Kevin sat besides her all night waiting for her to wake up and he slept besides her on the chair holding her hand.

The next morning Rachel woke up very weak, she smiled seeing Kevin besides him and spoke to herself "Why do you do all this for me if I fall for you, I fear that the heartbreak this time would kill me."

Kevin had already woken up and heard her so her replied "Don't worry I will never break your heart."

She quickly took her hand back and looked the other way and through the window of her room she saw Damien pacing towards her room with a lot of men. He panicked and held Kevin's hand "Kevin look" Kevin looked in the direction she was pointing and without thinking he picked her up and from the back door took her out and while running he saw a room with the name 'Dr. David'. He entered the room and as expected David was inside, seeing him like this he asked "What are you doing, she is not in the condition to get out of the bed."

Kevin was out of breath as he replied "Damien is here with a lot of men, I can't put her in danger again."

David smacked his head "Idiot, what do you think you are doing now, her wounds can open." he then pressed a button and his bookshelf drifted apart revealing a beautiful room "Get inside."

As he rushed inside, he put Rachel on the bed and adjusted her drip, checking if everything was fine. David said in a serious tone "Take care of her, I will handle him."

Kevin nodded, as he went out and the self closed Rachel asked "What is he doing here."

Kevin smiled "He is a doctor too."

He then adjusted her pillow and without while he was doing that their faces were too close to each other that they felt the heat grow between then which lead to a very passionate kiss.

They both were panting as they pulled away from each other when Rachel said coming back to herself "Kevin I can't be with you."

Kevin lay down next to her and without touching her she asked in a serious tone "Why, just give me one good reason."

"I don't want my heart to be broken again as it was once after which I didn't allow anyone to enter but you somehow found a way and I fear..."

Kevin kept a finger on her lips and said in a low voice "Just give me a chance."

Rachel nodded and he hugged her tightly as she dozed off to sleep comfortably in his arms but he still had a big truth to tell. For now he kept that though aside and tried to enjoy the present instead of fearing the future.

David went out and he beat them all up this time he personally took Damien to the police station and made sure he could not escape. When he returned and opened the room, he said the couple peacefully sleeping so he shut them in for some more time so they could have some peaceful time before the truth was told and the fighting came up, although he was sure that they would live together happily ever after that but he knew that would be a rough period.
