First place: get 1000 Spirit Stones per month and also 50 hours' chance to study in either one of the rooms

Second to fifth: get 900 Spirit Stones per month and also 45 hours' chance to study in either one of the rooms

Sixth to tenth: get 800 Spirit Stones per month and also 40 hours' chance to study in either one of the rooms

Eleventh to fifty: get 650 Spirit Stones per month and also 30 hours' chance to study in either one of the rooms

Fifty one to one hundred: get 500 Spirit Stones per month and also 20 hours' chance to study in either one of the rooms

One hundred one to five hundred: get 250 Spirit Stones per month and also 10 hours' chance to study in either one of the rooms

Five hundred one to one thousand: get 100 Spirit Stones per month and also 1 hours' chance to study in either one of the rooms.

Aside from that, those from the first to the fifty would be able to get a good residence that was rich in Qi. Those at fifty-one to two hundreds get a slightly better residence but not as good as those from the first to the fifty. And starting from two hundreds one to the five hundred would get a nice residence but quite normal. The rest would get a normal residence.

And those outside the ranking would have to fork their own money to stay in the academy because they could stay in the dorm prepared but they have to pay. 

The difference was so huge that it really could make one wanted to cry.

Lin Xiao looked at the list.

"The last one… only 1 hour?" Lin Xiao was utterly speechless when he saw that. What could they possibly do within one hour in the training room? It would surely not very beneficial for them.

Prince Lin Xian let out a bitter smile. "Only the strong can get the resources. Do you think that Sun Dragon Academy will let you enjoy a lot of resources without working hard? Also, your ranking will reset each month, so you will have to be at the academy if you wish to enjoy the privilege."

"How do they determine the ranking, then?" Lin Xiao asked in confusion.

"They'll use the previous month's ranking but if there was someone who didn't attend, their name will be crossed and thus the number of people who could be challenged will decrease." Prince Lin Xian looked at Lin Xiao. He was about to say more when his communication jade suddenly lit up.

"Oh."

"What is it?"

"I have to go." Prince Lin Xian furrowed his brows. "Some people are creating ruckus and need my help."

Lin Xiao waved his hand. "In that case, be careful."

"Don't worry. I'll be fine."

"Good."

Lin Xiao didn't see Prince Lin Xian off because he had to return back to the academy. He passed a look at Princess Lan Yi Hua. "Yi Hua, are you ready to show off some of your capabilities?"

"Mhm?" Princess Lan Yi Hua's eyes gleamed slightly before she let out a faint laugh. "Why not?"

She had been hiding for such a long time. If she didn't get some benefit from this ranking, it would be all for naught. But of course, she still couldn't showcase her real ability completely and only get good enough ranking so that she would be able to use the rooms. 

There were some training rooms back in Hua Lan Kingdom but she didn't have the time to enjoy it back then. Now, she wanted to try the one in Sun Kingdom.

"Mhm, in that case, I should also prepare some surprise."

When they all returned back to Sun Dragon Academy, they all stayed within their dorm in order to train.

Thus time passed quietly.

After a few more weeks, Lin Xiao and the others finally got out. The battle ranking had already started with the seniors and the people in their year was already crowded out because they were not as powerful as their seniors.

"There are only this much?"

"If you're not powerful enough, your name won't be written in the list and naturally, you won't get any resources nor residence."

"Oh. In that case, let's begin our challenge."

"Eh? Can't we wait for Lu Jian first?"

"It's fine." Lin Xiao stretched his hand. He grinned lightly. "Make sure all of you can enter the top 1000, alright? I don't want to fork money for you to rent a dorm."

Top 1000?

It was quite easy.

Most of the new students who were there were only at Foundation Establishment and only less than 30 of them were already at Golden Core Stages 1. The seniors who were there were also mostly only either at Golden Core Stage 1 or at Foundation Establishment.

Those who were already at Golden Core Stage 2 were no longer eligible for the ranking. 

Because of that, it was mostly a battle of their battle skill and also comprehension. Amongst those 1000 students, Lin Xiao had noticed that only 70% of them were at Golden Core Stage 1.

It was quite a lot but it was quite normal considering that many of them have been in the academy for years. 

"Are we not aiming for better position?" Fan Ling asked curiously. She had been honing her offense skill so far and naturally, she would have no qualms to try getting higher position.

Lin Xiao shook his head. "Not this time."

"This time?"

"Do you still need so many resources? The ranking will only give you Spirit Stones and better residence. We can get it at any other time later. As for the training room, we won't be able to stay in the Academy for a long time right now. Even if you get good position, you might not be able to use your privilege to the fullest."
