"Moving on the platforms you all fought on earlier were taken from the sparring area and are being put back as we speak." Old sun explained as he walked further into the academy. "The two mountains in front of us are the dorm mountains , which is to say the entire mountains consist of nothing but living areas." He paused for dramatic effect. "The right mountain is the entirely the male students dorm whereas the left mountain is the female students dorm the exception is only in the case of married couples." old sun briefly glance at the dragon princess. "On the mountains there are premade houses however if you want a more private place you can go to the residency hall in the middle of the mountains and claim a plot of unused land to build your own residence." He gestures. Old sun stops at the building between the two mountains." This is the residency hall where we will register all of your housing before we move on to discussion your classes." old sun says while walking towards the building. After entering the building the person at the front desk speaks up. "Alright good day grand elder sun, as for the rest of you I'll need your name, age and any housing preference you may have." He says Gruffly. Everyone went up and gave their information before it was nicks turn. "Name , Nicholas varias , age 13 , preference a small plot of land isolated from everyone else." nick spoke calmly however the man doing the paperwork got stuck on his age '13 and a nascent soul realm!?'. Nick grew annoyed at the man's pause before clearing his throat jolting the man from his thoughts" right and you said your preference was what again?" The man said nervously. Nick sighed "I want a small plot of land as isolated as possible I'll build the house myself." Nick says smoothly. The man nods before looking through his records briefly "ah, here we go , there is a few that come close to what I'm assuming you want however only one that absolutely fulfills what you want however I must ask if you truly want it?" The man said while handing nick and image jade that shows the area in question. Its oddly enough a patch of swampland that I filled with some kind of fog. Nick is confused why this piece of land would need to be double checked before handed out to him. "Is there something about this land that I need to know about?" Nick asked curious. The man shivers before companion himself "that piece of land is where all the failed alchemy pills have been thrown for centuries as a result that area is filled with a poison fog that is made of thousands of different poisons from all the failed pills thus no one usually wants that piece of land so if you want to you can have the entire thing otherwise I have a few small pieces that may work." The man said while looking at nick seriously. All the other new students were also watching nick since they all saw his performance in the test. Nick smiled brightly "so if I accept that land i can have all of it and nobody else can step foot there without my day so?" he questions. The man is stunned for a second before replying "well technically it would be your area so if you kicked out visitors forcefully no one would be able to say anything yes." The man says confused. "Perfect I'll take it!" nick exclaims brightly. The man is shocked before filling out the paperwork and handing it to nick. "If you don't mind can you tell me why you want such a place?" The man asked before nick joins the crowd. Nick stops and looks at the man seriously "I seem to have horrible luck with women asking me to marry them and I don't want to have to deal with that in my home so that place is perfect to keep them away from my home at least." He says before turning and walking away calmly.
