Rachel looked at Robert who was standing behind her in surprise and he just have her his smile instead intending her to guess.

She went up to him and wrapped her arms around his neck to place a kiss on his lips as she spoke "I didn't know you could change into another human being to, you always surprise me."

He gently tugged the hair that were falling on her eye behind her ear and said in a soft tone "I recently learned this but it's not a big deal now tell me do you want to go shopping with your dad or fiancé."

Rachel laughed loudly and then hugged him tightly "Off course my fiancé, I don't want to be caught making out with my dad."

He laughed with her which was contagious and then he held her by her waist and took her out. She beamed happily as she bought all the things she required as gossips spread around like wildfire everyone knew that Rachel was Charles daughter and everyone treated her kindly trying to get on her good side.

After they were done shopping, they had their lunch and went back home. Rachel called a few more guests that were remaining on the guest list and then they began to decorate the house. A day before the party Jamie was back too and on that day everything was perfectly fine and finally Daisy was invited too.

She was so happy to see everything that she began to cry. Jamie called her daughter and kissed her on forehead "I am so proud of you, everything is so wonderful."

Rachel smiled "Thanks for trusting me."

She patted her head "Alright now after half an hour bring the cake too."

Rachel nodded "I asked Robert to get it prepared exactly as you said, I will ask him to get it."

Jamie nodded and Rachel left to go to the kitchen. Robert was already there making sure everything was alright, she went up to him and kissed his lips and then she spoke sweetly "Sweetie where is the cake."

Robert looked at her with a questioning gaze "Darling, I brought everything you asked me to but the cake was not on the list so I thought that you were going to arrange it."

Rachel's face lost all it's colour for a moment as she said "Please tell me you are joking and the cake is here."

He took out the list and showed it to Rachel "Look, the cake is not on the list."

Rachel's heart leapt in her chest and she looked at Robert with a pale face and a trembling voice "Oh no, I messed it up. What are we gonna do now."

Robert held her shoulders and said softly "Stop panicking we will figure something out."

Rachel started pacing around the kitchen panicking "How are we gonna figure it out. It was a custom cake and it can not be made in half an hour, even if I ask mom to give me an hour, it won't be ready."

Robert didn't say anything but was in a deep thought for a while then he said "Sweetie I have an idea we could go to a bakery and get it done in the cakes that they have not put frosting on. It can be done quickly and we can be back in time."

Rachel nodded her head her brows still furrowed but she didn't want to give up the chance so she went along with Robert.

On the way to the bakery she said in a panicked tone "I just don't want mom to find out, it is better if we settle everything without her knowledge or I will have to take the regular cake and tell her everything. I promised her not to mess it up and I can't take it."

Robert patted her back comforting her he replied softly "Don't worry, we will figure this out, we will make sure she doesn't find out."

Rachel nodded her head and soon they reached the most famous bakery in the town that always had some spare things ready with then but it was not their day as the owner told them that it was a busy day and even the spare bases have been sold out so they went to some other bakeries but none of them had the cakes. At the end end they decided to take the ready made cake from the stocks.

When they reached home Rachel knew she had to tell her mother the truth but she did not have the courage to do that so she turned to Robert for help. He handed her a wine glass and said "Drink it, it will help you."

Rachel had never had alcohol before but she was so nervous that she gulped it down in one go but the bitter taste at the end made her whole body twitch and she shivered a little but then she went to her mother. Before she could tell Jamie that she had messed up, Jamie said "Everyone is playing with the baby and Daisy is also enjoying so bring the cake after a while."

Rachel took in a deep breath "Mom, about the cake..." her words were cut off by a woman who approached Jamie and complimented her "Hello Mrs. Cullen, you look so pretty."

Jamie greeted the woman and turned around to face her daughter but she was already gone. When Rachel saw the smile on Jamie's face she could not bring herself to ruin her mother's mood so she left her mother's side and went to sit on the chair but the bar. She was about to order a non-alcohol drink when the bar tender passed her a drink and said "It is from the gentleman there."

He pointed out but Rachel didn't look, she thought it must be Robert so she gulped it down then she got up and went upstairs to go to her room to get away from the crowd for a while.

As she was on the stairs, she lost her footing but managed to balance herself by holding the side railing. Her vision was becoming blurry and she was unable to balance herself and as she took more steps, her body began to heat up.

She realized that the drink was not from Robert and she was going to be in trouble so she gathered all her strength and ran towards her room. She could feel a pair of footsteps following her but she didn't bother to look at who this person was, she ran towards her room and quickly tried to close it but with her blurry vision and trembling fingers, she just stumbled with the lock.

Soon the door was opened and she fell to the ground, her eyes widened and she stuttered as she spoke "W-what are y-you doing h-here?"

The man smiled at her and closed the door behind him then he bent down to cress her cheek as he said "Long time no see sweetheart."

Rachel could listen to her heart beating so fast and with the state she was in she knew she could not fight. She could only pray that Robert could get to her on time and save her as this man was already dangerous even if she was not drugged.

She hit his hand to move it away but her movements were not so orderly so he held her wrist and picked her up in his arms to make her lie down on the bed as he said "The floor is too cold, you should not be lying there for so long."

Rachel looked around the room to see if his partner in crime was coming too but there were no signs so she asked "What is it this time that you want."

He laughed loudly "It has always been you that I want."

Rachel flinched at his words and at the way his fingers crossed her cheek, she felt disgusted. He came to lie on top of Rachel and said "This time I have found a way that I can get what I want and I won't have to resist either."

He pinched her cheeks as he spoke "I will make sure I enjoy myself to the fullest."

Rachel's mind was not working properly, her body was heating up and she didn't know what to do, she just wanted to soak herself in cold water but she didn't even have the strength to move and pushing the man on top of her away was not even an option.

She tried to get away from him but he didn't let go, he held her chin with his thumb and index finger and then used his thumb to cress her lower lip slowly as he said "What a tasty delicacy you would be I don't want to wonder anymore."

"Ahh, let go of me you know Robert will kill you."

He laughed again "Really, I don't think he can and you know very well who can kill me."

He pushed Rachel's arms against the bed and bent down to place his lips against her.
