《My Unconventional Delivery System! 》Chapter 178: Revolutionary Game Creation (1)

"Eh..? Ehhh?! W-wait...my heart isn't ready!" Meru blushed heavily, her heart was beating at a very fast pace, she thought. 'I-is it really happening? Is this my f-first time going to be?!'
Kyle's face slowly turned blank, just by looking at Meru's facial expression, it was obvious that he misunderstood what he meant, even though he said that he would learn from his past mistake, that he would be careful with his words, but that mistake happened too soon!
He knew that he had to quickly stop this misunderstanding, he immediately said. '"Meru! Don't misunderstand, I'm not going to do anything to you okay? Calm down, this isn't 'that' kind of preparation okay?"
"Eh? O-oh, I-i knew that…" From her tone, her face was so disappointed.
Seeing this, he couldn't help but think. 'Just how much did she want to do with me? Are girls at her age like this?'
"Ahem- anyway let's go okay? I promise you that you will love this, you want to make a godly game right? This is your chance." He decided to give her a bit of a spoiler of what he wanted her to help him with.
And this was really effective, her disappointment from a moment ago disappeared like she wasn't, since knows the true identity of Kyle, if he evaluated it as 'Godly' then it's something that is beyond imagination for sure!
Right now she was eager to know what it is, she quickly replied. "What are we waiting for then! Let's go!"
"Wait! Before that, can you tell my shop manager that I won't be doing my shift today?" He had a shift today, but he had to skip it since this was a bit important.
"....Kyle, if there is one thing I don't understand about you, is this, even now I still wonder why you are working in my parent's company despite being a shareholder of Shinomiya's stocks, you were supposed to be extremely wealthy, why bother working?" Meru was confused by this.
Hearing that, he couldn't help but smile a little, he remembered Esdeath, Tohru and everyone in his mansion asked him about why he is still working despite there not being no need to, his answer was simple. He replied.

"Because that place is special to me." The MgRonald was the place that he had gotten his system, and because of that, he didn't want to quit.
Meru still couldn't understand what is so special about that place, however, she didn't dig deeper than that, so she decided to say. "Alright, got it I'll call your shop manager and say that you're doing something for me."
"Great, now let's go to your apartment!"
After that, they went to Meru's apartment using Kyle's motorcycle, it didn't take more than a few minutes to arrive at her apartment. To Meru, this was comparable to date with Kyle, no matter what others say this was equivalent to date.
Floor 69, inside Meru's apartment, Kyle helped Meru connect her PC this was his first time seeing this PC of hers, the last time he went here, her PC wasn't as huge and advance like this.
A full minute later, the PC was finally all connected and they turned it on, the CPU was making a wonderful sound, only gamers can appreciate such sound.
"Alright, I didn't think that I would use this baby as soon as it arrived." She said,
"Oh? You mean this PC just arrived?"
"Yeah, it was delivered this morning, since there were classes, I could finish connecting all of its parts."
"Make sense, still can you tell me how much this thing is?" He was curious to know, from its appearance it should be a million yen at least.
Suddenly Meru whispered in his ear, as she finished whispering in his ear, Kyle had a blank expression on his face, he couldn't help but say. "Wow...Meru...you'd pay that much for a PC? With that kind of money, I could literally buy this entire building."
Even though he was rich, he could never use his money to buy a PC like Meru, it was too damn wasteful! He decided to ignore the price of this ridiculous pc.
"Well, it's my money beside me it's worth it!"
"Yeah, yeah whatever, you could have fed an entire city with that money.." He mumbled.
"Huh? What did you say?"
"Nothing, okay let's get to the point, catch this." He threw a black USB that he took from his pocket at Meru, without saying anything, she connected the USB on her ridiculously expensive PC.

After the USB got connected, it showed a single folder named (Project: LUCID DREAM), then Meru moved her hand in the air, and tap the folder to see what's inside, her PC was too advance that she doesn't need a mouse nor need to tap the screen to do whatever she wants, the PC had an advance sensor on it, she just needs to tap the air and done, it's like her hand is the mouse itself.
As she opened the folder, she found a single application that was no more than 1008 KB size, she couldn't help but look at Kyle, and said. "Is this a joke?"
Seeing this she felt betrayed, where's the godly game he was talking about? How could a 1008 KB application be a godly game?
Despite her disappointed expression, Kyle grinned at her and said. "Don't be deceived by the size, there is a reason why it's like that."
"Really?"
"Yep, but first we need a VR helmet so that we both can enter."
"No, we need to just close our eyes, this PC is expensive for a reason, so now close your eyes with me." She said,
"Alright, but first run the application."
"Kay." Then she opened the application, and after that, both of them looked at each other and signal to close their eyes, after they closed their eyes, inside their consciousness they were now standing inside a room.
While Meru couldn't recognize this room, Kyle did. This was the room that he and Rin often stayed at, this wasn't his first time here, then a moment later Meru started touching the things inside the room, and also pinching herself, and her reaction after that was priceless,
"Holy, shit! A Simulator that could let you feel 100% of your senses?! Even the most advanced VR simulation games couldn't do this! Th-this is amazing!"
Even though Meru just tried this application just now, she instantly knew how amazing this is, this was a revolutionary invention! This very application could change this world!
Realizing that, she felt chills all over her body, she was filled with excitement, then she looked at Kyle who was smiling at her knowingly.
"So, is this still a joke to you?"
"No! This is absolutely amazing!"
"Ha-ha, this is just the start. I'll show you how this simulation works."
"Yes please!" Meru said excitedly.
After that, Kyle showed her how amazing this simulation was. Inside this simulation, they were like Gods, well technically Kyle is a 'God', but for Meru, she felt godly in this world, since she could do anything, make anything, destroy anything.
An hour later, everything Kyle knew about this simulation was explained to Meru, and now she pretty much knew how this place works.
"I see now, so you want me to create a world in this simulation and make it a game?"
"Yes, can you do that?"
"I'm not sure, but let me check." Suddenly the mountains from before disappeared and now only countless zeros and one, are all over the place, then a few minutes later, Meru grinned and said.
"It's possible, I can change some of the settings of this simulation but I can't do this alone. I need plenty of smart people that know C++, however not just anyone who knows C++ I need someone like me who has a higher level of IQ…" She was already planning to recruit those people.
This is going to be a huge project, however even before the project starts, she was worried that someone might mess up this simulation if she were to recruit the wrong person as if he read her mind, he spoke.
"If you ever worry about some people messing the simulation, you don't have to worry, first of all, this was just a copy of the original simulation, it doesn't matter if it's going to get destroyed or something, second no one other than me the administrator change the settings of this simulation, unless I allow them to do so, I just made you a Moderator that's why you can do things here, so you don't have to worry and relax." Kyle smiled.
Hearing that. She could finally ease her worry, then she exclaimed. "Alright! Then I'm going to start recruiting now!"
