"What do I think about them. They need more training they need a lot of lectures on coordination and tactics or else we are going to keep saving their asses from the missions that the mayor will give to us. And to add, we don't have enough capabilities to save them every time. So they need to train more until they could defeat a monster with no casualties." Jin answered firmly as he crossed his arms and turns around.

Han Zian looked at Fang Shirong and nodded. Qi Meili looked at both of them and says "You two what are you guys nodding for?" and Fang Shirong looked at Qi Meili and replied "Like we always do, we are going to train the candidates until they met the standards of the squad leader on how we trained according to his standard."

Qi Meili nodded as she continues to eat her food that was in front of her. Jin returned to their table and start munching on his food. After a moment, a staff officer walked towards their table. Jin suddenly stopped from eating as he looked at the officer, who was standing in front of him.

"Don't tell you are going to give me a mission that is asked by the Mayor?" Jin asked as he dropped the spoon on his plate and the officer was frightened and rather, to say something, he just handed the letter salutes at Jin and turns around snappy then walks away.

Fang Shirong tried to grab the officer's arm, but the staff officer was too fast for Fang Shirong to grab so he could not grab the staff officer's arm.

"I guess they get frightened by you squad leader" Han Zian stated as he chuckle and looked at the letter that was given by the Staff officer. "Well, what does it say, sir?" Qi Meili stares at the letter. "He is summoning us once again to the city hall for the briefing of a mission, that is all," Jin continued to munch on his food.

After finishing his food, all of them head to the elevator, where they head back up to the fake barracks. And when the elevator door opened, they saw 2 people in suit. And one of them approached Jin and asked. "Sir are you Ru Jin?" the suited man's voice was rough, as if the suited man was an officer for training and doctrine.

Jin replied with "Yes, I am Ru Jin how can I help you?" the man nodded and then steps aside while putting his arms pointing at the stairs. "The Mayor wishes to talk to your squad, sir," the suited man added. Jin walked towards the stairs after reaching the top the sun was dazzling.

So he covered his eyes and continue towards the door and when Jin opened the door, a black car was waiting for them.

Jin opens the door at the passenger seat and was the first one to enter the car. When all the squad members could enter the car, the convoy moves forward, heading directly to the gate of Maskara City.

The guards just let the car pass through with no checking it was because of the plate of the car. Few more minutes of driving through the thick dessert back to the city. The car stopped in front of City hall. Jin opened the door and, like always, the white armored knights were surrounding the city hall. One of them walked towards Jin and asked. "Are you Ru Jin of the defense force of Maskara City?"

The white armored knight asked Jin with a medium tone of voice it was not rough, but it was intimidating. Jin replied and said, "Yes, I am part of the Defense force of Maskara city," and the white armored knight nodded and turns around after he did that. He then says "Follow me, please".

They reached the enormous door where on the other side was the place where the Mayor was living like a king in his small kingdom. The door opened, and a Black Armored knight greets them.

"Maam and Sir please surrender the weapons for verification if they are deadly. And If they are deadly, they are going to be transferred to the weapon storage which you can claim back."

After the Black armored knight said that, Jin hands over the FXR-Raven to the Black Armored knight. The other Black armored knights notice that the squad leader was weak.

Jin continued to walk towards the stairs, and when he reached at the top where there was still another enormous door in front of them.

``the throne room of a fake leader. How will this city survive if the mayor is like reigning like a king?`` Jin thoughts as the Black armored knight opened the door. And like always, he got stunned to see that a full line of Purple armored knight were guarding the throne room and they were on each side.

``Representing dominance how pitiful is this person to make me oppressed his aura and the aura of each of this Purple Armored knight.`` Jin cross his arms as he walked towards the throne where Duan Tingguang was eating some apples while caresses the lady that was sitting on his lap.

Jin stopped walking as he reached a suitable space between him and the mayor. "Well, is it my good fried and proud squad leader, Ru Jin!"

The mayor shouted with delight. "Sir, I am here to receive the mission you want us to be done." And the mayor looks at him and said "Ru Jin you have been giving name to this city and I am lucky to have a person so reliable like you."

"It was nothing, sir. We are here as warriors with no holdings. Like a mercenary, you pay us we work loyally for you," Jin exclaimed as he looked at the mayor through his eyes.

The Mayor clasped his hand and then focus his gaze on Jin and crossed his legs.

"The following mission you guys are taking is to secure and occupy Jelkala city. It has been 6 months till you last visit that city. And we did not expect that the Jelkala city loyalist forces could regain their positions back and the sleeper agents that we have sent there are losing grounds."

"I see, so we are going to take down Jelkala city once and for all?" Jin commented while looking at the Mayor.

"That is the mission you will do, but the mission aim will differ from the forces that I will be sending with your entire group. The forces that will be attached to you will be the 1 brigades each of Purple Armored Knights and Black Armored Knights. They will take the positions vital for enemy holdings, such as buildings and bunkers. The aim that your team will take will be the communication buildings and logistics depot of their supplies. The operation will take place later at night for the cover of Darkness"

The mayor ended the briefing and then sat comfortably on his throne.

"A piece of cake it is." Jin stated, and then turns around and walks away. After that, Jin and the others walk out of the throne room of the mayor and go down and head back to the underground base. "Alright, all of you, take a rest for now and prepare for your gears we are fighting estimated 2-3 days at that place. Those loyalists are really a going to fight hard as they have the momentum and pushed back the sleeper agents." Jin ordered as he walked along the hallway.

"Copy that, Sir" all of them replied, and they stopped following Jin.

[3 hours later]

Jin grabs the FXR-Raven from its rack and then checked his gear while looking at the mirror. And a sudden flashback and a void pulled him in and bringing him back where his mother was being slowly being killed by the troll.

"NOOO!" Jin shouted as he raised his FXR-Raven and when he shouted that, he goes back to reality. When he was about to pull the trigger while facing himself. His sweat was dripping on his cheek and a knock on the door wakes him up from aiming at himself.

"Come in" Jin answered, and the door opened and the door slides and Qi Meili walks in and says "Sir we are being ordered to move out" Jin replied with "Let's go" after that JIn walks out of his room and QI Meili felt the pressure inside the room ``something was different a while ago. Is he alright?`` Qi Meili thoughts as he turns around and follow the squad leader.

Jin looks at the panel that was at the side of the metal sliding door. Jin put his hand on the panel and the metal sliding door opened Qi Meili was at his side and when the metal sliding door opened Jin saw how many Black armored Knights were in formation same with the Purple Armored knights.

While they were walking inside the Armored knights, both Purple and Black were looking at Jin. And murmurs started to start. "Is that the squad leader of the Maskara City?" one of the Purple Armored Knight whispered at his buddy that was by his side. "Yeah, he is the Elite squad leader of that squad. And to add, he is the person who was at the top ranking in the field of battle."

"HEY SHUT UP! And stop whining about them they are mostly weaklings we are the Purple Armored knights" the Deputy commanding officer exclaimed as he looked at the Purple Armored Knights that started some murmurs in the formation.
