Rachel was pulled out of her thoughts and her eyes widened but she quickly fixed herself so that no one would notice the change but this little action of hers didn't go unnoticed by Robert, he knew she would be thinking about if everything was fine with Kevin things would be different but he didn't want that happening so he continued looking into her eyes waiting for an answer. She looked back at him with a smile and she whispered, only for him to hear "I was thinking about what could have happened last night."

Robert knew she was lying and he just said "Hmm" before he focused on driving again. Rachel's heart was still racing as she felt that he was angry but with his short reply, she didn't know if he believed her or not, she looked at him one last time and let go of it while started staring out of the window again until they reached the place where they were going to board their private plane. Robert asked Jessica to go forward and make her comfortable inside while he stopped Rachel from getting out.

When Jessica was gone, Rachel turned her head to give him a stare "What do you think you are doing?"

He pulled her up from her seat and made her sit on his lap which made her heart go wild, he placed his hand in her hair and with a mischievous smile he spoke "Your heart is beating too fast."

She looked at him and after a while said in a low voice "And whose fault is that, you choice of places for doing these things is really odd."

His wicked grin grew wider as he placed his hand under her chin and pulled her closer "Is that so, let me give you something to think about then as you have so much free space in your mind to think about Kevin."

Her eyes grew wide in shock and she tried to pull herself away from his grip but it was impossible so she placed a hand on his chest as she spoke "Do you have the ability to read minds too?"

He continued smiling "What if I had, could you do anything about it?"

She looked at him with disbelief in her eyes but soon he laughed it away as he said "I don't have any ability like that right now but I do have the ability to read the expressions considering the situation."

Before she could defend herself, his lips landed on her and he bit her lower lip

"Ahh!" she exclaimed and a smile appeared on his lips as he continued biting. She tried to pull away because she could feel her lip swell up but that only resulted in the closing of all the distance between them. She tried to speak and in that process as her lips opened his tongue slid in sucking hers. A slow m.o.a.n left her lips against his and as he continued kissing her the hand that was on her chin moved down to cress the side of her neck and down to her shoulder which slid down to her chest.

Her heart rate increased with each moment of his hand and it became harder for her to breathe. His other hand made it's way up and down her back sensually making her yearn for more, she was completely breathless when he finally let go of her.

She took her time to catch her breath and finally opened her eyes to look into his "That sure is something to think about."

He smiled at her and then both of them finally made there way to their plane.

Though they knew what they had to deal with in the future, these were the moments that gave them the strength to fight for each other.

The three of them had a peaceful journey to their destination where they went to live in one of Robert's houses. Rachel was to tired of the journey that she decided to take some rest before going anywhere and that was what Robert wanted for her to have her full strength and energy.

He sat besides her while she went off to sleep because now that they were here he knew, he could not leave Rachel's side even for a second as danger lurked in every corner. He sat there guarding her from any possible danger that could be headed their way because he was sure whoever was behind attacking them had their eyes on each and every moment they made so he made sure to be careful.

While Rachel slept she was again drifted off to the land of her dreams and into the same room she was last time, she knew it was a dream and she didn't want to be the part of it so she tried to wake up but as usual, she couldn't. She realized she would have to be the part of it now so she carefully observed her surroundings and she realized her dream was continuing from where she woke up last time as she could feel the pain in her back. Maybe it was a little ahead of where she woke up last because her back was just covered in blood and there was no skin over it.

She heard the woman laugh now so loudly that it echoed through the room and she finally stepped out of the dark. Rachel knew this not because she could see her face as she had her back towards them and could only see the head board of the bed but because she heard her footsteps nearing.

She pressed her hands on Rachel's back, slowly inching their way into her body. It was an unbearable pain for her as she kept screaming and didn't know what was happening to her.

The woman looked at Kevin and said with a smile on her face "Once she is dead, her soul will be transferred to my body and I will have all the energy she does which will make her useless then both of us can use her power to rule this world."

Her words were enough for Rachel to wake up panting and she sat up straight on the bed, her forehead covered in sweat.
