He then went to his room that Jessica had asked him not to enter but he could not help himself because he wanted to see if there was something that could relive him of this pain. He opened the door of the room and slowly entered it and instead of finding anything to relive his pain, he felt a sharp pain in his head. His vision became blurred and he wanted to shout out in pain but it seemed as if his voice was stuck in his throat and no voice could be heard. He felt dizzy and eventually fell down on the ground unable to bear the pain anymore.

Jessica set the table and called his name and when he didn't appear for a long time, she became worried. She went to his room and saw that it was empty so she frantically began to shout "Where are you?"

When she didn't hear any reply and her heart began to feel uneasy, she had no choice but to look in that room where he was forbidden to enter. As expected the room was opened and he was lying unconscious, she gritted her teeth "Why is it that people tend do the things they are told not to do."

She tried to lift him up but he was too heavy so she dragged him from his legs to his room and waited for him to wake up. After some time he woke up to meet Jessica's furious gaze "You are finally awake."

She was sitting on a chair besides him looking at him and waiting for him to wake up. He knew he was wrong this time so he looked down without meeting her gaze but she shouted angrily "Didn't I tell you to not go there but you had to go against me. I had a reason, just trust me and take it slow."

He nodded his head "I am sorry I just wanted to see if I could find something to heal myself there."

Jessica banged her hand by the side of his bed "Don't you trust me, if there was something why would I have let you go through all this pain. I still wish that I could take away all your pain but it is impossible for I have to patiently see you go through all this."

She sat back down thinking how things were getting out of control, she could not help but cry and in a low voice she said "Can't you trust me."

He got up from his place and went to hug Jessica "I am sorry that you have to go through all this trouble for me. I don't have any problem bearing this pain but seeing you going through pain breaks my heart and I feel helpless. You know I have never felt that way and how unsettling that is for me."

Jessica nodded her head "Alright then come with me, let's have dinner."

He nodded and both of them headed out and as the food had turned cold, he helped her heat it up.

Rachel and Oliver finally reached their destination and as Oliver had already informed Liam he came to pick them up from the airport. Jessica knew that they were going to meet this person so in order to prevent any trouble she had changed that night's memory from Rachel's head to the one where she saw the painting of a beautiful lady and then she started feeling uneasy because of the food she had eaten.

Liam had already seen her once but seeing her again he could not help but be dazed. No matter how many times you look at this beauty, it would only increase with time. He quickly gathered himself and went forward to receive them. He looked at Rachel and a smile appeared on his face "No matter how many times I look at you, I will always be taken aback by your beauty, it just increases with time."

Rachel smiled "Aren't you a sweet tongue."

Liam took her hand and kissed the back of it "Welcome to France."

Rachel smiled and took her hand back feeling a little awkward. Although he was a handsome man, she was not interested in him and felt strange by the way he treated her. He was not rude or I'll mannered so she could not casually find faults with him to stay away from him so she just chose to smile.

He was indeed a rare beauty and the most handsome gentleman. He had sharp facial features which were enough to make all the heads turn towards him and he was tall enough to carry a wonderful charm around him that was enough for any woman to go crazy for him but when Rachel took her hand back from his grip, he was shocked at her gesture. How strange was it that the one woman he had ever admired as a real beauty in his life was unwilling to accept him but he decided to ignore that fact now.

He instead changed the topic "You must be tired let's go."

Oliver was not happy with the way he was treated her, he knew that Liam was a playboy and he had broken many hearts in the past, he talked sweetly with every lady and in the end when that person would confess to him, he would mercilessly reject. He smiled at Rachel "You go ahead and we will bring the luggage."

Rachel didn't move "I can help too."

Liam interrupted "How wrong would it be if we let a beautiful lady carry things, don't worry take my keys and wait in the car."

He handed her the keys and because Rachel had no interest in this person flirting with her, she didn't insist and left.

After she left Oliver looked at him sharply "I like her, you can't mess with her."

Liam smirked "Do you really think she is like the others and is to be played with, I liked her the first instant I saw her. She is the first one to win my heart and when I came to know who she was, I just could not resist myself and decided that I need to have her in my life."

Oliver gave him another sharp look "You are so money minded, won't you be ashamed of living off a rich woman."

He laughed "I don't mind because I have my services to provide."

Oliver shook his head and thought how could he have such a friend but then he realized that Rachel would never like a him because he was not her type so he ignored him and carried the luggage to the car without waiting for him.

As soon as they both came to sit in the car Rachel looked at Liam and said "I want to have a place to live, can you help me look for it."

Liam smiled "You can live with me I am looking for a roommate."

Rachel was having a headache talking to this guy but she kept her tone polite "Thanks for the offer but I want a place to myself."

Liam looked a little disappointed but he replied "If you are looking for a place to live by yourself I have a friend who is away, you can use his place for the time being."

Rachel took in a deep breath and said once again "What I mean is I want to buy an apartment, can you help me with that?"

Liam nodded his head "Sure, I have a few good suggestions for you and I even know the owners who want to sell, I will talk to them."

She nodded her head and then asked him to drop her at a hotel that she had booked previously. Liam had a disappointed look but he didn't let it on his face "You can stay at my place until you find a place to live."

Rachel smiled at him "That won't be required because I have already booked a room."

Liam nodded "You could at least come for some tea, you must be tired."

Rachel shook her head "You are so sweet but I have a meeting in half an hour at this hotel only so I need to be prepared but you don't have to worry about anything and whenever you are free you can come to meet me."

His mood was immediately elevated "It's a deal then."

Oliver was filled with anger and wanted to beat this man up but he controlled himself in front of Rachel but he interrupted their conversation "Rachel I am staying at this hotel too, how about we make some plans after your meeting."

No matter how much Oliver loved her, she knew he was a nice man and would never cross his limits, he had never made her uncomfortable and as he was her best friend she would be more than happy to spend time with him so she said "Sounds good but not just after that maybe in the evening because after the meeting I need some rest."

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that yes you can have rest then we will go somewhere."

Liam pitched in "I will join you two."

Rachel didn't know how to say no to him and she didn't want to spend time with him either. If she said something it would not only hurt Liam but also Oliver as he was his best friend then she thought he must want to spend time with the friend who was visiting him so she was at a complete loss of how to get out of this situation.
