After they both decided on what to do Jessica went back home and lay on the bed trying to sleep but it felt impossible for her to fall asleep. All the thoughts began to pop in her head like a movie since the night Robert had died and how Jamie had helped her revive him. Both of them had used their powers and as Robert was not dead when they used their magic their were chances that they could save him.

Robert was holding onto his life just for Rachel and was determined to spend a few more minutes with her and as Jamie and Jessica wanted him to live they thought of a plan and it was to give him his life and heal his heart. Jamie could only heal an almost dead heart if the other person gave up what was most precious to them and to Robert the only precious one was Rachel so he had to give her up.

They had to remove Rachel from his life to make him live and they were still not sure that he would survive so they made Rachel forget about him too. Rachel could not remember him for at least a month because if she did it would be harmful to her health so they were being very careful. They had decided that if Robert was to live again they could work as the match makers and get them together but things didn't actually work according to their plan. After Jamie had removed the knife from Robert's body, they had sensed a little life in him and that was sufficient for then to have a little hope so Jessica took him to his house and kept him in his room in hopes that it will help him to come back to life soon.

As they reached home the life inside him was slowly escaping and because it was Jamie's magic, she told Jessica that there was only 1% chance that he could live so she asked Jessica to put her into an ice coffin for him to survive. Jessica still held onto the hope that he could live and told her that she would like to keep his body for a little longer so naturally Jamie agreed while reminding her that she should not take long. Jessica nodded and said that she would like to have 2 more days and then give it up.

The next day Jessica began to start working with Rachel and did everything that was told to her while taking some time to visit Robert and tell him everything that was happening around Rachel and asking him to wake up for her. She told him that Rachel was upset because of him and cried even though she didn't know anything about him but he would never show any reaction and she would eventually return to Rachel.

When the 2 days were about to be over, she went to his room and stood at the door for a long while as tears rolled down her eyes, she said softly "How could you give up your love so easily?"

She then took in a deep breath as if she knew that there was something that would definitely wake him up so she sat beside him after wiping her tears "Robert you have to wake up or Oliver will take away your love. Rachel has been spending time with him and she seems so happy even more than she was with you."

As she said these words his body trembled a little and then went back to its immobile state. Jessica took in a deep breath and told herself 'Keep going, it's working.'

She then racked her brain and said the words that she was sure could bring him to live even if he was dead "Robert please wake up, Rachel is about to die and only you can save her."

Although he didn't open his eyes, his body involuntarily moved as if he was about to get up and go to save her. Jessica felt like it was a dead end if he could not open his eyes even when Rachel was dead. She took in a deep breath and continued with her words telling him how worse her condition was and how he could save her. She didn't give up hope until it was the time for her to put him into the ice coffin.

She finally let go of the last thread of hope she was holding onto and began to cry hysterically while holding his hand. She then shifted him into the coffin and trying for one last time saying "If Rachel dies, I will blame you."

She then let go of his hand and was about to close the lid when he opened his eyes looking around at a loss naturally he didn't remember anything about Rachel and it seemed as if he was thinking about why he was awake. Jessica was filled with happiness and shouted "You are finally awake."

He looked around and asked "What happened to me."

Jessica opened her eyes wide, she had not thought about the answer to this so she changed the topic "I will tell that to you later but before that you have to come out of here and rest on the bed."

He looked that he was in the coffin and his eyes opened wide, now that he didn't remember anything about Rachel, his thoughts had returned to the time when he was seeking death and his tone became disappointed "I didn't die again."

Jessica shook her head "No you didn't."

He got out of the coffin and Jessica thought to herself 'If you knew the reason why you were saved, you would not be this sad.'

He sat on the bed and said "Even though I didn't die, I feel really weak this time maybe if I try this method again, I will die."

Jessica's heart trembled and she came up with what to say "It was the witch queen that tried to kill you but she missed your heart."

He became excited "So the witch queen can kill me."

Jessica nodded knowing that this was the only way for them to get together later but she also added "She doesn't want to kill you because she sees the nice inside you and wants you to live so she disappeared."

He desperately said "You know her and if you tell her, she will agree."

Jessica took in a deep breath and said "Alright I will but before that you have to heal completely."

He nodded his head and in the next second he felt extreme pain in his chest and as he looked around the room a few images flashed into his mind and his body became weak. He began to struggle and cry in pain as he fell from the bed onto the floor. He was in pain for a long time until he recovered and this began to happen more often and all this while Jessica would be by his side and cry with him seeing him in pain. He said that he wanted her to stay away but she didn't. Seeing that her sister loved him so much he decided to delay the plan of dying and decided to give everything to her sister. He began to work hard on. His company and soon his body began to recover to, he wanted to get to the top of the world once again but this time he wanted to give it to his sister and die in peace.

Jessica refused to work for his company and wanted to work with her best friend so he told her that he will defeat this person and then she will have to come to him.

He didn't let Jessica argue with him and started working silently as he realised that this time his opponent was stronger than he always had and he was happy about it but something strange happened to his body.

As he was an immortal he needed to have a little bit of life from someone who were ready to give it to him that meant that he used to survive on souls and it would only be a small part of it which would recover very soon. After he had recovered his body completely he felt a need of huge meal so he went to ask it from a willing person who agreed. As this was a less painful process while having s.e.x so he found a woman to fulfill his need but while he was at it, his body lost it's control and he ended up sucking up the complete live out of that woman. He ended 20 lives just like this but all of them had willingly come to him until Jessica discovered it and ended up sending him back to his country.

She did this because the polymorphs there had huge strength and could bear with him and survive. So he began to have his time with the polymorph females but they too ended up dying at his hand so he had no choice but to look for other ways.
