Charles begin to depend on Rachel completely. He had decided to take that woman down but she was just seducing him and showing no signs of executing what her real plan was. She started throwing herself at Charles but he avoided all the physical contact with her so she never missed a chance to come closer to him. He could not bring himself to get closer to her, his heart felt uneasy but when she restrained herself from saying anything to him he made a perfect plan to hook her up and lure her to say everything.
For next two weeks he took proper care of her at office also picked her up for the office and dropped her off. He was slowly showing his care and moving step by step but she wanted to climb the ladder altogether at once. Every night when he dropped her, she would try to kiss him but he managed to escape. At last when he was tired he went to visit Jamie after dropping off Rachel.
Jamie was reading her favorite book sitting on the couch and sipping on her coffee. Her door was open so Charles entered the door with a frown and banged it hard. Jamie who was so engrossed in the book was startled and jumped in her seat closing the book, she placed a hand on her heart "You almost gave me a heart attack." she heaved a sigh of relief.
Charles spoke angrily "I told you to keep the doors closed so why was it open, had someone else entered the house then."
She smiled and took the cup of coffee inheritance hand "Sorry, I was wrong, I will take care." she rocked the cup to her lips but before she could drink it the cup was snatched away from her hand and an angry voice came again "Coffee, are you trying to kill yourself."

Jamie's eyes widened as she looked at him and she spoke timidly like a kid trying to prove her point to her elder "You are exaggerating, it's just coffee."
"Charles angrily went to the kitchen placing the cup on the slab and Jamie was too scared that she followed him behind and gave him a back hug "Sorry."
He turned around with a smile and then picked up Jamie making her sit on the kitchen counter holding her waist "That won't do"

Jamie blushed and wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer "Then what will"
Charles could not resist to tease her anymore and moving his one hand from her waist to her neck he kissed her a deep and long kiss, they both could have melted into it but we're disrupted by a knock on the door. Jamie got to her feet and answered it. A tall and young man appeared "Jamie we are having a bonfire night do you want to join."
Jamie looked at Charles and then at him "I think I will pass, I am too tired."
The man tried to look inside to see if someone was there because it felt like she had some guest "Jamie do you have a guest."
Her eyes widened but she I'm said "How is that possible, I am alone and I feel sleepy."
"It's just that you never close your door this early at night so..."
Jamie panicked at his words "It's nothing, I will go first."
The moment she closed the door, Charles pinned her to that door, she looked down guilty of her actions "I am sorry, I just felt suffocated alone."
"Really" a dangerous voice came "Let me teach you a lesson today."

She used to hate maths and Charles was wonderful at it so he tortured her by teaching her maths for 2 hours.
"Charles I am sorry please stop it."
"Not until I am satisfied."
She thought of a way to escape or a vague try in front of this cunning man "What about the problem you had to talk."
Charles dropped everything and pulled her closer "Are you trying to escape."
She put on a cute pitiful face "No I mean if it is important."
"Guess what you are saved, it is indeed important but remember you deserve to be punished."
He then told her the problem that Rachel was not slipping out anything and he didn't know what to do. Jamie sat there in silence for some time and then came up with an idea "Give me your phone."
Charles handed his phone to her which opened with her fingerprint too and then she sent a message to Rachel "What do you think about a dinner with me tomorrow night."
Her reply came right away "I had been waiting for this."
Jamie then handed his phone to him and he looked at her totally confused when Jamie commented mocking "She is so desperate." then she explained herself to Charles "You have to take some step further, you are just stuck." she told her plan to him and his eyes widened "Are you sure this will be safe."
"I trust you and you can do this."
He smiled and hugged her tightly, Jamie then pushed him away "Now go, you need a proper sleep to prepare for it."
He nodded and left, kissing her.
