After the Kanna incident, everything went according to the plot.

Albeit some minor changes still pertained, for instance according to the original plotline Kanna was supposed to be clingy with Kobayashi San, in the current world timeline though she became clingy with Kyle instead.

He didn't mind it though, he was actually glad of this development. From little, Kyle had wanted a little sister who he could spoil, alas, fate didn't allow it as his parents were satisfied with the kids they had and didn't want any more of them. So, instead of the little sister he wanted, he had to make do with his elder sister; an elder sister he hadn't met for several years now. For starters he had been living with his aunt a year after he had transmigrated in this world, while his sister lived with their parents. They had been separated for more than 10 years now and the only time they had the chance to meet was when he occasionally visited his parents' home in the suburbs. Anyways point was Kyle had gotten the little sister he wanted in the form of Kanna and he had all the intentions to spoil her rotten by doting on her like an affectionate elder brother.

Sometimes Kyle wondered about the big sister he never had the chance or time to get along with, he wondered how her life was, he prayed for her safety and well being.

So not even a day had passed since Kanna entered Kobayashi San's apartment and it was apparent to everyone (Kobayashi San and Tohru) that Kanna trusted and adored Kyle, a testament proven by the fact that she would cling to him wherever he went and always sat on his lap to watch or play games.

Currently she was still seated on Kyle's lap, watching a TV show; she seemed to have taken a liking to it as her tail was wagging like a pleased dog, though her expression didn't change much.

Kyle knew that she wasn't a dog, but judging by her mood and several factors proving that she was liking the show, he hypothesized that they could have some similarities especially in the way they showed their emotions with body language.

He looked outside the window, finding a sky darkened by the arrival of night. 'Damn time flows really fast when you're enjoying your day...…'

A moment later, Tohru called them for dinner.

On the table, Kyle and Kobayashi San's face twitched simultaneously at the sight of Tohru's tail meat once again being served on the table.

Kobayashi San scolded her again because of this, she strictly ordered her to never serve her tail meat again in the future.

Tohru nodded slightly as a response, Kobayashi and Kyle knew in their hearts that Tohru was going to cook her tail again, if not tomorrow then in the next day. No matter what they said she didn't seem to want to understand their intentions.

They often wondered, didn't she feel pain when she cut her tail? A tail was considered a valuable limb to a reptile yet Tohru seemingly gave her tail little to no value.

Whatever, it was her tail she was free to do whatever she wanted with it. They would like it though if she wasn't just so hellbent on making them eat it.

Soon, the dinner ended and as expected Tohru's tail remained untouched, which made Tohru sad, her feelings were hurt.

Kobayashi and Kyle didn't care about her feelings related to this subject at all, there was simply no way that they would eat her tail!

That may as well be cannibalism... probably...

So anyway, she reaped what she sowed, they didn't ask her to cook her tail, therefore they wouldn't eat it.

Kanna was far too calm about this situation though, Kyle couldn't help but ask her for some details. "Kanna have you perhaps eaten Tohru's tail before?"

"Hm? Yes I did."

Hearing that both Kobayashi and Kyle froze, they had a strange look, a mixture of bewilderment and weirdness on their faces.

"Seriously? How does it taste?"

"Taste? I don't know, it was very poisonous, I almost died while swallowing it. I didn't get to know how it tasted, was preoccupied saving my life by extracting the venom from my body."

With that the final nail in the coffin was hit, both Kyle and Kobayashi swore to never eat Tohru's tail meat even if it didn't have poison, even if their life depended on it they wouldn't be eating it!

Tohru didn't seem to have heard their conversation, if she did, god only knew what would have happened?

Either way Kyle didn't want to know and from the look on her face neither did Kobayashi San.

Suddenly, his phone rang, he unlocked his phone and found out that his father had called him, he answered.

"Otou-san, what is it?"

6.00 AM,  Morning of Next Day :-

Kyle woke up earlier than usual today. Today was the first day of his school.

