All eyes looked at nick as he spoke up as only a few had any idea who he was and so were unaware that he was monstrously powerful. the king looked at nick and raised an eyebrow as his instincts told him that he was looking at a powerful person which confused the king since nick was not very muscular as far as he could see. before the knight could ask who would challenge nick wesley walked out of the crowd his large frame intimidating to look at even though he had a jovial expression. seeing that two people stood in the clearing the knight spoke to them "the rules of the bout are simple the first person to pass out or surrender is the loser and any crippling or killing will immediately result in the responsible party being arrested , am i clear?" the knight asked sternly. both nick and wesley answered the same "yes sir!" before nick started to take off his upper clothes which caused many in the crowd to gasp as they saw what was underneath. nicks upper torso and arms were covered in the scars he decided to leave under which extremely well defined muscles flexed for all to see.

Wesley lost the jovial expression when he saw nicks upper body as he knew immediately nick was extremely powerful. wesley also removed his top revealing his already barely cover physique. nick released a tiny amount of blood l.u.s.t as his expression changed into and indifferent one making those who looked at him get the image of a phantom bear towering behind him. wesley broke out into sweat as his instincts told him to run but he roared and charged at nick before swinging his massive right fist towards nicks face. nick side ducted the punch while raising his right leg and with the sound of a whip cracking kicked wesley in his c.h.e.s.t immediately causing him to cough up a huge mouthful of blood while getting launched backwards a meter and a half. wesley rolled on the ground before stopping , coughing and wheezing as he struggled to regain his breath while nick lowered his leg casually. everyone drew a sharp breath as they witnessed the way nick devastated his opponent with ease. the only person who wasn't completely taken off guard was the knight who had fought first hand in the last three wars the kingdom participated in as he had developed a fairly large amount of bloodl.u.s.t from his many close calls with death.

The knight had felt nicks bloodl.u.s.t and immediately knew that wesley was out matched and indeed he was correct. the only thing that surprised the knight was the sheer force behind nicks attack as he had struck wesley hard enough to make him fly backwards. obviously nick was declared the winner of the duel and wesley was helped to a chair so he could recover. nick remained standing in the clearing waiting for his next opponent however many of the people who wanted to step forward before now refused to do so and in the end only two people stepped forward to face nick. the first was actually a young women with short blonde hair and green eyes with a bow and a quiver of blunt arrows. the second was the same young man that nick had wanted to speak with earlier before wesley had intercepted him.
