《Rise of the Great Emperor 》Chapter 414: Jade Snow Kingdom’s Representative

But unfortunately, Lin Xiao didn't seem to know what Prince Lin Xian and Prince Lin San were thinking as he continued to chat with Princess Lan Yi Hua happily. His action seemed as if they didn't exist in the slightest bit.
'I really want to smash his head…' Prince Lin Xian sighed.
Prince Lin San couldn't say anything and led Lin Xiao inside to the wall and brought him to the top. From there, Lin Xiao would be able to see when the representatives from Jade Snow Kingdom came.
"Is there anything I need to pay attention to?" Lin Xiao asked curiously.
"Jade Snow Kingdom might have snow in their name but they're not specialized in water element. In fact, their most remarkable aspect is jade."
"Jade?"
"Yes, Jade Snow Kingdom people were mostly very powerful just like jade but they didn't look strong." Prince Lin San paused for a moment. "You can imagine that they're very powerful but they didn't look like one."
Lin Xiao nodded. He knew that some cultivation techniques could make their bodies still look the same as ordinary people. While it might not be that common, it was very popular amongst the girls. After all, the girls would want to keep their body fit.
Who would want to look like a hulk?
These women preferred for them to look petite and beautiful.
"There are a lot of beautiful women in Jade Snow Kingdom too." Prince Lin Xian added while looking in Princess Lan Yi Hua direction. He wanted to know what the princess would be thinking if she knew about this.
However, Lin Xiao merely gave an oh and didn't seem to be particularly interested. On the other hand, Princess Lan Yi Hua's aura grew slightly denser. It was clear that if there was anyone who dared to have any deign on Lin Xiao, they would have to face her.

Covering what was hers?
She would make sure that they paid horribly!
Drap! Drap! Drap!
The sound of horses could be heard from a distance away. Lin Xiao was startled but as he looked into the distance, he could see a group of people coming in his direction. They were a group of soldiers along with a carriage in the middle.
It looked imposing.
"Our group look very lacking in contrast…" Prince Lin Xian gulped down.
Lin Xiao merely snorted. Even if they were lacking, those people from the Capital City would have already prepared everything that was needed. He tugged Princess Lan Yi Hua's hand and brought her down.
One of the proper etiquette would be to welcome them on foot directly and not by showing off their sovereign. They were not here for war but instead to welcome friendly people. There was no need to act all lofty and powerful.
Swish!
They all reached the gate and from a distance away, Lin Xiao could hear the guard asking the group for their identity.
"Prince Fu Liang from Jade Snow Kingdom is here with Elder Kang Huang."
Fu.
It was the surname of the princes from Jade Snow Kingdom. Lin Xiao knew that they have a lot of princes too but Fu Liang was one of the most famous one. He was 21 years old and currently at Golden Core Stage 2, one of the best experts in Jade Snow Kingdom.
As for Elder Kang Huang, he was one of the few protectors of Jade Snow Kingdom. He was already fairly old but his power was certainly among the top.
Lin Xiao instructed for the gate to be opened and he walked out to welcome them. Prince Fu Liang had already walked out of the carriage and upon seeing him, Lin Xiao nearly cursed out loudly.

Pale and smooth skin, along with fairly thin body and long hair that was only half tied to be a bun… if one didn't know better, they would think he's a princess rather than a prince. He had long eyelashes and fair complexion, which definitely could rival women.
Even Princess Lan Yi Hua was stunned when she saw his face.
"Prince Lin Xiao greets His Highness Prince Fu Liang and Elder Kang Huang," Lin Xiao quickly greeted formally with his fist cupped.
"Lin Xiao?" Fu Liang asked in surprised tone. He then passed a look at Kang Huang because this name was unfamiliar to him. He was expecting either one of the three famous princes to be here to find him but the one standing before him was instead an unknown prince.
Did the Sun Kingdom forgo their courtesy?
Kang Huang's eyes flashed as he sent sound transmission to Prince Fu Liang, letting him knew who the young man before him was.
Afterwards, Fu Liang nodded his head in understanding. "I see, it's nice to meet you, Prince Lin Xiao."
"The pleasure is all mine…" Lin Xiao kept a polite smile but the corner of his lips twitched. Facing a man who had a face as beautiful as a woman, he really couldn't keep his calm. In fact, he felt as if he was about to continue cursing out loudly.
He couldn't help it.
This man's face was really… too much.
If he was not a prince, maybe there would be a lot of women who wanted to kill him for having face that was more beautiful than them.
Prince Lin Xian sighed and he stepped forward to talk with Elder Kang Huang in order to let them knew about the basic rules and what they were supposed to do. The main person who was tasked to come here was only asked to entertain the prince.
Hehe….
What an easy job.
"Right, are you in a hurry?" Prince Fu Liang asked while he waited for Kang Huang and Prince Lin Xian to finish their talk.
"Of course not, Your Highness." Lin Xiao looked at Prince Fu Liang and averted his eyes once more. He was really not in the mood to look at this man who was more beautiful than women.
It would be better for him to just stare at Princess Lan Yi Hua all day long!

Trial of Champions
It all began with a family trip to an amusement park. How were any of us to expect being transported from Earth to participate in some "Trial of Champions," whatever that was supposed to be? Given only an hour to choose the Classes that would come to define our strengths, we were almost immediately torn away from one another and thrust into a deadly game of survival. It wasn't all bad, though, as terrifying as it could be from time to time. The supernatural and magical powers of the Classes were like something out of an RPG, complete with leveling up by killing monsters and completing so-called "Sub-Trials." And despite the juicy Experience to be gained from killing other Champion Contestants, not all of the participants were bloodthirsty murderers; some could be allied with, or even befriended. Even if it seemed like everyone who had been chosen for this Trial, no matter what universe they came from, was at least a little bit crazy. I would survive this till the end, and I'd make sure that my siblings and parents did as well, no matter how many times we were separated from one another. No matter how long it took. No matter what I had to do. --- A first-person litRPG incorporating classes inspired by D&D and other sources. If you like blue boxes but don't need to have huge lists of numbers to scratch your itch, you should be satisfied on that front. Each chapter is, in my word processing document, seven pages long (approximately 3300-3900 words). The Traumatizing Content warning is there because of discussions of certain topics. Nothing that I think deserves the warning actually happens in the story.
