Rachel nodded her head and said in an indifferent tone "I was coming to that, you have been patient while listening."

He smiled at Rachel's irritated tone but his smile didn't set well with her as she was irritated further. She gritted her teeth as she continued "Anyways, I have already explained my plans to everyone and I don't feel like doing that again, you just follow us and do as you are told."

As she stepped forward, Robert pulled her by her wrist, she was caught off guard and loss her footing to bump into his c.h.e.s.t. He looked at his even more agitated while pushing him away "What the hell are you doing?"

He smiled as he said "I am sorry for being a little harsh."

Although he said that Rachel could see in his eyes that he was not sincere with his apology at all and she just wanted to punch him on the nose. As she could not do that she took in a deep breath to calm down but she still felt angry. He didn't mind this on the other hand and continued speaking "I just want to stop you from going ahead and doing all you want. Let me remind you that I am your partner and need to know everything. I am not working under you that I have to listen to everything you say. "

Rachel was so angry at him that she didn't want to work with him so she said "Do whatever you want then."

Saying this she turned around to leave and a mischievous grin appeared on Robert's lips, he pulled her closer and his lips brushed her neck but before he could kiss her Rachel turned around to slap him across the face. He quickly dodged it and held her wrist then went to whisper in her ear "You were the only one who asked me to do whatever I wanted and now you dare hit me."

You... You... " Rachel was boiling with anger and in order to not waste anymore time she just explained her plan to him and at the end she added "If you try so indecent again, I will really kill you and I don't care about the consequences."

He smiled and went ahead with the team, she gritted her teeth and said to herself as she was left alone "Why did I have to end up with this person, I really want to strangle him to death, don't you let me find a reason to do it because I won't hod back."

She too walked out with a sour expression on her face as she had no choice but to work with this person, he was too irritating but after she talked to him and he corrected some flaws in her plan, she was sure that he was capable. At least for that she could put up with him and be at ease.

She decided to put her feelings aside and work as a team for the time being so when they reached the place she let him handle some things too as he was capable. After they reached the place, they saw that it was heavily guarded and they were only 5 people. She didn't want to use her magic but she was worried, she would have to because the situation seemed worse than she had thought.

Robert was now in a serious mode and he was not flirting around casually, he said to her "I think we should observe them for a while before we take action."

Rachel looked around and said "No we can't do that, there are high chances we will be discovered but I know what we can do."

He nodded "You are right, what do you have on your mind."

"The guards are standing at a certain distance and we can just go cover their mouths and twist their necks, they will be dead while we quickly move to the next one before the others notice."

Robert's eyes narrowed "It is risky."

Rachel nodded her head "It is but we don't have any other choice."

Robert thought for a while and then said hesitantly "Alright, let's try it then."

They then told the others to copy their moves and within 10 minutes they were through the first line of defense. After that they came to a clearing and Rachel looked around, she asked in a little worried tone "Were there any cameras behind?"

Robert creased his brows "I don't think so?"

Rachel was worried and she slowly went behind to check, making sure that there were no cameras she came back to stand next to Robert. He raised his brows in question and she shook her head. After that Robert said that he would go ahead first but Rachel was sure that this large empty corridor was not just present torn no reason. She was well prepared and had some necessary things in her bag, she searched it and found the special glasses to detect the laser lights. As she put them on, her doubts were confirmed and before Robert could step in the corridors, she pulled his arm and said angrily "Don't move around recklessly."

He looked at her in confusion and she gave him the glasses for him to see. When he saw the motion sensor beams in front of him, he took in a sharp breath "Thanks, I will be careful."

Rachel looked at him angrily "If we were detected this person would have died."

He nodded his head and Rachel took her glasses from him. She asked "Do you have your own glasses."

Everyone shook their head and she looked confused at what to do but after a while she came up with a plan "I will step on the spots which do not have the sensor and you place you step on the exact same position."

They nodded their head and said "Robert, you follow me and help the others."

He nodded and once again Rachel looked around to see all her surroundings to make sure there was no other problem, as she came across these hurdles, she had a feeling that this was not a simple case of kidnapping. She had a feeling that there was something really big hidden inside and there was a secret she didn't know about. They were obviously protecting something and about her company too they must require something.

As she thought this, she began to take careful steps through the passage filled with the sensor. Her every step was careful and calculated until the sensors stared changing positions and she said "Don't move the positions are changing."

She wished that she was alone right now so that she could have spread out her wings and flown above the sensors, she would not have to worry about this stupid thing. She gritted her teeth and carefully observed the change in the sensors as she began to point at the people and say "You move a step to the right."

"You move to the right as well."

"No they are moving again."

"Take a step forward everyone."

"Go back again"

She was so panicked that she was almost yelling and she had no idea what had happened to her. She kept on giving instructions in a panicked state when Robert said "It's fine just relax."

She could not and with his voice she only gave him one sharp look and continued with the instructions while herself moving from time to time until they stabilized. She took in a deep breath and said "This will move again so we should move fast."

As she said that, she began to run quickly but her legs were already shaky and when she reached the end, she stumbled and began to sway. She was trying to hold her body still but with her legs weak and her already loosing balance when she could not even take a feet to the side to stabilise her, she was sure she was going to fall.

On the other hand a man sat in an extremely dark room looking at her laptop smiling seeing the results of the company fall down drastically. She laughed manically as he said "Charles I will take my revenge with you and while I am at that, I will have your daughter too."

He looked at a picture of Rachel with his l.u.s.tful eyes and said "Just seeing you makes me want to taste you, you must be so delicious."

If someone heard him that person would have chills run down their spine at his tone which was a total manic voice.

He licked his lips looking at her and said "How foolish of you to trust a girl and that person can't even control her security. A person said to her that he had not taken anything from her and she believed him, how foolish but she is lucky to have a good face and body that I take a liking to her and will keep her by my side at the end."
