to Peak Of Perfection. However, Peak Of Perfection was currently still trapped within the cocoon and was unable to speak at all. Thus, no one knew where the treasure chest was. Otherwise, they would have already gone to retrieve it and ran instead of having to deal with the Flora Deity.

“The treasure chest? That’s impossible!” A flicker of fear appeared in the eyes of the Flora Deity after she heard what Wang Yu said.

Fearless laughed at the side and said, “If you don’t want to give us, it’s fine. We would still be able to find it after we kill you.”

“You are despicable!” The Flora Deity stared daggers at Fearless.

“Haha, thanks for the praise,” Fearless laughed and said.

The Flora Deity then said, “If the treasure chest is taken away, the map here would vanish and I would have nowhere else to go and become homeless. This place is the only thing I hold dear to me, could you change the condition?”

“Homeless? Then you would become a wild BOSS! Isn’t that good?” Fearless sneered and said.

In actual fact, what Fearless said was right. For a BOSS, the dungeon was like a cage trapping them in. Being a wild BOSS, on the other hand, would allow them to be able to do whatever they want with their newfound freedom. Of course, there were still some BOSSes like the Flora Deity that didn’t like the wild. After all, she was the BOSS of a hidden dungeon and did not have to fight players day in day out.

“Do you dare tell me your names? The moment I get out of this dungeon, I shall pay you guys a visit you will never forget!” the Flora Deity asked viciously.

Fearless pointed at Wang Yu and said, “His name is Captain Don’t Open Fire and I am Big Bear Deng Deng An, both of us are from Void Blade!”

“Good, I shall remember this!” the Flora Deity coldly replied, before standing up.

Wang Yu initially thought that the Flora Deity was about to lead everyone there to the treasure chest. Thus, he let go of the rope in his hand.

“Hahaha, all of you should die! No mercy shall be given!”

Upon seeing Wang Yu releasing the rope in his hands, the attitude of the Flora Deity instantly changed and she reached out to grab ahold of Wang Yu’s Flying Dragon Rope. Soon after, a glow was emanating from her body as the Toxic Green Ant Guard turned into a green ray of light, before entering the Flora Deity’s body.

Once again, the HP bar of the Flora Deity was refilled to the brim. Following which, a green light surged out from her body and soon after, the grass on the ground started growing at a rapid pace.

“Not good! Everyone, dodge!” Wang Yu warned as he jumped into the air.

The change in the attitude caught everyone off guard. Before the rest of them could react to the situation, they were already securely trapped by the grass on the ground.

“Haha, where can you run!” The Flora Deity laughed maniacally as her eyes released a green ray of light, hitting Wang Yu on the body.
