Twilight City’s City Lord was Wang Yu so the entire Twilight City was within the control of the Quan Zhen Sect. The Quan Zhen Sect was undoubtedly not short of equipment so the only thing Captain Don’t Open Fire had more than them was money.

Fearless nodded, “If we can end the battle within 40 minutes, you shall double our compensation. If we fail, we won’t take a single penny from you. How about that?”
