《Psycho X Psychic》Chapter 121 - Teren's Special Forces And The Dragolites

As Teren expected it was silent even before he arrived there. Soon afterwards, Uncle Jo and his rounded belly friend, Dennis came.
"Ugh, I thought we came here earlier than the appointed time but it seemed we're still late."
Uncle Jo awkwardly smiled seeing everyone's fearful gazes towards one teenager in the middle of the warehouse. On the other hand, that teenager casually looked around, counting the men.
This is what power looks like. There was no boss that's have been like him, Uncle Jo thought.
"Good, everyone's here."
Teren nodded and continued.
"So Eron and umm..." he paused, making everyone not know why Teren was talking to himself.
'He had finally gone crazy...? ' Catherine thought to distract herself from the intimidating surroundings, 'It's sooner than I expected.'
"Ahaha, so it was true, no one is invisible to you."
A man then appeared out of thin air as he removed his hood. At the next moment, a second man with sunglasses, Eron appeared as well, followed by fifteen or so men in mafia suits but with hoods like the brothers.
Thump*
Josh dropped on his back and pointed with trembling hands.
"W-w-w-where did they come from!?"
His voice echoed in the quiet warehouse.
"My name's Ivan, the current Dragon Lord, second brother of the Drago siblings, and... your fan!"
Ivan reached out his hand, startling even his own brother.
"Okay..."
But Teren shook his hand without giving it a thought.
"Can you also sign this for me...?"
Ivan then took out a thick pen and unbuttoned his suit jacket, revealing a white t-shirt.
"Brother, you're embarrassing us in front of the others...!" Eron whispered.
Teren just took the pen and wrote his name before giving it back.
'He's fine with that!?' not just Eron but almost everyone else thought.

"I would like to ask for a picture together but my face and yours can't be recorded, too bad."
"How about picture us just shaking hands?" Teren suggested.
'He even suggested something...!?'
Iesa's mind was bombarded by several thoughts in unison. But somehow, there's one thought that seemed close to her.
"That's good!"
Click*
A picture is taken and Ivan happily placed his phone in his jacket, his face turned serious and asked.
"So, Devil Himself, I don't think it's inappropriate to bring outsiders here, much less... children?"
Ivan looked at Josh who was slowly standing up.
"Ah, them? They're not outsiders, they're my special forces." Teren said with enthusiasm.
"Special forces!?" Ivan's mouth created an 'o' shape.
Teren walked to Mike and Catherine, then pointed.
"Then these two are the strongest among them. I can't even say I can defeat them all if they all attacked at the same time."
"Woah..." Ivan walked to them slowly and inspected the two close.
'I hate you! I hate you!' Catherine was shouting in her head while Mike felt already dead inside.
"They don't look very strong though..."
"That's because they were trained to act like normal students. Their acting is so perfect that you would even doubt what I'm saying right now."
Ivan frowned, he was confused. It sounds ridiculous but in his mind, Teren's existence is ridiculous in itself that's why he genuinely can't tell if Teren's lying or not.
"Then, if that's true, if I break their neck, they won't die, right?"
"Eek!" Mike shrieked.
"Yeah, they won't. Even if you break their legs, they would still be able to walk." Teren confidently said.
"Teren...!" Catherine glared at him.
"Ohh... I want to see that." Ivan said, making the two sweat bullets, his hands were about to reach for their necks but stopped and laughed.

"..."
"Of course, I wouldn't harm an ally." Ivan casually said.
"So, you met my soldiers, how about you introduced yours?"
Teren asked, stopping Ivan's laughter on its track.
"My soldiers?"
"Am I mistaken?"
Ivan and Eron then looked at each other before the former signaled in his hands. At the next moment, two teenagers revealed themselves. One male and one female. They seemed just a little older than Teren if not the same age.
"We weren't trying to hide them or anything. They are one of the Drago Clan's strongest children, meet Sixth and Seventh."
"My name's Seventh Dragolite, I'm honored to meet you, Sir Teren."
"I'm Sixth Dragolite, honored too."
Seventh, the male came forward and slightly bowed which was followed by Sixth, the female. However, the way they looked Teren was that of spite. They couldn't accept that someone as young as Teren is being regarded as equal by their boss.
"With my management, the Drago Clan have gone to a new phase. If you know, not only do we have Spirit-Embedded Tools, we also inherit Spirits by blood. However, not everyone is blessed with strong blood. We, brothers, are the strongest in our generation and thus, have taken the seat. But I don't like that. Everyone should have an opportunity, don't you think so?"
Ivan began explaining in reply to Teren's explanation of his 'special forces'
"That's why it doesn't matter how strong your flames are, what matters is how you use it. With that new system, many geniuses, even with weak Spirits, are able to reach the top of their generation with new techniques - not just blowing fire through our mouths like the older generation and see how blows their fire stronger. That's boring! That's why these kids are part of the New Generation, the Dragolites!"
Ivan proudly showcased Sixth and Seventh.
"Brother, aren't you revealing too much information?"
Eron sharply whispered.
"Don't worry, everyone will learn of the Dragolites existence during the Spirit War and Teren's our ally, right?"
"Of course, I won't tell it to anyone. However, I'm warning you, control your children."
"What... do you mean?"
Teren's gaze became colder, making both Ivan and Eron nervous.
"Gah-!"
At the next moment, blood spurted near the entrance of the warehouse. Teren's figure in front of Ivan and Eron, reappearing near Iesa. His two fingers were stabbed into the air but blood was spurting from them.
"Eight!"
Both Sixth and Seventh shouted.
"AHHH!! Let go!"
Another male appeared out of thin air, struggling to remove Teren's fingers that were stabbed onto his eyes.
"This is part of my first warning. Repeat it and I won't take it lightly."
Teren said before putting the man, Eight, off-balance, dropping onto the ground while his fingers slowly sink into Eight's eyeholes.
"Stop that, you freak!!"
Seventh immediately came in full force, firepower was propelling him forward. He was so fast that before Sixth's flaming saucer reach Teren, he had already placed his fist forward near Teren.
But before his fist reached Teren's face, it hit a palm.
The owner of the palm easily dispersed the flaming saucer thrown by Sixth by breathing fire against it.

Deviant's Masquerade: The Huntsman's Quest (An Urban Magic Quest/RPG)
Jon Whitaker went to summer camp expecting a nice relaxing time as a newly minted counselor in training. He was not expecting to fight an army of monsters, work with a serial killer, enter a one-sided friendship with an eldritch horror, or study under a competing witch and dark lord. But regardless of what he was expecting, his summer is over and he's made his way back home where he can try and return to a normal -for him- life. Too bad life rarely goes as expected. --- Please Note: This is forum quest/RPG I run in the same city/setting as my other stories Hacking Reality and Get Ink'd, meaning that while a majority of the plot is made up by me, the major choices as well as what each chapter is about are usually made by the actual readers in forum votes. Additionally, given how this is essentially a story version of a Tabletop game there is also a background RPG system that while the characters aren't necessarily aware of, the readers can see these stats to know how each chosen 'Action' effects their character's development.
