《Psycho X Psychic》Chapter 35 - Four Times The Power!

"Teren... Teren made him fall again...!"
"Huh?"
Everyone stopped their train of thought and looked towards the inside of the lot.
Like before, Teren was standing while Clade's body laid on the ground.. It was like deja vu but now, not only Nick but the other three saw as well.
"..."
They were speechless. Even Iesa didn't know how Teren did it. She didn't hear a gunshot so she was confused.
None could even ask a question out of pure shock.
Teren turned around and walked towards his bag. At that moment, Clade's body twitched.
'Fuck, fuck, fuck!'
Iesa heard Clade's thought. But still, she shouted, "Teren, he's... he's still moving!"
As if Teren didn't hear it, he continued to take a knife from his bag. It was the same knife that he used against Nick.
Seeing this made Nick feel chills all over his body.
"A k-knife. Is he serious?" Mike muttered.
They were all ordinary students. Even if they saw Clade's enlarged body, strange appearance, and received a threat from him, they still thought that there's a reasonable explanation for this.
The threat could also be just that, a threat. They were scared but they didn't imagine someone is really going to be killed right there, right now.
None of them haven't even seen a dead body, much less expect a close one to get murdered right now.
In other words, they were just innocent students expecting everything will be fine in the end.
Naive students who didn't know this side of the world.
So when they saw Teren pull out a knife, Catherine and Mike felt it was too much. Nonetheless, they didn't utter a word. Their focus was then stolen by Clade when he began to sit up and fix his dislocated jaw.

"So this is the Devil Himself..." Clade didn't feel like laughing at all.
'I thought Hanon could be trusted. Once I win this fight, I'm going to take all the credit and beat him up!'
Iesa frowned from hearing this.
'I don't know what happened but it looked like Teren is still far from winning...'
Clade stood up. He now had marks of Teren's fist on both cheeks which pissed him off even if he cannot see it.
"I won't hold back anymore, Devil Himself! I'm only using a fraction of my strength. I am only twice as strong. However, I can still go up and double my strength, just like this!"
Clade tried to intimidate Teren but seeing that it has no effect, he focused as his coat was finally broken due to his enlargening muscles!
'Damnit, my body is going to be so sore the next morning! Although I'm going to be four times stronger than my original strength, I will also be four times weaker when the sun comes up!' Clade subconsciously reminded himself.
Nerves popped out as his torso became bare. His pants seemed elastic and took the pressure well.
Before, he was like a successful bodybuilder but now-
"You looked like you've abused steroids." Teren didn't stop his walk and charged at Clade.
Meanwhile, Iesa shouted.
"Teren! His strength doubled but once it's morning, he will be weaker than he originally is!"
"Huh!? How did you-!?" Clade wanted to ask but saw Teren approaching even though he was still in the middle of strengthening himself.
"You think a knife is enough!? Not not only my strength but my speed,-"
Even with a large body, Clade moved normally as he was before. His fist struck again but Teren still dodged as if he's a ghost.

As Teren dodged, he turned and stabbed Clade's side. However, the blade didn't even reach halfway through as he found it tough.
Coupled with Clade's thick skin and muscles, that stab was basically a scratch.
"-stamina, and defense doubled the second time as well!" Clade continued his explanation as he reached for Teren.
His left arm, which was thicker than a thigh, hurled towards Teren.
"Teren!" Iesa shouted, her eyes turning away from the scene.
Only Nick and Mike have the guts to watch what will happen next. With the thickness and speed of Clade's arm, that could be likened to a moving car!
But against all expectations, Teren just dropped, spun around, and raise his leg to kick the knife.
Shick*
"Argh-!" Clade groaned from pain as the knife stabbed deeper into his body!
Both Nick and Mike were speechless from what they saw. Nick knew Teren is experienced and agile but not that agile!
"You fucker! I will skin you!"
Hearing Clade's berserk, Iesa and Catherine looked at the fight again.
When they looked, what they saw was like a bear trying to catch a small but quick hare.
Teren was not small but compared to Clade, there is a wide disparity.
Clade's face was turning red from the rage that he began shouting even more.
"Devil! Stop moving around! Didn't you forget that I have four times the stamina as well!? You think I'm going to get tired-"
Shick*
While Clade was talking, Teren took out the knife, letting blood splatter!
"Argh! Damn you!" the giant groaned in pain and cursed. But soon, he noticed something that made him panic.
'This devil is going to stab my spinal cord!'
No matter how touch and big one's muscles are, there are some parts of the body that are still vulnerable.
Clade, who was experienced in fighting close-combat quarter, knew this and his weaknesses.
Without any more choice, Clade forced himself.
'Fuck this! Even if I'm hospitalized tomorrow, I don't fucking care! I'll double my strength again or I will not be able to move my lower limbs for the rest of my life! No, this devil is certainly going to kill me!'
With that thought, smoke rose from his body. Thoughts occur faster than any body movement. No matter how agile Teren is, Clade's body reaction was quicker.
Faster than better, his muscles bulged once again that even his elastic pants seemed that it will be ripped apart any second.
