Jamie said angrily "Had she not been my best friend I would have killed her for slapping my daughter."

Charles knew that Daisy was wrong and he himself felt like slapping her back but had to control himself so he simply nodded as Jamie spoke. Their conversation was cut off by the call from James he picked it up as the voice came from the other end "I am really sorry from her side but can you please tell me what were you planning to do so that I can calm her down properly and tell her that she was wrong."

Charles said in a sad tone "James, you doubt us too, don't you."

James smiled and replied" I would never do that in my life time, she is a woman and right now she is overwhelmed by emotions and can't think clearly. I know she trusts Jamie with her life but right now the desperate mother inside her has made a huge mistake and I want to solve it. Please tell me what was it gonna be and after that explain Jamie what is going through Daisy's mind right now."

Charles calmed down listening to him and then he told James everything to which James replied "Thanks man and I think now I will have to be a little rude to her to calm her down, you go and calm your women down."

Charles's took Jamie to their room and explained everything to calm her down and when she saw the things from a mother's perspective she realised that her friend was only being oversensitive and required some time to calm down and think clearly so she decided to be there for her whenever she was ready to apologize because no doubt she was wrong and an apology was mandatory.

Kevin who was left alone in all this process watched everything as a side character and when the parents were inside their room, he went to sit on the couch next to where Rachel was lying, seeing him she sat up and cuddled in his arm and said in a low and provoking voice "What do we do now, it is all ruined. It is because of me that their 40 years long friendship is ruined. I have become the villain of their lives, what should I do?"

Kevin felt uncomfortable, he was provoked and couldn't think straight so he just said "Don't worry their friendship is too strong to break over these trivial matters and it won't be long before your mother will be carrying their baby. Now wait here and I will be back in a minute."

Rachel nodded as Kevin risked to the kitchen and downed a complete bottle of chilled bottle in one go and calm himself down. He then poured a glass of water for Rachel and as he handed over it to her he simply said "You just need to relax and trust me everything will be fine."

She nodded then said "I hope so but now we have to think about what will we do if she carries the baby and stays here."