Yesterday night he finally got to know what his school name was. He didn't know why his father took so long to just tell him his new school's name.

For God's sake, it was just his school name, not the password to a billion dollar swiss bank account!

Whatever; it didn't really matter anymore, hopefully this would be a decent kind of school.

His new school's name was Nango-Kuren Highschool.

Based on its name it was probably an all boys highschool, after all the school's name was very manly. But Kyle felt weird hearing this name.

Kyle faintly felt that he might have heard or saw it somewhere, he thought about it for a moment but he felt that his memory of that particular event had simply vanished.

Temporarily he stopped thinking about it, he was a little hopeful of admitting into a new school.

After all he was a transfer student, nobody knew him there and he wanted to make some good friends there this time, with the arrival of the system and his changes he was hopeful of his future school life.

His father had parceled him the uniform yesterday. And as expected it didn't fit him due to his change in physique, so he asked Tohru for help and she altered his whole wardrobe of clothes along with his uniform to fit him perfectly. After wearing his school uniform, he glanced at the mirror and spoke his thoughts. "No matter how many times I wear Japanese uniforms I can never really see it as an ordinary outfit of a student, it seems more of a cosplay outfit instead."

Seeing that everything was fine, he packed his backpack and inserted it inside his space inventory, though he didn't really feel any weight carrying his backpack after using the enhancement spell he still put it inside his inventory. It was more convenient that way. What was the use of his inventory if he didn't even use it?

Kyle had already prepared everything and bade his farewell to his aunt, Tohru and Kanna.

Kanna was reluctant to let Kyle go, she didn't want to be separated from him, she even grabbed his clothes and clung onto him, afraid that she might never see him again.

She stared at Kyle with teary eyes and said in a quivering soft voice. "Don't go! Please don't leave me... sniff*"

Kyle helplessly explained her detail by detail about his schedule and told that he actually won't be going away for long. He repeatedly assured her that he won't ever leave her.

Nevertheless this action of hers made him very happy, he never experienced this feeling before, the feeling of being depended upon, the feeling of being loved and wanted by a sister figure. Knowing that someone needed his presence made him extremely happy.

It took awhile for him to persuade Kanna, but he solved it, leaving his aunt's apartment he drove his scooter towards his new school, Nango-Kuren Highschool.

"So this is it huh…" Kyle finally arrived at his new school, looking at it he couldn't believe what he was seeing…

His school wasn't as decent as he expected, no it was simply beyond his wildest imaginations!

His new school was humongous! Several tall buildings occupying an incredibly large piece of land placed spectacularly, everything was symmetric and well maintained presenting modern charm at its finest, more times than he could count he wondered, if he had stumbled upon a wrong school!

This school was obviously for the elites! If it wasn't for the fact that he confirmed repeatedly that this school was really his new school, he would have thought that he had made a mistake on the directions to his new school, but he didn't, he checked to be sure, which made him confused.

"My father isn't a rich person… how the hell did he get me a seat in this… this elite school? Can he really afford this? I'm quite worried about this. Is he selling a kidney for my education or something, that old man making me worry… *sigh*"

But something that was odd than every other thing was that, this school looked extremely familiar to him, he felt like the people inside this school could make him remember something! Something that for some reason was locked up deep in his subconscious mind.

Deciding not to hesitate any longer, he went inside the Nango-Kuren Highschool.

As soon as he entered the school, he was greeted with the weird sight of two girls brawling- no they were using martial arts to fight!

Their speed was inhumane everytime their fist connected, It created small shockwaves which wrecked the surroundings, though the shockwaves were small there was no doubt it could reduce an ordinary person's bones into crushed powder!

Finally the two girls stopped exchanging fists and Kyle could see their figures clearly.

As he saw them the locked memories broke out like a dam and hit his conscious, it took him a few moments to recall them and what he recalled made him sweat!

The first girl was a lolita with blonde hair in twin tail style, wearing a third year's school uniform for girls, he knew it because its design was similar to his own, the same was true for the girl opposing her.
