After the continuous rounds of dying and resurrecting, those mercenaries who died first were unable to battle, but Quan Zhen Sect players grew better as they fought. The Quan Zhen Sect who almost died in the eyes of Feng Yun Realm seemed like they could turn the situation around anytime.

Of course, it was just a façade. Only the Quan Zhen Sect player knew exactly how much trouble they were in.

There would be a qualitative change when the quantity increased.

The only reason why Quan Zhen Sect seemed like they were winning was due to the fact that their opponents were not synchronised and not disciplined enough.

The chances of a team of mere ten people successfully defeating the huge army, including Purity and her men, were really small.

As a PVP player, these guards were very pragmatic and had a high level of adaptability. If they came together to form a formation, Quan Zhen Sect would not be in the advantage anymore.

Hence, they should gain themselves a permanent advantage during this short window of time until Nine Solidarity Spear’s help arrived.

Seeing that his men count kept depleting, Feng Yun Realm was scared and commanded immediately, “Stop charging blindly! Come back!”

Those mercenaries were in a mess at first, but once the command came, all of them stopped attacking and went back to their starting point.

They had no choice, because Quan Zhen Sect’s formation was a nightmare for close proximity players. Excluding Holy Knights, those Magicians could not help either because once they stepped into Quan Zhen Sect’s attacking zone, they would be killed without mercy.

This formation was just like a porcupine, and even Purity and her men had to avoid coming too close.

That was so because Quan Zhen Sect was known for having great Pugilists, and under Spring Halo’s [Dark Barrier], close proximity players could not even go close to them. No matter how skilled Purity and her men were, they could not risk their lives to challenge something that was set up for that particular job by the system, knowing their chances of succeeding is close to zero.

Of course, there were no perfect war strategies in this world. Feng Yun Realm had capable players too and Ratty realised that Quan Zhen Sect was in a difficult position. After he made everybody stand in formation, Ratty called, “Archers, stand by!”

The Archers among the mercenaries heard the command and aimed their arrows at the Quan Zhen Sect players.

Seeing that Feng Yun Realm ordered his men to retreat and their Archers be on standby, Fearless frowned and commanded, “There is someone highly skilled there, defend!”

That’s right, Quan Zhen Sect became a living target for the Archers.

Ratty could tell from one look that the resurrection point was the only advantage that Quan Zhen Sect had. Once the resurrection point was attacked by Feng Yun Realm’s men or when Quan Zhen players get away from the resurrection point, they would go back to the state of only having to get beaten.

The resurrection point was like a supply station. If the formation did not get broken, together with the coordination among themselves, they could continue fighting the moment they resurrected, unlike Feng Yun Realm’s troops who kept getting killed.

Hence, if the resurrection spot was still around, Quan Zhen Sect would not worry about their formation getting broken up. Even though they die, it would just cost them a few experiences to resurrect.

Quan Zhen Sect players obviously knew that fact.

After receiving Fearless’s command, they kept their formation and hid behind Spring Halo’s demon.

At the same time, the mercenaries started their attack on Quan Zhen Sect.

Countless numbers of arrows flew towards Quan Zhen players.

After Spring Halo got awakened, the attributes of the Demons under him were increased greatly as well. Fearless and Spring Halo had also been adding State to the demon, and the six demons only fell after hanging on for numerous rounds under Feng Yun Realm’s attack.

Without the protection from the Demons, the Quan Zhen players appeared in the public’s eye.

Spring Halo whipped out his Book of Seals and a page from the book flew out and turned into a huge piece of scale that shielded Quan Zhen players from the arrows.

Ratty saw what happened very clearly from the back and commanded immediately, “Focus your attacks on the Magician in green hat!”

When the mercenaries heard the command and aimed their arrows at Spring Halo.

Numerous arrows flew towards him.

If Spring Halo was alone, he would have run away already. However, he was the most important player in Quan Zhen Sect’s formation, so he could not run away.

“Bam!”

After seeing that Spring Halo was dying, Crotch Lord dashed towards him and shielded Spring Halo with his huge Shield Of God.

“Dang!””Dang!””Dang!””Dang!”

After a series of noises, the arrows from the mercenaries were blocked by Crotch Lord’s Shield.

Right at this moment, Fearless summoned his Fantasy Serpent and it circled for one round around the players and pink fumes formed which blocked Quan Zhen Sect from the sight of the Archers.

After seeing Quan Zhen Sect so fierce in their defence, Feng Yun Realm cursed, “Damn it, such a difficult group of fellas to deal with! Nevermind, continue shooting the arrows and don’t stop! Let’s see how long they can hold on!”

Sometimes, the dumbest way might be the most effective way.

Feng Yun Realm’s move stabbed directly at Quan Zhen Sect’s weak spot.

It was a war of attrition, and the side with more people would have a better advantage. Hence, with this strategy, defeating Quan Zhen Sect was just a matter of time.
