"Come here little white. Tut. Tut." Su Yan's clear voice sounded.

A cute snow white puppy swaggered slowly with a pouty face.

[Damn it. I am not little white you bastard. I am Qin Hua.]

Qin Hua was finally able to walk or rather waddle normally now.

Apparently, when she was still a newborn, she had been heavily injured by some street dogs.

And the handsome young man in front of her came to her rescue and nursed her back to health.

Though Qin Hua was indeed very grateful to him for saving her life, she still couldn't stomach the fact that she was somebody's pet.

And that too the constant petting, the cuddling, and especially his roommate, the damn bastard Lu Chen, everything drove her crazy.

So why was she still obediently following instructions?

It was all for the sake of a mysterious notification that had popped up today morning.

Qin Hua resolutely declared and puffed her chest as she wobbled forward with purpose.

Puppies normally begin to walk only when they are three to four weeks old, but maybe because Qin Hua retained her previous life's memories, she could already wobble about, albeit for a very short distance.

And just for this small insignificant thing, the two idiots in front of her cheered and celebrated, as if their first love child took its baby steps.

Qin Hua couldn't balance herself for much longer and flopped down clumsily on the carpeted floor.

"We can play properly with her in a month or so. Don't rush the poor thing now." Su Yan fiercely reprimanded his friend.

Lu Chen rubbed the puppy's head and leaned forward to plant a kiss.

[Damn it! I forgive you ok. No need for all this nonsense.] Qin Hua could only silently cry inside.

She even tried to turn her head the other way to signal that she was not that kind of a puppy, someone who enjoys the constant doting, but the two guys couldn't care less about understanding her signals.

Though Qin Hua reacted this way, deep inside, she couldn't help but feel the warmth of this excessive love and affection. Something that she had never received in her human life.

Qin Hua comfortably rested in Su Yan's lap and sucked on the bottle of milk that was promised to her if she managed to wobble over to them.

She threw a smug sideways glance at Lu Chen. [Hmph. Even if I did not finish your stupid game, I still got my food.]

But it was a bad idea because the next instant Lu Chen immediately leaped towards her.

"Little white is looking at me! Yay!" He grabbed her from Su Yan and nuzzled her on his lap instead.

[Damn it.] Qin Hua could only curse her own stupidity. She should have seen this coming.

[Well, at least the quest should be done soon.]

As she restlessly fidgeted on Lu Chen's lap, Qin Hua licked her milk bottle savoring the taste of the sweet milk.

Both Lu Chen and Su Yan were high school students who part-timed as videogame streamers.

The two guys had pretty good facial features and a lean muscular built.

They also had a very light-hearted attitude which made them both very popular with their online audience.

This was how the pair of high school students were able to afford such a spacious and extravagant apartment in one of the expensive buildings in the city.

And as soon as Qin Hua's health stabilized, these naughty money grubbers promptly started milking her cuteness.

Their usually dry and game centered streaming now also included her. In fact, she had become quite a big hit.

So the duo even argued now and then about who gets to keep her on the lap when streaming, eventually agreeing to an alternating arrangement.

Qin Hua would have grumbled about this, except for the fact that madam was now basking in her glory.

Since she could actually read the comments and replies, it felt a little too sweet to know about these hundreds of people who thought she was the cutest thing ever.

And of course, she was the cutest thing ever!!

She had beautiful snow-white fur, with her small beady little eyes just oozing cuteness.

On top of that, one of her eyes was a brilliant blue in color and the other was fluorescent green in color.

It made her look extremely unique and mysterious.

Qin Hua absolutely loved her look. Her eyes happily darted now and then to her cute face displayed on the corner of the game stream.

Well apart from these obvious perks, since Qin Hua was staring at the computer screen, she was also able to confirm certain crucial things about her new life.

The most important ones being the date, month, and year!

It looked like when Qin Hua had reincarnated, fortunately, she didn't undergo anything crazy like a time jump or a planet jump.

She was still on earth and it was still January 2020. Everything else was absolutely the same, except for the fact that she was now a dog.

Or at least that's what she knew...
