The smile on Lin Xiao's face somehow made Luo Lan uncomfortable, yet he couldn't put his finger into it.

It was strange to see someone who used to be far weaker now couldn't even be touched.

Luo Lan narrowed his eyes. No. He couldn't just give up after one attack. That must have been just a bluff. How come a Body Training Rank 6 from that year managed to become more powerful than him? He couldn't accept this.

Twisting his body, Luo Lan used his other hand and punched towards Lin Xiao's direction by using Tiger Punch once more.

Lin Xiao had no interest to fight with Luo Lan. Since he didn't want to reveal his strength in the slightest bit, he simply sidestepped once more and evaded the punch. It hit nothing but the air while Lin Xiao was looking at Luo Lan with indifferent.

The gaze on Lin Xiao's face made Luo Lan recalled the time back then. Lin Xiao himself could faintly remember what had happened. Luo Lan did a sneak attack at him after he had finished fighting against Su Han but failed miserably because Lin Xiao still managed to react.

What followed afterwards was a rampage of attack until Bai Xin stopped him and then defeated Lin Xiao soundly.

At this moment, Luo Lan charged over. He was much faster than Su Han thanks to his skills and capabilities that he had honed over the course of time. His hand punched forward, executing Tiger's Punch!

Lin Xiao barely evaded the attack and gritted his teeth. Luo Lan gave him the feeling like those rank 1 beast that he had been fighting, eh wait, running away from inside the forest for the past two months.

If Su Han was still far weaker compared to those that Lin Xiao could only run away from, Luo Lan was different.

The next attack hit the wall and another wall was destroyed with Luo Lan's attack. He grunted when he saw Lin Xiao had evaded once again.

Their fight looked like cat and mouse as Lin Xiao kept on evading Luo Lan. He didn't have any intention of sacrificing his body parts to get hit by Luo Lan. The punch might even shatter his bones just like what happened to those who got hit by his Mountain Punch.

"Your brother only knows how to run?" a villager said in bewilderment.

Lin Yun forced a smile to his face. He wanted to refute that, but his brother was currently only running around with no clear direction. Even he had the feeling that Lin Xiao only knew how to run.

'The steps are wrong.'

While the villagers were mocking Lin Xiao, the latter barely paid any attention. He was trying to move faster and faster by evading Luo Lan's rampage attack. Even though it was possible for him to attack back, he was currently focusing on his legs' movement.

He had been running from beast from time to time. Thanks to that, he was very familiar with the best steps to move faster. However, what he was trying to do was to imitate what the third disciple did.

"Why are you stopping me?" Luo Lan protested. He was still trying to teach Lin Xiao a lesson for being so high and cocky even though he didn't have any remarkable capabilities at all.

Bai Xin snorted. "You're taking too long. If you wish to bully someone, make sure that you're more powerful because you're just going to waste your energy."

"Uhhh."

Lin Xiao lied on the stage while staring at the sky. Just now, he could clearly sense that Bai Xin was coming. However, his body's reaction was not fast enough. Without being able to do anything, he was caught and thrown to the ground.

"You can't defeat me, Luo Lan."

The sentence seemed to strike deep into Luo Lan's heart when he saw Lin Xiao's calm expression. They were no longer the same as they were in the past. Lin Xiao was growing so quickly that it was almost impossible for him to even touch the man's back anymore.

But could Luo Lan accept this?

Veins on Luo Lan's hand bulged as he turned his body and began the next rampage of attack.
